The location is just perfect. I loved the macaroons that were a gift to us for our anniversary. All employees were nice and helpful. The room size was huge unlike other hotels.

The king size bed is just 2 twin beds stuck together which always kept a hole in the middle. Rooms should be distinguished between twin beds rooms or one king size bed. Room floors should be taken care of in cleaning by using a mop and a good detergent.

Staff were friendly. We arrived mid-morning and were able to check into our room immediately! It is a beautiful hotel at a beautiful and quiet location surrounded by old Parisian buildings. I was overwhelmed with the surprise of discovering a bottle of champagne accompanied glasses and a delicious chocolate cake for my birthday celebration. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was excellent. Front staff were great, although there was confusion with our booking which was quickly sorted out. Cleanliness was the best.

Breakfast was awful and breakfast staff were incompetent. They did not know how to take an order. It was usually incorrect and the wrong food was brought. Plates were whipped away under our noses before we finished eating. Even ordering a coffee or tea was a problem - took 25 mins to get a simple cup of black tea after a cappuccino was delivered instead - you must waste a lot of food. My husband was given two completely different dishes of food at the same time and neither was what he ordered. Bed was very uncomfortable. Restaurant wasn’t open.

The location was excellent, a few hundred meters from a Metro stop, tons of shops and restaurants with a lively atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly and the service excellent. We opted for the breakfast option and it was worth it as you order off a menu which meant breakfast was always fresh and hot. Great job by Lidia and the team. The room was spacious and equivalent to a suite in some of the other Paris hotels. The rooms were slightly damaged here and there but still neat

a welcome delight in the heart of Paris just steps away from several major attractions and metro access to everything else! The Indigo provides a boutique hotel experience with brand-name professionalism, which made our stay incredibly rewarding. The rooms are generous in size for Paris, very comfortable and well appointed. The location, just off a main thoroughfare down a pedestrian-only side street, made for an incredibly relaxing stay. The local restaurants just outside the hotel were exceptional - amazing food and service without the hustle and noise of higher profile destinations. We will be back! Treat yourself to a first-class experience in Paris!

Very upscale environment, very comfortable. The rooms windows opened to the city were charming. We enjoyed our slippers, bathrooms and bubbly on New Years! Add the Breakfast, its was the best I've ever had! Parking garage was an add bonus in Paris.

Brilliant Hotel to stay in Paris. I can only recommend this beautiful hotel in the center of Paris near Opera station. Breakfast is excellent and the reason to choose this jewel. Great option for Families with Kids. All staff members were very helpful , always treat guests with big smile on the face and exceptional conversational skills , great in everything.

The only one problem which I encounter was not having exhaust options for the toilet as it might stinks after one person has used it as the windows are far away from it and it takes time for stinks to go away.

The stay at the Inigo Opera hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The location is perfect to visit Paris with many metro and bus lines nearby. The hotel is perfectly situated in a quiet pedestrian area with nice cafés in the square. We had a room for three, which was of very good size, with very comfortable beds and so wonderfully quiet. The hotel staff is very attentive, pleasant and efficient.

Maybe some information about the options for food and drinks (since the restaurant of the hotel was closed) could have been provided. But the only aspect that could be improved is the price (quite high even for Paris in July...).

The staff and the location were fabulous. The people at the front desk treated us like family. So happy to see us every day. Could not have been nicer or more helpful.
