Enjoyed the ocean view. Staff provided outstanding service especially the concierge & front desk. Breakfast was good; nice variety. Very clean and great location. Approximately 15 min drive from SJD airport. Short walk to beach and various food choices from casual to fine dining.

Would like bagels and bacon for breakfast. The pool area needs music which would cover the traffic noise. Would have enjoyed a jacuzzi & longer hours for night swimming. Misters in pool area would be good for really hot days. The car exhaust fumes unpleasant from the pool area.

Wow what breakfast. It it was a combination of Mexican and American food and you could choose what you want with all the fruits and it was spectacular. I enjoyed it. The staff was very nice, always very professional and they always make sure that we had what we needed. I loved it.

I had something happen in the bathroom, but someone came right away and fixed it, but that was the only bad thing

Hotel is close to the beach. Busses stop very close to the hotel. Staff at the desk and the restaurant are very nice and welcoming. Good drinks at the bar. Great WiFi!

No balconies available. We were invited for a breakfast at Hyatt Secreto, being told it is courtesy for our longer stay and to promote the Hyatt hotels, when we arrived there we waited for 30min, before being told we do not qualify for the promotion and breakfast (because of our noon-american credit card). We were not offered water, coffee or any breakfast. That was definitely the low-light of our vacation.

I liked how clean this hotel was. The staff was very accommodating letting us check in a little early and also putting us on the same floor as our family Overall we were very happy with our stay

We wish the pool was a little bigger and had more chairs. Towels were brought out in a little portions at the pool. Not enough towels for our chairs They had a hard time at breakfast keeping up with the demand. The food pans were empty sometimes for 30 minutes, they had coffee but no cups for 10 minutes, they have no plates to put the food on

Property was well taken care of, room and amenities were all clean and updated. Staff was friendly, pool and gym available to use and continental breakfast was a great bonus.

Located in a bit of a secluded area can walk around a bit but everything seems to just be building up so will continue to grow and have more around but I only stayed for one night and that was perfect!

Close to the beach, stores, restaurants. Big breakfast Buffet with a lot of variety. Rooms were nice and facilities were clean. Kids enjoyed the pool too. Al the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The beds were a little too stiff for our liking and the faucet in the bathroom was right up against the edge of the sink which made it difficult to use.

It was clean small and to the point it was perfect for my daughter, my mom, my husband and I. The room cleaners always left the room so perfect and clean (even though you think you leave it clean) they make it better! It’s a 7 minute walk to the beach (even tho u can’t swim at that beach) still to take a stroll or lay in the sand it was perfect. Super close to supermarkets and a little plaza that had El comer.

Most times there was no towels at the pool but as soon as you asked for them they would bring some out. I feel they were under staffed during busy times and fully staffed during non busy times lol.

Location & view from 5th floor were amazing. Most of the staff was great and seemed to take pride in their work/customer service. Breakfast was great. Room was large, and bed was super-comfy.

Twice encountered guests at the pool playing loud music and drinking heavily, but once we brought it to staff attention they handled it quickly. Also what felt like a ‘hard sell’ from the concierge service in the lobby seemed a little weird.

I really liked my previous stays ... there was nothing to dislike and the staff has always been super nice

The $75 non-refundable dog fee. I thought that was a total rip-off (50% of the room rate) I know some dogs can be obnoxious but when you have a discipled dog that doesn't sleep on furniture and doesn't leave a trace of their presence, I find it outrageous and will find another dog-friendly accommodation elsewhere for my next stay in Cabo when picking-up or delivering people to the airport from La Ventana.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a table at an amazing restaurant in Los Cabos and gave good general/ local advice regarding the area and taxis or uber. Rooms were well appointed and clean- our view from the window over the sea was fantastic.

If I’m being picky … no tea bags at breakfast, just herbal ones!
