Its a little on the outskirt of Paris City Center but the hotel is clean, about 3 min walk from the Metro. This makes the location convenient. The staff were amazing! Very friendly and quick to help us with whatever we need. The breakfast was good, I was not expecting hot breakfast like bacon, sausage, and scrambled egg, but they have them. They have really good selections of brread and pastries. ( better than the ones we bought from a nearby boulangerie.) The cheeses, jams and butter were good too! We had a nice stay!

Even though this hotel is a little way out of central Paris, we found it really easy to catch both the local Metro and train into Paris and also the Palace of Versailles. The room was clean, a reasonable size and because of its location and being on the 6th floor very quiet. This is a businessman's hotel outside of Paris so reasonably priced for its location with very helpful staff. We had some really nice local meals including at the Il Giardino and the SushiDo.

The bathroom was quite small, and the toilet was crammed into a quarter. We could lean our heads on the wall in front. We only ate breakfast once. I suppose for Paris 14,50 euros is okay but disappointed that when they ran out of scrambled eggs at 8:30 they didn't bother to make anymore. Also, if you are going to provide a facility to boil eggs, it might be a good idea to turn it on, so you aren't trying to cook an egg from a cold-water start.

This hotel is located in vanves, 10minutes away from Monparnass, with Metro 13 you can quickly reach most of the nice locations in Paris, including CHamps elysees, Eiffel tower,etc. Stuff of the hotel was nice overall. The value for money is good. It is a good place to stay for small familly.

The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the Metro, in a very safe neighbourhood - also there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the road and a great local supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The room was a little small, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. We were on the top, 7th, floor, and could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance, which was a nice bonus! We didn't use the dining room mas we ate out every day, but there were free croissants at Reception every day.

We found it difficult to control the room temperature, and were either too hot or too cold.

24/7 bar is advertised. This is not a proper bar, simply a few different drinks which can be purchased and paid for at reception. There is no public bar area though you can sit in the breakfast room or outdoor seating area.

It is a quiet accommodation located in a convenient place directly connected by subway, although it is a bit far from tourist attractions.

As many reviews have mentioned, the road to the underground parking lot is a bit narrow, but with the assistance of a helper, even a Passat Variant can be parked and exited without any issues.

Very pleasant backyard to relax after a day visiting Paris. Location is very good, restaurants and a bakery next door, metro station a few minutes walk. Very convenient baggage room.

A kettle in the bedroom would have been appreciated, Breakfast expensive for a family…

Excellent location, very close to Paris’ excellent Metro system. There are a couple of restaurants/bars across the street and a McDonald’s for those of a faster requirement :) The staff were excellent, very warm, welcoming and friendly and spoke very good English! a lot better than my broken French!!! All in all and excellent stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Car park attached to the hotel is an excellent amenity; however, it is not suitable for bigger cars or those quite low to the ground. Access is tight and very steep and the spaces are quite small; for our car (Golf) it was just big enough.

Easy to get to as it's close to a metro station. The rooms are a decent size by Paris standards and very clean. Breakfast was fine with a good selection on offer.

The immediate neighbourhood around the hotel doesn't have that much to offer, but we booked for the easy Metro access and proximity to car rental locations.
