The breakfast was spectacular: a lot of choices for each taste. Lots of bakery items, fruits, egg options, cereals, yogurts etc. Excellent in all aspects. The room is so spacious, a real luxury. Lots of closet space. The bed comfort is perfect, plenty of pillows to pick from. Everything is so clean. Rating based on a 4 nights stay.

The reception area is weird when you walk in. Everything is empty. It's not that I don't like it, it is just weird.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view to the mountains, a big and comfortable bed. Room service every day, two small bottles of water provided daily. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion replenished regularly. The air conditioning was working well. The location fully fit to my business needs. There is a direct entrance to the shopping centre, which is very comfortable. The breakfast was good, a big variety of warm meals (that I would rather consider lunch), fruits, sweet things. I only missed unsweetened natural yoghurt.

The room could use some maintenance, such as the bathroom door could not fully close, towel hangers were broken, the fridge was difficult to close. Also, on Sunday, the area around the swimming pool was not cleaned, there were no clean towels and all the used towels were around the pool, on the beds and on the ground. There were no umbrellas to provide shade.

Excellent location if you're hanging out by Fashion Drive/San Pedro Garza García, ample bedrooms and great breakfast (although quite expensive as it wasn't included in my rate) The staff was very courteous and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy, although they couldn't find my reservation at first.

Some details in the bedroom require attention, like chipped paint by the windows, and those pillows do need an upgrade as they are extremely uncomfortable! There's no coffee maker in the room which should be included for the price. This is not a cheap hotel and even cheap hotels have a coffee maker with free coffee for their guests.

Great value for the price

This is the first time in my 20 years that I've stayed there that they made us get our of our table because we didn't have a reservation. One hostess told me to seat wherever I wanted while another came to kick us out because I didn't have a reservation for the morning breakfast meal.

Very good option. This is not the fisrt time I chose this hotel and the expereince has been very good so far. Breakfast is very good. Facilites are fine. Very well located with many services nearby. Personnel was great. Quiet place. Room size for 1-2 people is correct.

Beds are a little bit soft. Hot water takes a while so there is a innecessary waste of clean water.

It is in an amazing location close to everything, the hotel is huge and everyone is super nice and helpful. Bed is extremely soft and huge.

We just had a small issue with our fridge that didn’t cool but they changed it the next day. Maybe they should have some guards by the pool making sure is clean and there are enough towels.

This has usually been a great hotel. Beds are comfortable, good location, etc

I ran into issues all the time from the check-in, to not being able to charge stuff to my room (even though I left an open voucher at check-in), complicated in general.

Before that I was at another hotel a couple of blocks away and I am glad that I swtiched to Camino Real. The room is big, the bed is comfortable, the room is very clean, the TV screen is huge. I was attending a conference near by so the location was excellent.

It is a little expensive but you get what you pay for, I tried the restaurant and the food was not bad but I expected it to be better for the price. The breakfast was not included in the room and the restaurant I think it is a little overpriced.

It is in a great and safe location. as I travel very often, gym has to be in good shape and it was a good one. Staff was ok, I had a issue with my computer that they couldn`t help, but it was fast check in and out, what is a plus

Service, location

There is no ramp to access the mall hallway. The three stairs have no handrail. Difficult for people with limited mobility to access.
