Perfect location, over the street is great park end Imperial palace, shopping streets, fish market is close to hotel

Rooms are outdated, looks like from 70’s, strange bathroom without shower cabins but extremely clean

We stayed in the service apartment part of the hotel. I think the service was a little different like the room cleaning and other room services, but I haven't notice anything less than perfect at the hotel so far. The room was on the 29th floor and got the great view of the Shinbashi station to the south. The room was very spacious including the good size toilet. The amenity in the room was the best I've seen. They even provided 4 hand towels. All of the staff speaks perfect English, even the bell boy and the cleaning maid. The service was beyond what I ever imagined to experience. The Narita limousine bus stops in front of the hotel which was very helpful to us with 2 big luggage each.

The building feels a little dated, even though everything is still functioning and well maintained. Our service apartment entrance was a little secluded which make getting in and out of the building difficult but we did orient ourselves on our second day.

Our stay at Imperial Hotel Tokyo was nothing short of exceptional. The service was truly impeccable — every member of the staff was professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. The food was of the highest quality, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was flawless, with every space spotless and well-maintained. This hotel sets the gold standard for hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and worry-free stay in Tokyo.

The hotel itself is very grand and the staff are impeccably courteous and go out of their way for you. The rooms are spacious enough. We were only there for one night so didn't use any of the facilities, but it looked like there was a good lounge and dining experience. The beds were plush and the bathroom amenities were excellent

We were on the top floor of the tower building - it's very far from the lobby (you can't exit at the bottom of the tower building - you need to walk back to the lobby building) so if you want to head out to get something quickly, you've got a 5-10 minute walk before you even hit the street. The rooms are dated in that the TV's don't have streaming capability and there were no USB charging ports for phones we could find. Nothing is a deal breaker, the hotel certainly comes across as an old school luxury hotel, but you notice some of the modern amenities are missing.

The outstanding customer service, all of the staff were amazing. 5 star customer service all round. It was my husband and I, it was our first time visiting Japan. We stayed at the Imperial Hotel for 1 week and we would definitely go back and stay there again. It must have been within the first 20 minutes or so of arriving at the hotel, and we got a knock on the door, and the lovely tea lady attendant provided us with complimentary Japanese tea and one of the traditional japanese sweets for both myself and my husband. She put the tray with the tea and sweets on one of our side tables and asked us if there was anything else that she could assist us with etc. Such a lovely team of staff, so respectful, cultured and polite, and not to mention helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Even when we were walking to the lift to go downstairs etc, there was someone always there to greet us and press the button for us! Not even exaggerating, like this was service like no other! Above and beyond is an understatement, the service was truly exceptional. The concierge were phenomenal, just one example I will share (I do have more believe me but I will share this one) one evening my husband and I wanted to go for Teppanyaki for dinner. The duty manager got out of his seat and physically walked outside with us and directed us/showed us the best way to go to the Teppanyaki restaurants and where they were located.

Everything was exceptional! We liked everything! There was nothing that we disliked.

The entire staff was awesome! The check in process was extremely smooth and thank you to Ma. Takahashi for her pleasant welcome and courteous service, even help make reservations for us for dinner at Nakata (which was absolutely delicious). We were spoiled by the staff with a level of service that was the best we’ve ever had! Thank you for a wonderful stay! The location is superb next to Hibiya Park for a relaxing g stroll after dinner and if you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are lots of restaurants within a five minute walk from the hotel. Lots of shopping options as well.

My favourite hotel in the world. Wonderful building l, best croissant for a thousand miles … but what makes this hotel is the incredible staff who go beyond the norm to deliver exceptional service. On checking out three ladies took our suitcases away at the lift without me asking … one example. But all are like this making a stay joyful.

Buffer breakfast is not great: 1. Depending on occupancy you arrive to be given a number and be told perhaps a 30 minute wait. Ok first world problem, but in a 5* start hotel. There are alternatives but please. 2. Buffet breakfast fine not great. Poor or no cold meats. Ham and Sausages rubbish. Although croissants absolutely top notch. Summary - disappointed by buffet breakfast.

From check-in to check out, it was everything we could have asked for and more! The entire staff was so accommodating, and the concierge team took care of every request and went above and beyond on a few of them. We stayed in the Tower and had an amazing view of the Imperial Palace. I had a package delivered to the hotel that arrived a few days before we did, and it was delivered to us at check-in without an issue. I appreciated the pajamas, robes, and slippers and the toiletries in the bathroom. Exceptional stay at an exceptional hotel!

Excellent location, walking distance from Tokyo Station, Imperial Gardens, and shopping in the GINZA areas. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the area to cater to most tastes.

This hotel truly has a world-class service from the moment you arrive it honestly feels like just levitate to your room whilst the staff bring up your luggage and check you in. The Imperial Hotel Tokyo is in a great location with many attractions such as the Imperial Palace near by shopping and world class restaurants within close proximity. Finally, the hotel has so many bars and restaurants from the bars and Cafes on the ground floor to the lounge area and restaurants on the 17th floor. I must point out the hotel serves a lovely Japanese breakfast.
