Omelettes were delicious. The menu changed daily to feature items. Staff were friendly and polite. Loved our room and the balcony and the locking safe. The reservable restaurant was a nice dinner. There is a supermarket, Starbucks and more only a short block away if you forget to pack anything! Short Uber ride into town. The restaurants in town are very expensive making the resort food excellent value.

More towels in the room would have been nice. We were unclear about signing in and returning the pool towels- don’t get charged for not returning towels!

I am overwhelmed with exceeded expectations. The preparation of the meals at the buffet line was thoughtful and beautifully displayed. The variety and themed food gave us many options. Luna Restaurant on property is lovely and delicious as well. A tip was the least we could do in exchange for the wonderful service. There’s a bartender at the pool, and music or activities rotate throughout the day. The week we were there was low key. So peaceful. You could hear the clash of the ocean waves lingering by the pool. The scheduled entertainment every evening was something I looked forward to. The quality of the mariachi singers was top-notch authentic. The intention and details of Decameron is 100%.

I’m pleased with service all around

Awesome staff, great service. Not much people around so it was a very personal treatment. Food is good, available throughout all day and different options daily, stayed for a whole week and never got bored of food. Daily activities to join, with friendly entertainers.

Alcohol they use at some of the bars is really cheap, sticked with beer and micheladas. Hotel room bathroom share a glass door for both the shower and the toilet, not comfortable for sharing rooms. Pools close a little early.

The location was very nice, super easy to get downtown. The airport is less than 20 min away. Food was always fresh, hot, and tasty. We really enjoyed walking right onto the beach from the resort and had amazing views.

I thought everything was very nice and comforting if anything I would say maybe updating the rooms a bit but otherwise all was good.

property is a little beat up, let’s just be upfront about it. staff are incredibly nice, place is so clean, food was above average for an all inclusive. activities were not the best, but at least it wasn’t that over-the-top hype-man annoying resort stuff. I really enjoyed it, it was relaxing and comfortable.

please, for the love of all that is holy, do not have the staff roll the mop buckets and trash barrels down the hallways at 3-4am, multiple times. I woke up and thought a tsunami was coming; not kidding. there’s no need to make a ruckus while the population is sleeping, please consider another plan for that, it woke us up every single night.

The staff was exceptional. Seemed genuinely interested in making the guests visit pleasant. Very attentive and professional.

The bars stocked lower grade liquor. I would not have minded to pay extra for the option of a top-shelf cocktail. This wasn't an option unfortunately

The staff were very friendly. Luna restaurant was nice. The fresh made omelets were great for breakfast, also the cinnamon rolls. like the adults only area, nice view since it was elevated.

Need heaters in the Luna restaurant. Disappointing that there was no hot tub. The TV in the room was small and low quality.

Very nice resort with everything you need to have a great vacation. Location was excellent. Staff is great and very welcoming and helpful.

Food at the buffet is very good but needs to be a bit more hot but other than that it was excellent

It’s a little run down but for the price you can’t beat it! we had an amazing time. Amazing staff and the food is actually really good. I recommend making reservations every night to eat at the restaurant and make sure to try the Beef entree. They tell you that it’s super dangerous to swim in the ocean but we went everyday with no problems. Just stay close the shore. There’s an adult pool on the second level which is super fun getting to know people later in the evening. The alcohol is decent. No high end alcohol. Ask for Cazadores if you want decent tequila. Overall a great experience.

No hot tub. Weight room needs some TLC but still not bad. Buffet isn’t great but gets the job done.

Right on the beach, friendly staff, good food, professional photographer they offer did a great job!
