I love my stayed l, love the room, the service was great Ferni and Roger at the pool and beach were very helpful and make us feel welcomed at all the time their service is great. Pool and food it’s great.

The only downfall is that they could do better when you are a premium guest there are a few things they should offer without an extra payment they have excepción at the pool premium should have all the cabanas included, also at the restaurants premium customers shouldn’t have to pay extra for certain plates and they should provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, transportation is very expensive we paid 100 dollars to go to the airport must of the hotels have their own transportation to transport their guests. That would be great and make the hotel extraordinary.

Great place, awesome restaurants and staff was amazing. Maria our concierge was so attentive the whole time. we Love Gaucho the steak house and Bernardo, is the best! La Boheme is an awesome restaurant as well. We had the “Swin up Pool” room, on building One. Beautiful room.

The only issue, is the mold smell and moisture in the room, I guess building 1 on the pool side does not get much sun and this is a big complaint from other guests as well.

The customer service was outstanding!!! Luz at the restaurant was awesome her service as our waitress was the best that I’ve ever had!!!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We loved the Junior Swim Out room! it was amazing and worth the money. The spa is amazing we went a couple times. All the restaurants were great!

Transportation to and from airport is tricky. Since we did not book thru hotel, the hotel was not very helpful about arranging transportation to/from the airport. We finally were able to get lined up with transportation after talking to multiple people. I also did not love them trying to sell the time shares within the first 15 minutes. It was a lot after a long morning of traveling!

The entire facility was luxury through and through. Experience offered by our butlers, Hector and Miguel was hands down the epitome of 5 Star. The two constantly went above and beyond to surprise us at every turn. The little things to big things made us feel extremely special and will be returning year over year to have them as part of our vacation experience! There is no other experience like what they provided. The two truly show the care they have for each one of our group and anyone at the resort should pay attention to the level of pride each showed in making the trip memorable. True assets to the resort! Chef Manuel was outstanding and provided a dining experience that delighted each and every night. We enjoyed his passion expressed in his dishes and conversation was a pleasure. He made the dining experience 5 Star and something worth coming back for. Manuel our poolside server was perfect. He was always on the ball with refreshing our drinks and even anticipating our orders for lunch to the point it was delivered without asking. We enjoyed the ability to stay in our pools and receive quality service through each day! We are truly grateful for the service and friendships the resort provided us the privilege to experience. We will be returning again next year for the third year in a row to not only enjoy the resort, but most importantly see our premier friends, Hector, Miguel, Chef Manuel, and Manuel at the poolside! Please make sure they each know our gratitude for the level of service provided. Take care of each one of them as your staff as they deserve every ounce of recognition for delighted your guests to a standard above 5 Star!

Pricey taxis to get into Cancun I recommend using the Uber app definitely a lot cheaper!

This resort is perfect for couples. We went as a friend group and still had a wonderful time but it is very romantic. The staff upgraded us to two suites which were excellent for hanging out together. Although you will have access to all the other connected resorts, we mostly stayed at the adults only side. There was more than enough to keep us entertained for a few days. The food was excellent; the portions were small but that made it easier to order a variety. Multiple waiters recognized that our group wanted to try everything and frequently brought a customized sampler platter. One person is vegetarian and we were able to find plenty of options.

I wouldn't stay for more than a few days. It is a wonderful resort but there isn't much to do after awhile. There are daily activities which were all extremely fun and we did all of them. We didn't use the spa because it was a bit pricey but there seemed to be plenty of options. There are off-resort day trips offered but why would you pay a premium for an all-inclusive resort just to leave it?

The hotel service and staff were exceptional. From check-in to departure, the team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Butler Service and Housekeeping kept the rooms spotless, the restaurant staff provided excellent dining experiences. The resort itself was well maintained, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful beachfront views.

The bar drink chasers had an unusual taste, almost medicinal, which some drinks didn't taste good. However, the drinks at the restaurants and the Gravity Bar were much better. Real juices and flavors. Helious Restaurant had the best food but the service was really slow.

I loved the staff the most. From the time we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest staff I have ever seen at a resort. They show pride in what they do. It's a different spirit than a person just coming into work. The hotel was beautiful in itself . I sometimes felt under dressed . When I return here I'll have to bring a nice dress shirt and slacks for my date night with the wife. The room service was excellent. I tipped of course because the service was so excellent.

The only thing I had a problem with was my jacuzzi tub. My butler fixed it and had it set up with bubbles and rose petals.

My room was a dream! My butler was amazing! Nice that it's also a beach front.

The drinks are weak! My room came with a bottle of tequila!! I had the swim up suite get it!!! Make sure it's pool view absolutely not garden the waiters take ur order from the swim up. The food at their restaurant is also trash. Go to the buffet instead or try the restaurant at the grand palladium it's part of the trs, and you have access. The room service selection of food was also trash.
