Great staff,Excellent breakfast,

I was asked to pay 100 euros to have access to our room for one extra hour. I was told this was ‘hotel policy’ After spending over 4,000 euros on our stay this is a crazy policy. The room was available and the hotel was trying to ‘screw ‘ a little more from me. Since we visit Paris3 or 4 times a year to see family we will now stay elsewhere. Maybe 20 visits over the next five years=80,000 euros. Lost for the sake of 100 euros. Maybe a policy review is called for.

Excellent! Food was great quality and the choices were freshly made and a decent variety. Particularly enjoyed the option of whole avocado, fruit choices and chia bowls. All the staff were outstanding, attentive and super friendly- 10/10 . I really enjoyed the decor and feel of the brasserie.

It would be really good to have a reception seating area or an area where you can sit for an hour or so before leaving for the Eurostar but after you exit the bedroom. There are only four seats available in the mezzanine for this purpose.

Yes the room was very,very small,but the location made up for it. Outside the hotel are many available car taxis AND across the street were many reasonably priced bike taxis (pedi cabs) ,as well as the on/off buses . Staff were consistently cheerful and helpful all 3 days of my stay. Comfortable bed,strong wifi,and very good restaurants.Breakfast was the most comprehensive in my 2 weeks of 5-star hotels in France,with many healthy options.I appreciated the hotel's restaurant opened for dinner at 6p.m. And offered outdoor seating.

Even though my room was on the top (5th)floor the sound of blaring sirens all night long made it impossible to sleep with the terrace doors open -for fresh air. Air con worked well,however.

My recent stay at the Hôtel was delightful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff were welcoming, courteous, and attentive to all our needs. The area around the hotel is lovely, and the decor inside is elegant. For those who appreciate a bidet, you’ll be pleased to find one here. Additionally, there’s a cigar shop within the building, reputed to be the oldest in the world, which is a treat for cigar enthusiasts.

Opt for a larger room if you need more space. Even upgraded rooms can feel small, but still good value for the buck in Paris.

Breakfast was wonderful, design of the hotel was really nice. Our room was small, but very comfortable and luxurious. The drinks in the bar were spectacular and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great room service as well.

The bathroom smelled moist. Also, our room was not very good isolated and due to the central location, you can hear cars/public transportation from the outside. Not very loud, this was not a problem for us - but please consider that before booking.

The staff during check-in was very professional. View from the window on the Comedie Francaise was great. The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. It's very clean, comfortable, and very silent when it comes to rooms. Amenities in the room are just right. The breakfast was also great. Check-out was easy. Not to mention the location which can hardly be more convenient. Customers are mostly Americans and Japanese which is a sign that this hotel is of a high standard. An excellent 5 stars that has nothing to envy to palaces for a far more affordable price.

Honestly, nothing.

Great breakfast. Perfect location next door to The Louvre and a short walk to Notre Dame. Neighborhood featured lots of little shops and cafes. Metro station is next to the hotel. Staff was outstanding and property was well cared for. Gym was good. I had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Everything was great.

1. Excellent location - between the Louvre and the Palais Royal, there are several metro entrances right next to the hotel. 2. A beautiful historical building with beautiful views from the windows. 3. The hotel is very cozy, with beautiful interiors and thoughtful engineering solutions. 4. The hotel itself is very clean and smells good. 5. Good cuisine. 6. The service is beyond praise - the staff is always friendly and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, Hyatt status included breakfast and late check out.

Bed was extremely firm, breakfast was tasty but limited so items ran out and were not refilled, housekeeping insisted on entering even when told we didn’t need turn down service.

The location was amazing. Our view out of our window of the Louvre was fantastic. Great fir walking to the museum. The morning breakfast was superb as was the wait staff. Also dinner was excellent and wait staff was superb. The front staff , concierge and bellman also excellnt.

The bar was extremely slow and did not run well at all. They were out of wines on the menu and not in the least apologetic or interested in making you happy. I would say the bar needs a n management revamp to keep up with the rest of the hotel. Housekeeping was just OK but know they have many responsiblities.
