The location of the hotel was fantastic everything was walking distance or near to a metro station. The rooms were brand new and everything was in amazing condition. The staff were lovely and all of the facilities were excellent.

It was clean The bed and pillow was comfortable They had bathrobe and slippers Nuxe cosmetics shampoo shower gel and conditioner. 6 min walk from Metro 18 min walk from Lafayette

The bathroom door it didn’t close well

Good location, close to a good choice of restaurants and the metro. Soundproofing was good in the bedroom which was useful for the construction across the road

Reception area was always incredibly warm

good place and convenient, many restaurants near hotel. room is slightly small but everything compact, enough good for me. just a bit noisy due to construction outside these days...

washing basin is a bit too small and easily wet on the floor...

The location was close to the metro, which made it easy to get around. There were a lot of stores and cafes in the area. I felt safe.

The staff was a little rude at times, but I was sensitive to that since I was traveling alone.

Comfy firm bed. Staff friendly. Good position for getting from Gare du Nord station. Short walk from lots of restaurants. Metro close as well

Extractor fan in hotel toilet and our ensuite did not work. Scrambled egg not cooked enough. Sliding door to ensuite did not close..4cm gap. Rather embarrasing

Location excellent, close to tube station for getting around Paris. Lots of nice restaurants within a short walking distance.

I was one person staying in a double room and the room was tiny. not really anywhere to unpack clothes. This double room although lovely with little French balcony (that I didn’t step out onto!) and beautifully clean wasn’t big enough for two people. I booked two rooms for my daughter and me and we had requested that they were close but we were on different floors.
