We really liked the array of foods available for breakfast. Y'all did it just nicely! Everything was splendid for a middle class couple here for medical tourism.

I didn't enjoy the strong scent in the lobby. Commercial scents/fragrances are hard on the human endocrine system, and it would be spectacular to have that switched to essential oils diffused. You would elevate everyone's health by this simple change! Also, having a easy connection to a great value taxi to take us to the beach or the grocery store would be helpful.

Breakfast was really good, and had a loooot of variety. The rooms were also huuuuuge. Great plus! Our cleaning service lady was so attentive, she was great.

We had gone during the week and everytime we went to the pool, we were hoping to see a bartender there. We never did during our stay. Our room also smelled like paint, perhaps due to the new paint but the fumes were kinda crazy.

The size of the room was way beyond my expectations. Was surprised by the kitchen/bar area. Wasn't expecting that. It was very quiet, despite being right on the main highway. Would recommend to anyone.

The breakfast, although decent, was a little lacklustre. Can't complain about a free breakfast, but the coffee could use some help.

We stay here when we have to utilize H-Plus and unfortunately we have stayed here more than we want due to surgeries. The staff is very professional and greets us whenever we enter.

It would be nice to change the breakfast menu from time to time. Maybe add something new. Not a complaint but a note from someone who stays frequently

Although it took a while to check in everything else was great! The room was comfortable, their breakfast was one of the best I have seen for a Hampton. The Mercado with tons of food options is right there also, super convenient. I also loved the rooftop pool with great views. The pool wasn’t heated so that was a bummer but there was also a guy up there serving drinks.

Couldn’t walk to a beach.

The staff members were absolutely excellent: the front desk, the cleaners, the ones that took away our plates at breakfast …everyone was so friendly and helpful. They really made the hotel great. Then the pool and gym were also awesome, especially the hot pool.

The room that we had didn’t have a kitchen and was a bit small, but we made the best of it. Also, we realized that the hotel was a bit far from the activities we wanted to do (~30 mins).

We like the proximity to the airport . The view over the ocean where the whales pass by. The rooftop swimming pool. Walking distance to the market where you can have a variety of excellent food. See picture.

The water in the shower was cold in the morning. They could not fix it in time.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, nice size, & well ventilated; I always looked forward to breakfast it was great! The location of the hotel by the food market was great as well.

There was noise in the beginning of the night that sounded like construction or constant moving that lasted for about 40 minutes, but it eventually stopped.

service at front desk, at the room there's an message that says: "we back you up, if you need toothpaste, a towel, etc. do not hesitate to ask us'. I went to the front desk, and they said: "no we don't have toothpaste you have to go to the nearest supermarket " lol (maybe it was not available for mexican guests) besides that, everything was good :)
