I travel often to Paris, and I've never stayed in a hotel as clean as this one. The location of the hotel is just amazing, only a 2-minute walk from Champs Elysees. I highly recommend it, and it's now one of my favorites in Paris. I will definitely be back for all my future trips.

We had the most perfect stay at Hotel Princesse Caroline for our trip to Paris for 3 nights. The location was outstanding, and so close to the Arc De Triomphe, Metro (train station), lovely cafes/patisseries, fantastic restaurants, and very easy to navigate to the Eiffel Tower (20-25min walk or metro). The daily housekeeping was a beautiful surprise, and the staff were so kind and helpful. We requested a view from our room, and were given the 6th floor with a stunning view of the streets below, we felt so spoilt. The room was small, but very comfortable and such fantastic value in a beautiful part of town.

An iron & ironing board would be helpful in the room, but otherwise we couldn’t fault our stay! Thankyou so much Hotel Princess Caroline for an unforgettable Paris stay!

The location is amazing — one or two short blocks away from the Charles de Gaulle metro stop which made getting everywhere we wanted to be a breeze. The AC in the room was also amazing and worked EXTREMELY well! The windows also open to the street with a sweet little micro Juliette balcony which we would’ve spent more time enjoying if it had been a bit colder out.

The bathroom was extremely small, which was especially noticeable when using the toilet. The spot the toilet was in made it impossible as a woman to properly clean myself after using the bathroom, requiring some creative maneuvering on my part. Additionally, I smashed my head into the shower glass wall when standing up and pulling my pants up — again a very tight fit. Now I’m not a thin person but I am a short one - 5’4” — and this bathroom did require that I stand straight up with no forward leaning.

It is not their fault but the lift was not working during our stay. They offered us free breakfast which was great and they allow us to store our luggages.

Lovely little hotel. 2 mins walk from Arc de Triomphe. 20 / 25 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Can catch loads of different local buses just minutes away as well as the hop on hop off buses which stop at Arc de Triomphe. Hotel reception very friendly / helpful. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Sounded good value for money but just too much choice outside for food for us to stay in the hotel. Rooms good size for a city centre hotel, clean / comfy. City center hotels are all about location location location, and this certainly ticked the boxes.

Great location, lots of metro stations, restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff were great and everything was kept really clean. Room was spacious and had lots of storage and plug sockets around the room.

Not a huge issue but the hairdryer in the bathroom was not good, I never travel with one and always use the ones in the bathroom but really struggled with this one. If you have long or thick hair I would suggest bringing one with you. There is also some work going on next door which was very loud, I arrived on Friday afternoon and left Monday and the work seemed to only be happening during the week so didn’t effect my trip but I did get woken up on the Monday morning at 8am by drilling. It seemed like it was going on in the room next to me so was very loud and had I been staying longer, I wouldn’t have been happy so would hope the room I was in isn’t being used at the moment for people staying in the week

The bedroom was spacious with a proper wardrobe where we could unpack for a week and store our large suitcases. The desk and chair plus an extra sitting chair were really helpful and there was also a useful seat at the foot of the bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, efficient heating and cooling and the bathroom was modern and clean with a lovely bath to soak in after a long day of walking and sightseeing. The hotel’s proximity to the Charles de Gaulle Étoile (metro) (directly under the Arc de Triomphe) was fantastic and there were great dining options nearby. The reception desk staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few steps from the ARc De Triumphe. The size and comfort of the rooms were sufficient. I did not have breakfast or room service, but the employees I encountered at the reception and on the floors were very friendly.

The bathroom looks like it needs a refurbishment, it didn't feel very clean, I also saw a few hairs in the shower cabin. Showing room number and floor on room card is different than I have seen before so accidentally I went up to the 3rd floor and looked for my room. Normally the first number indicates which floor it is, but in this hotel the middle number indicates it.

Location, a street away from arc de triomphe. Charles de gualle etoile metro, top of champs d'elysee. I found this perfect for getting around the city. Beautiful hotel and room prefect.
