The hotel is impressive and well-maintained, with a fantastic location near the Arc de Triomphe, subway stations, restaurants, and even a nearby cinema. The bed is comfortable, and the room is stocked daily with two tea bags, two coffee pods, and a bottle of water for your convenience. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast is a choice between express or gourmet options from the menu, as there is no buffet, but the portions are sufficient. Options include coffee, tea, or hot chocolate, pastries, jam, honey, yogurt, cereals, butter, water, and juices (orange and grapefruit). You can also order an omelet with ham and cheese. The food is served quickly, and the quality is excellent.

No fridge in the room, however there is a empty place to put it. I prefer buffet insead of order from the menu because you can see and chose only what you want to eat or try and then add more to your plate. The view was inexistent at 1st floor on the back, rooms are small.

They offer a wonderful breakfast with several options ranging from a simple continental breakfast to a full made to order one. Although this was a single room, it felt more spacious than some doubles that I have stayed in. The decor was charming. The location was two blocks away from the Arc de Triomphe and two blocks away from a fairly major metro station.

My room was right across from the elevator and could be a little noisy at night.

sink at the bathroom should be bigger for sure and there was space for biiger sink we are a bit surprised to use our amenities from rrom table to bathroom also there is no refrigerator in the rooms which is a very big minus for the hotel

I had a great stay. The location is excellent—just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, which made it very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The service was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the toilet was in a separate room from the bathroom and sink, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again. A special thank you to Victoria at the front desk—she was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. She even gave us some bottles of water before we left, knowing we had a long journey ahead. Her thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Also a thanks goes to the Tunisian staff member in the breakfast restaurant who was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring my mornings started on a positive note. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly sufficient for my needs and very comfortable. Overall, the excellent service provided by the staff truly made my experience memorable.

I really appreciated the hotel’s prime location, just steps from the Champs-Élysées and close to metro stations, making it easy to explore Paris. The service was outstanding, with the staff always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The on-site wellness/fitness center was a great bonus, offering a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle. There was also abit of luxury with the bathrooms stocked with Rituals toiletries products!

The only downside to my stay was the breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. The pastries didn’t live up to Paris’ renowned standards, and the bread was tough and untoasted. Additionally, the breakfast options felt somewhat limited, with only cheese or butter available upon request. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it’s an area that could use improvement.

The room was beautiful. Spotlessly clean. The shower and toiletries are wonderful. Hotel smelt fantastic. It is so warm and comfortable. Lighting in the room was very nice. Staff friendly.

Another bottle of water in the room would have been perfect. Struggled with limited TV channels, and our Netflix account couldn't be connected. We didn't raise these issues as minor, and we were quite honestly shattered after huge days sightseeing.

Although the rooms are quite tiny, they are very well decorated to make you feel right at home. The beds are very good, as is the shower: spacious and with an oversized rainshower head. The towels and bathrobes are large and extremly soft to indulge you to the max. Breakfast is great: not a buffet as in other hotels, but presented at your table with delicious croissants, pain-chocolat and baguettes, accompanied with different confitures, fresh fruit and eggs cooked or baked in the style you prefer. The management and staff is outstanding: very friendly, attentive and helpfull. All in all we received a 5 star + treatment in a 4 star hotel. .

The staff was absolutely incredible, felt so safe, they give amazing recommendations, the drinks, the food, the cleanliness, the entire hotel is art and pant painted which I find incredible, the hotel is only a month old so everything is impeccable, the location is walkable to almost everything and I was in my heels, great locations nearby, arc de Triomphe can be seen from the window, moving forward I will only stay here every time I come back to Paris, the staff feel like friends now they made me feel at home.
