I love this hotel, it is very welcoming, nice design as per photos, recently renovated and impeccable clean. A very safe place as well as I was travelling by myself and had not to worry about my safety. The water pressure in the shower is super with hot water as you please. The breakfast is very nice with a decent selection of food and drinks in the morning. There are convenient stores close by where you can shop more food or drinks. The location is also good, has access to Metro and RER from which you can get to Gare Du Nord after few stops. For some people might feel that is too away from the city as will take you 30 to 45min to travel to central locations however I find it better, as the area is very quiet and excelent to get some rest after a long day around Paris. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. Also, the deposit has been received the moment I checked out which made the full process quicker and pleasant leaving without worries. This was my second stay here and I’ll definitely be back. • Breakfast was good. • The hotel was clean. • Reception staff were kind and welcoming. • Conveniently located inside the outlet mall. • The staff promptly handled a small room cleaning incident involving one of my child’s favorite T-shirts, for which we are grateful.

• The outlet mall was mostly abandoned, with only a few open stores (Adidas, KFC, a couple of restaurants which wasn’t good , and a small supermarket with limited selection).

Excellent location, 5 minutes walking distance from the metro station, there was 2 supermarkets next the the metro station and shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, cafés and cash machine that was very convenient, and also the rooms were clean and provided new towels each day , breakfast was decent, very helpful and kind staff, will definitely recommend this place!!

Clean and comfortable room Takes about 30 minutes traveling to Central Paris from the hotel by metro. But it's still worth with the price of the room. Breakfast was very good

Shower curtain was missing in the bathroom They didn't replace towels for the whole 3 night stay. 5 minute walk to metro station Had to pay a eur 50 per day as security deposit with a credit card. Never seen a similar thing before.

The staff where helpful, friendly and very accommodating of our needs, from manager to the staff at the front desk. Are highly professional. I left a bag behind and they did their best to assist me to receive it. From the ladies at the buffet to room service to front desk all are amazing. Definitely an affordable property to stay when in France.

The wooden dolls are so cute and adorable, rooms are decent size, equipped with essentials.

The property is very nice. The design is playful and up to date which takes the overall experience to the next level. I have travelled for work and the location of hotel helped a lot to get to any destination I had in mind. The hotel is 10min way from the Metro station which makes it very easy to connect to other Metro or RER. The staff was outstanding, very pleasant, great communication and super helpful. I will definitely recommend it for anyone looking to explore the city and having a good night of sleep followed by a good breakfast before starting your day.

It's a newish boutique hotel with easy access on the Paris Metro (line M5 stop at Bobigny-Pantin). Very clean room, comfy bed, strong WiFi, lift to the top floor. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a large public sitting room that continues to the breakfast room. Espresso at the lobby (breakfast area) is available 24/7. There is a mini-fridge to chill drinks or small food packets. There is also a safe. The toilet is separate from the shower and wash sink.

While the standard room is amply spaced for one person, it may not be optimal for two people especially with luggage. There is NO closet or chest drawers, so your luggage is your closet. Breakfast is included, BUT very very very poor choices: starchy sugar-loaded breads/cakes/danishes/cereals/yogurts, cured highly processed cold meats, fruit salad poured from a can !?# The only nutritious breakfast items are Brie cheese and hardboiled eggs. There is kettle in the room but they do not replenish coffee/tea after the first day. There is only one electric outlet on a ledge, the other is up on the wall about half way from the ceiling, hence it is unusable for any piece of electronics. The AC does NOT cool down to your desired temperature. It can be priced lower.

My room looked out on to the refuse collection depot. Not very nice too look at, and a bit noisy. The Google maps directions were incorrect and ended up walking twenty minutes to the wrong side of the complex, up and back down the steeped road with luggage, because of this. I was told when I eventually arrived that the coordinations and address were incorrect on the google details. Couldn't see any street signs for the hotel. It was dark but not so late in the evening so I didn't feel unsafe, however it could have been worse. Ibis please fix this.

Design and interior is superior.

The location of the hotel is next to the garbage truck parking lot so it's a bit noisy when then beeping and moving. There are no warm dishes served for breakfast (like eggs and bacon). Also, the toilet is installed at a weird height for very tall people. But you will used to it :)

Location is good, 5minute walk to the metro. Parking 10euro per night in garage, very safe. Room was quite big and we had a seperate toilet. Helpfull and friendly staff, good breakfast

Bathroom was not 'spic and span' clean, there was a small hair on the wall and the glass door didn't look very clean (a lot of dried water on the door). But this was not a big problem for us since the rest was very clean and the staff is really friendly!
