Very friendly and helpful staff, large clean room. The location was incredible, less than 20-30mins travel by metro to all major locations such as Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame and Sacre Coeur

While I enjoyed the breakfast very much, for my girlfriend who is unable to consume dairy and gluten, the options were somewhat minimal. Only a minor point because of how affordable everything was so I am being a bit nitpicky of course :)

My room had the view of the Eiffel Tower. It was beautiful to see it sparkle every night, and could even see the fireworks during the Bastille day. The breakfast was good but the space was too small for all the guests to sit and enjoy. However, that didn’t concern me too much since the hotel was very clean and comfortable and close to the Eiffel Tower. Amazing for the value. Our bags were kindly stored before and after checkout, therefore we could explore more of Paris. P.S. I booked 4 rooms in the hotel for a big group, hence it might say I stayed in a different room.

The food area was too small. The air conditioner wasn’t working properly. There is only one small lift, which could be a problem for some, since it was under repair on a day when we stayed.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was very cozy, conveniently located, close to everything. There is a supermarket right at the corner, plenty of bakeries to choose from and we were lucky to have Eiffel Tower view from our room window. The stuff was very friendly and helped us with every question we had. You can buy breakfast at the hotel and it is very delicious, plenty of variety to please everyone. We walked to most of the attractions, it will take you about an hour to get to the Eiffel Tower, but what an experience to see Paris as you get there. We highly recommend this hotel

The hotel is very quiet and clean, and the room service is excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was very spacious and bright, with tea and coffee facilities, safe, ironing borad, and there was even a steamer. The bed is huge and also very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location with convenient link to all types of public transport.

At breakfast, the service was a little bit too slow, and some food/drinks were missing (bread/ orange juice). Scrambled eggs and sausages were served cold.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff was amazing from day one, the rooms were completely neat and clean. The breakfast in the morning had a good and large variety of things from cold to hot options Also, rooms come equipped with American plugs & European plugs , huge plus as if you forget the converters no fuss, plug in your charger and you’re all set. The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly and always ready to help. If we ever come back this would be the place we choose over and over again. Whilst a little further away from all the sightseeing the great part was being away from all of the hustle and bustle of city center Paris , which was a madhouse daily. Ubers available at all times and for 12-14 euros you can move from / to hotel easily. Metro is also very close by as well as public transportation. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

Front desk staff Luise, Alex, Payel Elizabeth & all house keeping members( I hope I got the names correctly)were extremely kind gracious & helpful. Extremely friendly & easy to talk to. Each & every one of them greet you with smile & ready to help. The place is extremly clean & beds made & towels replaced upon request.

I wish there was easly accessible filtered water filling station on each floors. Little bigger table, two chairs & decent bright light would be helpfull for two people to work on laptops, write notes & drink coffee. Table & stool are kids size to tiny.

Room was spacious and well laid out. Bed was enormous and comfortable. The room was quiet, indicating good soundproofing. Breakfast was good, except on the last day when we're convinced they served leftovers from the previous day. We were pleasantly surprised to be allocated a room with a balcony.

There was paint peeling off the door, and off the doorframe leading to the balcony. There were several large spider webs, but the rest of the room seemed clean enough. There are no hooks or rails on which to hang towels to dry. I approve of not washing daily, but at least provide a place to dry the towels!

Reception staff very accommodating and friendly. Hotel clean and smart. Excellent buffet breakfast. Quite well located - about 8-10 mins walk form nearest metro. Didn't try buses but I think they are closer.

No cupboards in room (I was on the 8th floor - apparently rooms on other floors have cupboards). Only a small table to work on - little desk would have been nicer. Room size fine for one person, might have been a bit squashed with two.

The property was well maintained, rooms were a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and free for kids.

The location didn’t have lots around, not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. 10 min walk to more shops, cafes and restaurants. 45 min walk to Eiffel Tower so reasonable if you don’t mind walking.

It is located 30 min walk to Eiffel tower and 3-10 min walk to Bus stops and Train stations. Everything was excellent while I stayed. However, the hotel's elevator was not working for 2 days, which is disappointed. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and nice. I would recommend staying at this hotel.
