The location is excellent. The hotel is between 3 metro stations, the nearest one being Cadet which is like a 2' walk. There are many amenities around the hotel, such as pharmacies, Carrefour, Monoprix, a variety of shops and restaurants etc. and the streets are busy, so it felt safe. It is only 20 mins from Gard Du Nord and a 10-15' walk to South Pigalle and Montmartre. It is also a walkable distance to the Garnier opera. The room was small, but very clean.

The breakfast was very limited. It was included in the price but if it wasn't, I wouldn't pay for it. The room is small and very basic, but I guess for Paris this is normal size.

I liked how friendly the staff were and how willing they were to help. Very good location as was only a 10 minute walk from the royal opera house or galleries Lafayette and Montmartre. Good value for money and only 10 minute walk from le Gare du Nord if taking the Eurostar. Also felt very safe in our hotel as the receptionist lets you in.

We had no hot water in the shower on our first day but upon speaking to reception they were very friendly and got that sorted by the time we got back in the evening. One lady could not speak English very well and was very friendly as we struggled to speak French with her and she appreciated our efforts as we did hers in English.

Amazing location - still close to the centre but away from hoards of tourists. Very close to the train station and several metro stops. The staff is extremely accommodating and nice.

The room was outdated and the twin beds were too small (you may fall off the bed if you turn too fast!). However, there were renovations going on at the hotel which makes me hopeful for an improved look of the hotel in the future.

Excellent location, walked about 8 miles a day to all the major sites without jumping on Metro, but Metro close as well, good deal with nearby parking, good options for a city hotel for breakfast with the family. Safe area. Extremely helpful staff, and even a Paris courtyard outlook. Highly recommended.

Maybe tea and coffee facilities in room?

The double room I had was more spacious than typical Parisian standards. I appreciated the small desk space and the closet shelves. You can tell all the furnishings were relatively newer, including the bathroom, and very clean. The staff, including Rabia and Khadija at breakfast were absolutely lovely.

Having ‘do not disturb’ signs readily available would’ve been great but the cleaning staff happily came back later.

The room was nice, a good size and well appointed. It was cleaned daily, which was nice for our stay. The breakfast had a good range of foods available and we were able to fill up for the day.

There was a mess up with the bill, so I was double charged, which messed up the holiday spending money as they couldn't just return the money, just cancel it. The staff were good though and made sure I have a receipt.

Great location, amazing breakfast, and super friendly staff who went out of their way to accommodate every request.

There were ongoing renovations during our visit, and the presence of workers was a bit a disruptive at times, but overall a very pleasant experience.

Location good, near to Metro so we could travel around easily. Room tidied every day and bed made and towels changed

I was surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, even budget hotels in UK have this. Very poor to only have a paper cup not replaced. Only one towel per guest.

This hotel is at an excellent location and near many metro stations at a walkable distance and it was really easy to get anywhere you like. The breakfast was really good and tasty with lots of variety. The bed was really comfy and we loved the bathroom.

Some of the staff were not very friendly and they didn't know to speak good English so to communicate better. There were no face towels. Only the bigger ones. When I asked for one they said they don't have any. I had to ask also for a hair dryer. There wasn't one in the room. Also, the receptionist was reluctant to give us second pillows, but they did. There was no kettle and coffee/teas in the room. No mug or glass or spoons. For this amount of money, we could have these facilities.
