The location was perfect, close to the blue metro line (2) and a stone's throw from Sacré Cœur in Montmartre, but it still felt safe and calm for Parisian standards, as it was close to a small park. The staff members at the reception were outstanding - so friendly and helpful. As we traveled as a group, we had several rooms and all kinds of small problems to solve, but the reception staff always helped us. At the end of our stay, one of our group members forgot her phone in the room and they took it to safety and sent it to us by mail! The rooms were cleaned and the towels changed every day, during our 5 night stay.. We also chose to add the breakfast option tonour room price, so every morning we got fresh croissants and baguettes with coffee, orange juice and yoghurt. I warmly recommend this hotel if you are on a tight budget, but still want a good hotel!

The covers were too thick for spring and summer. Some rooms were extremely small. The rooms could use a deep clean every now and then.

Some of the rooms were very small so it was hard to move around and the covers were extremely thick, so it got really warm at night (in April, when the sun had been shining all day).

The breakfast was as expected and rather enjoyable. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and kind. The lift made it easy to transport luggage and heavy shopping up to the room. The location was brilliant as we were a short walk from the Sacre Coer and Montemarte. We enjoyed the proximity to transport and local bakeries. The beds were comfortable despite finding a few stains on the sheets.

The bathroom showerhead was blocked with limescale and there was mould/something uncomfortable on the showerhead. The bathroom smelled slightly of old urine on arrival and the shelf was slanted - making it hard to use...

The location was fantastic with sacre coeur a 2min walk up the road & metro even closer. The staff were fantastic with local advice and ideas for intenery and help with anything we needed! The room had a lot of plug and usd charging points which was great!

I had the impression from booking.com that breakfast was included. But it was not. 😌The breakfast was, however simple but delicious- the freshest, yummiest croissants and French loaf! The room was very basic and quite cramped for 3. But, we had everything we needed and the location and friendly staff made up for it.

We enjoyed our stay! Typical French breakfast doesn't include eggs which we did miss. I was not looking for fancy, didn't plan on hanging out in the room. I was there to see Paris. And have a comfortable bed to return to at nite. So for me it was great. If you need fancy frills you should keep looking. Perfect location. Out our window was Eifell tower, and the Bacillica! So cool! Sat on the little deck and enjoyed our view.

Very small elevator only 1-2 persons at a time, but what an old world charm it added to be truthful!!

The location is fabulous, within a few hundred yards from Anvers metro and the bottom of monmarte. Also helpfully walking distance to Gard de Nord station or a cheap taxi if you don’t fancy a walk or metro. Some great restaurants and cafes are on the door step at various budgets. We highly rated Le Grand Comptoir D’Anvers for a reasonably priced but exceptional meal. Pappiles for breakfast and Nell’Arte for pizza. All within 5 mins walk. Central location made it very easy to get across the city at will. We easily travelled to the west (Eiffel tower, arc d triumph, trocadero) as well as the 3rd 4th and notre dame to the east. Aside from the excellent location, the staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We booked the upgraded room at the top of the building. This gave an unexpected and exceptional view of the Eiffel Tower. With a balcony window in both the bedroom and the large bathroom. This featured a spacious shower with hot water and good pressure and a bath! In the bedroom there was plenty of cupboard space and extra blankets. The beds were very firm, which we thought might be a problem, but were actually incredibly comfortable. The Decor is a little tired but still very pleasant. For the price, atmosphere, staff and location this hotel is a ridiculously good option. We would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a considerably more expensive hotel last time which we loved and thought would be tough to beat, but this was honestly better.

Only things to improve, our bathroom door handle was a little stiff and would be ideal to have a bigger bin in the room for rubbish. Aside from that, nothing. We loved our stay.

... a perfect place for a visitor to Paris. Easy walk to some iconic attractions - Sacre Coeur, Montmatre, Pigalle & the Moulin Rouge... Metro stop less than two minutes from hotel - easy walk or metro ride from Gare du Nord and the Eurostar. Hotel is a classic Parisian building facing a leafy park and close to good restaurants and bars.

Hotel is a little dated and somewhat spartan in its decor but was clean, tidy and efficient... At the end of the day : Great location and well priced when visiting Paris

Wonderful! We booked the twin room but when we asked they gave us double room on the 4th floor which has an amazing view of the city and of Sacre-coeur. The location is perfect, next to Metro station and just very near to Basilica, must visit place of Paris. The people in the reception are so nice and friendly, always smiling and they met us very well. Thank you very much. The room is cosy, clean and big enough for a couple. They cleaned our room everyday too. If i ever come to Paris again i will definitely stay there again.

Hotel location is good, near metro station, it was easy to reach all objects we wanted to see. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast croissant in the hotel was very delicious. Near hotel also a lot of great spots to eat. Neighborhood seemed safe.

Sound insulation could be better, a little discomfort to wake up at 2 a.m from TV noises in the other room. Missed full duvet covers. Breakfast without choice.

Great value for money! Staff was very nice and polite. I got the triple superieure room on the 6th floor, and the view was amazing. Also, no need to climb the stairs, as there is an elevator. There was an electric heater in the room additional to the one incorporated in the room, so this way the room was getting warm. There is also a kettle in the room so you can make your own tea/coffee. The hotel is very close (walking distance) to Montmartre, Sacre-Coeur and Moulin Rouge, and only 2 mins away from metro line M2, and around 11 mins away from M7. I definitely recommend this room!
