The hotel was just what we needed. We were looking for a cheap hotel near the beach. This was perfect. Yes the room was small and the lighting wasn't the best unless you had all the shades open. They also didn't have much of a closet to hang clothes. But honestly it was fine and for the price one of the best hotels we have stated at. Honestly if you want a big fancy room stay somewhere else but if you want a small quiet friendly minimalistic cheap hotel very close to the beach this place is awesome! They have a hair dryer, a mini fridge, no iron but I brought a portable steamer anyways. The fridge had soda water and snacks you have to pay for but we bought some of our own and just kept it separate in the fridge. I laid by the pool everyday the water was cold but we went in February so I was expecting that. But got alot of sun and the chairs were great. I saw the hotel staff clean every day by the pool and they even offered free beach towels you just had to return every night. Honestly for $100 ish a night this place was amazing. But also expectations you are paying $100ish a night its not a big resort. There was plenty to eat around but it was only about 1.5 mile walk to the city center so that was nice. Also ubers were super cheap most places were under $5 to get too. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

I wish the lighting was brighter. Had to open the shades to get enough light but then you were exposed to people seeing into the room. But it wasn't a deal breaker we made it work.

Don't hesitate. At Six Two Four our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. Our room had a sliding glass door opening onto a small patio facing the golf course. It was quiet and in a great location, quite lovely. If you're driving inquire about parking. The pool and grounds were kept spotless. For breakfast, we walked up the street 5 minutes to a great little restaurant on the ocean side of the road called Grandma's. The food and fresh squeezed juices were fabulous, fairly priced, home cooked with exceptional service. We spent two nights across the street at Royal Solaris before our cruise, meh - the pools were cold, elevators didn't work, our sink was stopped up, and the restaurants were just okay. But we had a nice view of the ocean. We were required to wear wrist bands, which I didn't care for...but oh well. $800/night the value was not there.

The room could have used one more light near the tv.

beautiful grounds, swimming area was super comfortable with plenty of chaises. great patio outside the back, area super well cared for. Very clean overall. Decor in the room was top of the line, natural wood shelves, very beautiful

didn't know if there was a breakfast. There were some snacks in the room, but you had to buy them and they seemed expensive. Room was kind of small, no place to sit down. Problem with hot water in shower (maybe just slow but it never got warm) Difficult parking situation (only room for 3 or 4 cars)

We loved the location, which is literally 5 minutes away from a very quiet beach. Staff always made us feel very at home and helped us with everything we needed from extending our stay to answering any questions. It is also super close to big super markets such as la Comer and Chedraui. There is a shopping center next to it where you can buy souvenirs, coffee and even get lunch, dinner or just drinks. You can also take an Uber to the downtown and get there in 5 minutes. 10/10 would stay there again.

There is a golf course in the back and we were sitting in the balcony facing that area so we had a flying golf ball almost hit us.

Good location in the hotel zone - second row with beach access within 3 minutes walking; l stayed there for the second time at the end of a roadtrip to be already in town for reliable airport access: it had convinced me as a sturdy value for money in the expensive Los Cabos area including a pool to cool down on a hot summer day, a little terrace, water / ice dispenser

It feels a little like a motel, so I wouldn't choose it for a > 3 nights stay; 1/3 of ground floor rooms are very exposed to the parking / street

The room was clean and very spacious for a boutique hotel. The common balcony was very quaint and cozy. Suprisingly quiet even if i was on the ground floor and faced the common pool. Close to the plaza and La Comer where we went to buy groceries.

The staff struggled a little bit when checking us in, granted there were 4 of us checking into different rooms. It was not as efficient as I'd like it to be. But it was not an unpleasant experience.

Considering the prices around Cabo, this hotel was an exceptional value for the money. The room was compact but very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient (walkable) for dining and groceries.

The local (walkable) beach is marginally swimmable. If you are a fresh air freak (I'll cop to that) and like to keep door/window open at night be prepared for the street/club noise to serenade you to sleep! Although Cabo is not our style, we selected this hotel for our last nights in Baja Sur for easy access ($60 USD van ride) to the airport. The Airport Hotel while closer offers very few amenities.

We needed a place to stay for one more night, as we had to stay an extra day last our time share stay. It's not fancy & it's small, but it was updated & very clean & comfortable with a cute patio area overlooking the golf course in back. No elevator, so they put us on the ground floor upon request & it's only 2 stories high. The staff were vVERY nice & professional & check out time was noon, so liesurly.

Nice and quiet. Very clean, comfortable and lovely pool. There was staff on site overnight. Very helpful and accommodating. Fish restaurant next door and other eateries. Short walk to beach and 20 mins to centre. Seating out back and pool directly in front of our room.

Metal bed frame corners can be hard on the leg so use the spare blanket to protect the corner. That was the only comment everything else fab.

This is a motel that has been remodeled well to be ‘boutique’ in the heart of the hotel district. The little pool was pleasant and the finishes modern. Both upstairs and downstairs rooms have west balconies that were nice to sit on. It is across the street and an access walkway from a beautiful, extensive non swimming beach. They had a water machine to fill your water bottles and refrigerators in the rooms. The next door restaurant was good and had a good modern decor. We like the more laidback feel of San Jose del Cabo. You are about 1/2 mile from a estuary reserve and 2 miles from downtown. They have a Thursday night art walk in the town square for most of the fall-spring season.

Our east window (room 26) looked over a roadway and sidewalk with lots of walkers so we had to keep the blinds shut for privacy when changing. The coffee provided with the room was for one cup, with coffee mate and was not very good. The beach access road did not smell good.
