The location is exceptional and the view from the rooftop is absolutely wonderful. The interior of the hotel is great, well designed rooms and really cosy reception and restaurant areas. Breakfast buffet is also great with lots of hot and cold choices including honeycomb and a selection of cheeses. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

The room was super tiny and there was too much furniture making it feel even smaller (although the bed was absolutely huge and very comfortable). The rooftop views were incredible but the rooftop bar is closed for the winter so the only way to enjoy it was to bring your own drink and sit in the cold. A few gas heaters would solve the problem as it's a shame to lose such a great feature of the hotel for the whole winter season.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is on a busy and bustling street, but the room was so quiet. We heard no noise from outside and we’re in a room on the 5th floor facing the Main Street. Check in was nice and they had our room ready early to check in. The rooms are just enough space for 2 people and luggage. The beds were so comfortable! The pillows were perfect and I felt so rested sleeping in the bed. The bathroom was tight which is very normal for Paris, but the shower pressure was excellent. The hotel restaurant and lobby are beautifully designed. The rooftop view is really fantastic. You can see the Sacre Coeur very well and the Eiffel Tower off in the distance. Would be an amazing spot to hang out in the summer. Lastly the breakfast was well appointed and nicely serviced each morning. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The sink in our bathroom was clogged and the hotel rooms had a slightly musty and stuffy smell.

Stunning hotel with beautiful decor. It really couldn’t be anywhere else but Paris from the interior. Location is amazing and lovely downstairs bar. Have stayed twice and would stay again as even though it has some faults the positives outweigh them. Lovely breakfast.

Decor in rooms becoming a little tired. Could do with some touch ups of paint etc. No ventilation in Bathrooms means they get very humid when showering and starting to detect damp smell. No iron in bedrooms and took two hours to get one after asking. Amazing rooftop bar but on two occasions we’ve stayed it’s not been possible to get a table even as a guest.

Our room was absolutely perfect, and the bed was so so comfy. I liked that the space was large but still felt cosy and chic. The location was absolutely perfect for us as it meant that we were close to the metro, but also close to montmarte and the surrounding suburbs. It was really magical to just explore the area around the hotel, as it felt truly Parisian. The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodated anything we needed. We were also surprised with a free upgrade, which was such a nice surprise after landing in Paris. In terms of pricing, it was very fair and cheaper than I expected to pay for such a great hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Sacre Cour. Front desk recommended some nice dinner locations. Staff was friendly. Bar on the roof of the building had stunning views. Bathroom was nice and relatively roomy. Room was quiet. Bed comfortable. Good hot water.

Room was quite small. It was hard to make our way around the bed. Could not get to the head of the bed if the closet door was open. Storage closet would be better with some drawers or shelves instead of just one bar for hanging clothes. We didn’t spend much time in the room so the size was ok because of the price and location. The dark hall to access the elevator could use a light or two.

The room was large and airy, with a nice view and double windows to keep out the noise. Breakfast was great, despite the espresso machine breaking down quite a bit. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms clean and made up nicely each day.

It took 3 requests to get an extra towel and to change the towels we requested from the cleaning staff. Strange, because they were very pleasant and we asked them in French. Also the bathroom window didn't have a curtain or opacity to prevent visual access from the building across the way.

Nice comfortable, clean & quiet room, even though it overlooked the main boulevard. Pretty compact, especially the shower/toilet, but that's probably the norm for Paris. Very well appointed. Breakfast was particularly good. Great choice of cold and cooked breakfast options in a grand setting. Well worth paying extra for if you like a substantial breakfast while on holiday. The roof terrace has incredible views. It would be fabulous to have a table there in the summer months. Unfortunately it's only available for photo opportunities in winter.

Our corridor on the 3rd floor was a little bit too dark and storage of towel trolleys in the corridor slightly took away from the luxury hotel feel.

Travelled with my son this time, and this was a fabulous hotel for us, the staff were super accommodating, it has a great restaurant downstairs called Maggie, and a rooftop bar with views over Pigalle and Montmartre. Great location, an easy walk either down to the Louvre, or up to Sacre Coeur. Lovely room, friendly and vibey atmosphere, highly recommend this hotel. Note, we arrived Paris early and they let us to get changed to head out for the day, when we arrived back our bags were already in our room. That is a small detail but shows that they go out of their way to do the basic things right for their guests have a welcome and enjoyable stay.

Nothing, was all exceptional.

The breakfast was amazing! The room / restaurant where breakfast was served was beautiful and there was bountiful array of food to choose from. It was delicious and we loved it! I also requested a room with a view of Montmartre and they delivered! It was such a delight to arrive in Paris, unpack, and look out our window at this sight. Lastly, the rooftop deck was such a great addition! We visited in December, so the bar was no open - but we were still able to explore and spend some time on the roof admiring the view. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Charming spot in Montmartre — friendly staff, comfy beds, and windows that keep the Paris street buzz largely outside where it belongs. Big thanks for the upgrade!

Only downside: the rooftop terrace looks dreamy but is harder to enjoy than you'd think. We got turned away from a quick nightcap at 11:30pm on a Friday (closing at midnight in Paris? Sacré bleu!). And most other nights it seemed booked for private events. So, great hotel — just don’t come thirsty for rooftop cocktails!
