We were there for a night, a stopover before going into Singapore by the Tebrau Shuttle the next day from JB Sentral. It was only a 12mins walk to the station and most of it was on an elevated covered walkway. There is a foodcourt nearby and several mamak restaurant too.

The hotel is a little dated. The sheets could have been newer and the bath room sink could have been changed.

Location near to JB Sentral. Huge room. Got bathtub.

Bathroom floor and wall are slippery like soap residue from the mopping left after the floor dried. Not safe for old people. Tv is located in the living hall, not in the bedroom. You cannot watch tv when in bed. Need to sit at sofa or dining table to watch tv. Need to validate parking (your TnG) before you go out every time. So if you're out 3x per day, you need to validate 3x.

Limited lobby parking. As my car is very low, we are unable to drive up the multi storey car park so we reserved a lobby parking few days prior to checking in. However, during the actual day, we were told that all the lobby parking are full due to an event that was going on over the weekends. After much discussion, they realise that there’s a communication breakdown between the person taking my parking reservation and the security in charge. It was quickly managed and resolved and I was glad that they manage to secure a slot for me. Additionally, we requested for an iron and ironing board which took a few hours to deliver.

My room at the GBW was huge, it was actually a one bedroom apartment and very spacious. Bed was super comfortable and staff regularly changed sheets and towels and provided bottled water daily. However the room was very tired and in need of upgrading and repaint throughout. The lobby area was very nice and staff well presented and helpful.

I am a regular guest to GBW. Each time my husband n I decide to staycation at JB we'll be sure to stay at GBW hotel. We love everything about GBW such as value for money, location, comfort, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the best hotel in JB! 🥰❤️👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Perhaps the choice of breakfast buffets have more varieties. Other than that all are Good! 👍🏼☺️

We book for a queen studio room but our first check in we were given a free upgrade by your lovely staff. We were thankful and greatful but to our surpise the upgraded room wasnt to our expectation. The first room 1315 wasnt clean as we saw some patch of black stain/mole on the carpet. We brought along our 3 months old baby and felt like the room isnt suitable for our baby.The bed room doesnt have window and the ventilation wasnt working. We then decided to leave a feedback to your staff Hazwani. We told her we will be coming back later as we went out to do some shopping. We came back later and to our surprise Hazwani have kept and given us a much better room with a superb view. We would like to thank Hazwani for breing incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Thank u Hazwani.

It was very cheap for 1 night for a big room for 3pax and it was very nice, cosy, clean and comfortable in the rooms. The hotel lobby, restaurant breakfast buffet food and rooms were all very nice!

It was a little dirty on the walls and at the aisle walkway to the hotel rooms, and outside the hotel buildings walls look little bit like rundown

Property location was pretty good but a bit dirty. Friendly staff with daily housekeeping but one of my rooms was ready a bit late. Room was ready at 4pm despite us arriving at 3pm, the official check in time. The 45rm buffet breakfast was pretty good too!

Near lrt construction thus quite busy at times. Not many muslim eatery nearby. Hotel due for renovation thus furniture quite old. Perhaps when the renovation completed it will be much better.
