I would like to leave a review about our great stay in Elysées Opéra Hôtel in Paris. I would like to thank the hotel managers, they are very kind, friendly and helpful and helped us with every detail we wanted to clarify. On the day of our arrival they told us about nearest sights, hotel services and supermarkets. Speaking about the room, it was very clean, and we found everything we needed: a kettle, tea and coffee, a well-equipped bathroom. There was no fridge in our room, but the hotel managers kindly helped us with that and kept our food in the fridges at the reception. Moreover, at the reception you can always find cakes, coffee and tea amenities at any time for free. The hotel location is a very important point, because Paris is a very big city. There are minimum 4 metro stations very close to the hotel, so it wasn't very hard for us to get to the hotel from ORLY Airport. This also means that you will easily reach everything you plan to visit during your Paris vacation. The main sights close to the hotel are Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, Palais Garnier — it will be easy to reach them on foot, especially if you like to walk. Place de Clichy is full of interesting cafes and restaurants, and Auchan is nearby, so you won't stay hungry after a long walk around the city. We ordered breakfasts, and they were excellent and fresh. Besides the standard breakfast dishes like omelette, wonderful cheeses and so on, we got a chance to taste natural yogurts, fruits, amazing fresh juices, bakery (freshly baked bread and croissants were fantastic!) everything was soo delicious :) To sum up, we had a wonderful time in Paris in this hotel. We hope that we will be able to come here more than once, and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Regis at the front desk was exceptional, very friendly, informative, and funny! I was also reassured there was no bed bug incidents and measures were being taken to protect the hotel. The breakfast was good, loved the fresh fruit salad, fresh fruit juice, and coffee and expresso maker in the lobby and breakfast area. Water in the shower got nice and hot! The hotel is on a nice quiet street, not far from metro stops and walking distance to major Paris attractions. Loved the terrace attached to the room!

It came down to finishings: Our room had cracked paint in the ceiling and a few stains on the carpet. I also am not happy that the rate for our room when we booked it was higher than rates available when we checked in. If you book directly through their website, they throw in free add-ons like Seine river cruise that we were not candidates for because was used booking.com.

The hotel itself is beautifully appointed. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and professionalism of the front desk team, including Francesca, Aurélie, Philippe, Régis, and Ryan, made me feel right at home. My room was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location in the 8th arrondissement is perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to many of Paris’s iconic attractions.

Great location, quiet street with a street market on a Saturday. Wine bar just across the road and plenty of eating options within 200 metres. Whichever way you went to get lost in Paris, the surrounding areas were equally calm, by comparison with the traffic chaos in the centre where the seating is being erected for the 2024 Olympics, it was always lovely to return to the hotel and lots of choices for where to eat for a delicious meal at reasonable prices. Also an easy walk to Gare St Lazare. The staff were always friendly and welcoming and reception is staffed 24 hrs. Good value for money. Very clean, comfy beds and everyone working there was smiling and took the time to chat. But not intrusively, I liked the hotel because it gave us everything we needed to have a good base for our Paris adventure, plus we booked a room with a balcony and enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine.

There is nothing to change, our room was ready at 10.00am, which was a bonus. Staff always ready to help us. I think, keep doing what they’re doing.

The hotel is about 5-10 min walk from 4 metro stops & a train station. Lots to see around here; stores, cafes, restaurants. The staff was superb & the cleaning staff was super nice as well. Bed was extremely comfy & the view was very pretty. For me as a light sleeper, the most important thing was the quietness of the area and room. You do hear the occasional door slamming but that ends by around 11 pm even on weekends.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are very friendly. It were the little things that made it wonderful: from decorating our bed, offering to leave the hotel room key at the desk, helping us with directions in perfect English. And also tried a few words in Dutch, it made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was really nice, from scrambled eggs the pasties and yoghurts. The location is perfect, close to several metro stations. We highly recommend Hotel Elysees Opera.

Great location in a quiet street with nice local restaurants on the same street. Small city hotel nice balconies. 400 meters to the Metro stations Rome or Europe. Bus 30 150 meters from the hotel takes you to the Eiffel tower and Trocadero area. Fine breakfast and kind staff.

The hotel was quite worn and still in 90’s style - painting peeling from the ceeling. Old carpets. Could use a bit of renovation / freshen up. We missed hooks for towels, jackets etc and shelves storsage for make up etc.

Staff was wonderful, room looked really nice. Very clean. Quiet, good black out curtains. Balcony was gorgeous, I loved sitting out there. Location was okay - easily reachable from everywhere with multiple metro lines close by, but if going again I may commit more to a specific area - it's a bit of a walk both to the centre of Montmartre and to more central areas so it felt a bit in-between everything.

The room is tiny - impossible to fully open a suitcase on the floor - and the toilet in our room was in a separate little room from the rest of the bathroom, without a sink in the toilet room. Obviously a split bathroom is fine but it's uncomfortable if you need to walk through the entire hotel room before you can wash your hands. Internet was very spotty/seemingly misconfigured.

Hotel location is excellent, very clean staff really friendly. Room was very modern and having the balcony was a great bonus

The customer service was outstanding. We were given a warm welcome on arrival. Francesca, Paul, Aurelio and the housekeeping staff were second to none. Our rooms were left spotless and even my grand daughter’s clothes were left neatly folded on her suitcase. They all exceeded our expectations. The lovely lady who is in charge of the dining room was so kind to us. I have never experienced such wonderful customer care and I will certainly be back. What the hotel lacks in grandeur it makes up for in customer care. Thank you to all the team at Hotel Elysee Opera for a wonderful visit.
