Our stay at 1.75 Paris La Sève was nothing short of spectacular. The room was equipped with everything you could dream of in a hotel (though perhaps a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition 😁). The hotel is located in a microcosm of Paris, nestled in the 7th arrondissement, known for being the safest and quietest district in the city. It’s within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and only a few stops away from the heart of Paris. On the ground floor, there’s a charming bakery offering local French delights, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich and diverse! Most importantly, the staff was incredible—kind, attentive, quick to respond, and unbelievably patient. Each day, we received useful guidance and tips on transportation, attractions, restaurant recommendations, and the best cafés, known only to locals 🇫🇷😇. We wanted to take the time to express our heartfelt thanks for the warm and thoughtful hospitality.

The hotel offers nice, comfortable rooms with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, breakfast is self-service, and the setup may not be ideal for late sleepers. The living room where breakfast is served tends to be noisy, and the sound carries easily to nearby rooms. This can make it challenging to sleep in, especially when other guests, like families with young children, are early risers. During our stay, a couple with a baby next door had us waking up at 6:30 AM, which was a significant downside.

We did have a lovely stay here. The location is perfect around great food spots and lots in walking distance. All staff were very friendly and the decor of the place was fabulous. Breakfast was a great bonus, the cheeses and pastries were divine!

Unfortunately the concept just didnt work for us as a young family. Some people in our suite were cooking late when we had a sleeping baby. We had a great stay but these are just minor points; Not enough cups or plates in the flat to use, had to ask reception. No microwave to warm up food. The breakfast staff were rushed off their feet. Food and coffee requests would take a long time. Asked for food recommendations our first night but member of staff didnt know any restaurants in area.

Beautiful new hotel in perfect location.

The rooms are beautifully designed , very clean and comforable. What we did like about it is the common space for 4 apartaments on the floor and one table where the breakfast is served for everybody on the floor. It is very inconvenient as do not know how much you can eat. It the food is served for everybody , it was not suffient, moreover when you come with a partener, want to talk to each other while having breafast , it is not veryconvenient. I think that should be changed regarding the price you pay.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Metro and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is peaceful, clean, and walkable. The hotel’s decor is thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail and impeccable taste.

Breakfast was definitely the low point of the experience. The options were quite limited, and it seemed like there might be a lack of experience in managing the breakfast service. One morning, I had to ask for bread as the basket was empty. On another occasion, the granola jar was empty. They had prepared the coffee but forgot to bring it over to the serving area, so I had to pick it up myself. It might be helpful to have an additional staff member to assist and improve the overall experience.

La Treve is a slightly unusual set up, being serviced rooms in small groups (around 4 rooms), each set sharing together a spacious living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a deli/meal supply business and a bar/small function space. Breakfast is very good, with lots of choice including fresh eggs made to order, at tables in the deli before it opens for the day. The bedrooms are not huge but typical for Paris. Comfortable bed. Large TV with a good range of channels. Bathroom with shower (no bath). The staff are charming and very helpful and the whole place is very clean and quiet. The location is perfect for exploring sights on foot such as Tour Eiffel, Musee l'Orangerie, Tuileries Garden, Musee Dior etc. Also close to the metro. Easy to reach from Gare du Nord.

Incredibly comfortable hotel in a beautiful, quiet area of Paris. Our room was very peaceful, and we didn't hear any noise from the street at all. The concept of co-living is quite interesting, with several rooms on the floor sharing a common living and dining area. One morning, we met our neighbors and had a lovely chat over breakfast, while the next day we had breakfast by ourselves. Deni, who was very friendly, assisted us during breakfast, helped us choose a restaurant for the evening, and provided local guidance. The hotel is brand new, with a wonderful design, everything is fresh and clean. Our room had lovely textiles, high-quality slippers and robes, and the softest towels. The staff is wonderful and attentive. We will definitely come back!

We encountered some minor issues with the digital check-in and check-out, but the staff responded very quickly, and we were able to sort everything out

We had a great stay! The hotel is located centrally, just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. It’s close to the subway if you want to go to a more distant part of the city, but most landmarks are within an hour walk. The hotel is new, but it is cosy - both the room and common spaces have a homely and relaxing vibe. It has been done beautifully, bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet despite its central location. The team was very friendly and tactful, especially the lovely gentleman who helped us with the breakfast. It was very, very clean. I visit Paris for work quite regularly and this is by far my favorite spot, I will be coming back. Pricing is fair when you compare the quality of interiors and comfort compared to major chain hotels in a similiar location.

I’ve been in Paris many times, however I would say this is the best hotel I stayed in. I felt it is my second home. The fact that each floor has its own setting area to enjoy the breakfast and the afternoon coffee is so exceptional. All staff members are so friendly, can’t thank them enough. The room is bit small but very comfortable. The bed and the pillows are just perfect for a deep nice sleep. The location is ideal for those who want to escape away from the crowd of the city, however with a walking distance to Eiffel tower. Highly recommended.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary with a 2-day stay at 1.75 Paris La Sève, and it was truly unbelievable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, even surprising us with a beautifully arranged room and a thoughtful anniversary gift. Our room was impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of options to choose from (cheese, ham, sweets, vegan etc.) and also have been offered from the staff to cook us fresh eggs. The hotel's location is perfect, offering walking distance to the eiffel tower and to the metro stations. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our milestone. 1.75 Paris La Sève exceeded our expectations and created memories that we will remember forever.
