Everyone is friendly, amazing staff in general very welcoming and kind. I had to change my room and upgrade to a suite because of the size so if you like spacious rooms go for the suite better. I love the location everything you can reach by walking , even if it’s rainy day just get the umbrella and enjoy the stylish pictures under it. I love the fashion vibes in every detail in this hotel it’s amazing for stylish people and fashion enthusiasts or fashion and lifestyle bloggers.

Only minor things I didn’t like and hope they work on it soon,: Sometimes nobody answers the phone specially on my arrival day and the day next and the last two days it got better to be honest. Also the bathroom when I shower all the water gets out of the shower box to the end of the toilet so i had to put towels on the floor to dry it until they make up my suite when i go out in the morning. But in general it’s only these two problems Everything else is amazing I lived 4 amazing nights and will do more soon

The hotel was in ideal location, close to all the major sites and shops. The metro was close by with nice restaurants close by. The hotel was clean and very modern, with nicely decorated rooms.

The rooms were small, however had everything in them you would need.

My partner is allergic to feathered pillows and the staff didn’t have alternatives on hand. It wasn’t a big problem; we were only there for two nights. However, it was somewhat surprising a 4 star hotel didn’t have a few different pillows on hand as it isn’t an uncommon allergy.

Perfect location and absolutely gorgeous decor. Breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The perfect, ultra charming, French boutique hotel at an affordable price!

No bellman service to help with the luggage and elevator was tiny so could only accommodate one suitcase at a time. But it wasn’t a deterrent for a future visit.

The spa was not ideal. Although the water in the jacuzzi had great power, there were no handles. Also, full cameras in the jacuzzi were strange as most people wear light clothes. No toiletries. No staff to help with luggage.

Dress code is close to all major attractions and metros loved the location - great bakery and starbucks around the corner .

It's the 2nd time visiting, and the hotel is wonderful - especially the location right next to Place de la Madeleine. Everything was just as I expected.

Take into account that you will be charged a city tax on top of the price mentioned on Booking.com - it wasn't clear to me.

We loved the shower, robes, and lighting of the hotel room. The staff were super friendly and professional and fluent in English. There's free coffee in the lobby hotel. The shower was insane cause you could have multiple streams of water from the side and above. The provided robes were comfy for a night in.

We stayed in Room 204 and I remember the shower temperature knob was seized and VERY difficult to turn. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom that was unpleasant, but I could not figure out where it came from.
