Our stay at 1.75 Paris La Sève was nothing short of spectacular. The room was equipped with everything you could dream of in a hotel (though perhaps a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition 😁). The hotel is located in a microcosm of Paris, nestled in the 7th arrondissement, known for being the safest and quietest district in the city. It’s within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and only a few stops away from the heart of Paris. On the ground floor, there’s a charming bakery offering local French delights, and the breakfast was exceptionally rich and diverse! Most importantly, the staff was incredible—kind, attentive, quick to respond, and unbelievably patient. Each day, we received useful guidance and tips on transportation, attractions, restaurant recommendations, and the best cafés, known only to locals 🇫🇷😇. We wanted to take the time to express our heartfelt thanks for the warm and thoughtful hospitality.

The hotel offers nice, comfortable rooms with a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, breakfast is self-service, and the setup may not be ideal for late sleepers. The living room where breakfast is served tends to be noisy, and the sound carries easily to nearby rooms. This can make it challenging to sleep in, especially when other guests, like families with young children, are early risers. During our stay, a couple with a baby next door had us waking up at 6:30 AM, which was a significant downside.

I had a fantastic stay at 1.75 Paris La Trêve in May. The location was ideal, offering easy access to all the main Paris landmarks, whether by foot or via quick, convenient public transport. The staff were truly exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed, from directions to restaurant recommendations. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful, a perfect way to start the day before exploring the city. The neighborhood felt very safe and was spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to return to in the evenings. Overall, this hotel offers great value and an unforgettable Paris experience. I would absolutely stay here again!

There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Luxurious and comfortable and a great location especially for first visit to Paris. Beautifully refurbished. Loved having the lift. Included delicious breakfast everyday. Staff were amazing. Got a great discount with last minute booking.

Loved everything but be aware that each of the 5 levels is considered an apartment with its own kitchen, dining and lounge area. Our suite/bedroom on the 5th floor shared this with two other suites. This didn’t bother us at all as we had the shared area to ourselves most of the time.

The hotel is a beautiful discrete cocoon in Paris 7th with a nice concept. The overall decor is refined and elegant, with a great attention to detail for each room.The team is very welcoming and helpful during the stay. The bed’s comfort is divine and the hotel location is very convenient to discover the city. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back to this beautiful place(besides,the hotel’s restaurant has an excellent renowned Chef, I recommend to taste her cuisine!).

Nothing,everything was perfect .

We did have a lovely stay here. The location is perfect around great food spots and lots in walking distance. All staff were very friendly and the decor of the place was fabulous. Breakfast was a great bonus, the cheeses and pastries were divine!

Unfortunately the concept just didnt work for us as a young family. Some people in our suite were cooking late when we had a sleeping baby. We had a great stay but these are just minor points; Not enough cups or plates in the flat to use, had to ask reception. No microwave to warm up food. The breakfast staff were rushed off their feet. Food and coffee requests would take a long time. Asked for food recommendations our first night but member of staff didnt know any restaurants in area.

Beautiful new hotel in perfect location.

The rooms are beautifully designed , very clean and comforable. What we did like about it is the common space for 4 apartaments on the floor and one table where the breakfast is served for everybody on the floor. It is very inconvenient as do not know how much you can eat. It the food is served for everybody , it was not suffient, moreover when you come with a partener, want to talk to each other while having breafast , it is not veryconvenient. I think that should be changed regarding the price you pay.

The central location, in a quiet and charming area, the attention to detail in everything, from the decor to the high-quality products served at breakfast (homemade pastries, artisanal granola, delicious cheeses, yogurts, and jams). From the friendliness of everyone, especially Emron (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled), who was absolutely amazing from the very first moment of our stay. The room was exceptionally comfortable, enhanced by the added luxury of a shared lounge and a beautifully appointed kitchenette, fully equipped with high-end, premium-quality appliances and utensils.This hotel is a little gem, and I definitely intend to return.

The location is excellent, with easy access to the Metro and a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The area is peaceful, clean, and walkable. The hotel’s decor is thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail and impeccable taste.

Breakfast was definitely the low point of the experience. The options were quite limited, and it seemed like there might be a lack of experience in managing the breakfast service. One morning, I had to ask for bread as the basket was empty. On another occasion, the granola jar was empty. They had prepared the coffee but forgot to bring it over to the serving area, so I had to pick it up myself. It might be helpful to have an additional staff member to assist and improve the overall experience.

La Treve is a slightly unusual set up, being serviced rooms in small groups (around 4 rooms), each set sharing together a spacious living room and kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a deli/meal supply business and a bar/small function space. Breakfast is very good, with lots of choice including fresh eggs made to order, at tables in the deli before it opens for the day. The bedrooms are not huge but typical for Paris. Comfortable bed. Large TV with a good range of channels. Bathroom with shower (no bath). The staff are charming and very helpful and the whole place is very clean and quiet. The location is perfect for exploring sights on foot such as Tour Eiffel, Musee l'Orangerie, Tuileries Garden, Musee Dior etc. Also close to the metro. Easy to reach from Gare du Nord.
