New hotel, beautiful views, mini bar in room, lots of large buffets and restaurants, gift shops, dance club, variety of ages/races/etc. Mostly groups of friends visit together to chill and socialize. Lots of pools, activities , water slides, etc. Soft sandy beaches, with shade by Palm trees, and good for walks. Use your room safe. If you have trouble walking get a room near the elevator, this place is spread out. Love the pool swim up bar and pool volleyball.

Keep balcony door locked, someone was on our balcony, but couldn’t enter the locked room. If you don’t reserve a room thru the hotel you are required to book your own transportation: we used our AAA membership to book airport shuttle online, e-transfers. Some bar tenders ignore you if you don’t tip, they expect you to carry USD $1’s in your swimsuit: could be a better tipping system for this loc.

Food, drinks and waterpark were awesome! We really enjoyed the Asian restaurant and the pool bars! Beach was beautiful but a bit of a walk from the rest of the property. Not bad though! Breakfast and dinner buffets had tons of options, wish we would've done the lunch one more! Drinks were incredible and the bartenders were always willing to come up with a creative beverage! All around GREAT vibes!

The food was really great - the buffet is amazing and the specialty restaurants are varied and offer great food. Everything was very clean and it was great to be in a new restaurant where everything is up to date. The layout is good so you're never too far away from where you need to go on the resort. The beds are comfortable, not one of those too hard beds or too stiff beds.

Often times its hard to get a drink. Sometimes they even turned us down on our drink orders, telling us later. We were travelling with 10 other people so I understand we were asking for big orders, but nonetheless, we paid and expected service. As well, once the buffet shut down the food at the sports bar was not good. So late night eating was basically non-existent. The property is really far from the city center, so visiting the city is an expensive and time consuming trip but there isn't enough on the resort itself to keep you occupied for a week.

Location is not good. Taxis are expensive. It needs a quiet/relaxing pool away from the noisy activity pools. Paying for pool table at an all inclusive???

As someone with dietary restrictions, I like the number of restaurants and the buffet. All buffet items tell you about allergens and the staff is able to make a meal in a way you can eat it. I also liked the themes of the pools and the aqua aerobics! My friends and I also enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Well done!

Would like to see a bathroom closer to the beach. More people walking around the beach to serve drinks/water.

The variety of pools and the different vibes each pool has was everything!!!! The biggest pool is a leisure chill pool but also hosts the entertainment. What I loved was that you couldn’t hear the music from each pool that’s how much space was between them. For your drinks: Go to Mike 😁 he will seriously take care of you. I literally was near him and he just made me a drink without me asking lol

They don’t refill your drinks in the room unless you empty it and I asked three times for it to be refilled and it wasn’t refilled but that’s okay because the pool guys walk around with a cart offering you drinks I also didn’t like the fact they don’t have Queen or King beds nor are the headboards comfortable. The “Deluxe Double” is just two beds combined in one so it’s hard to “cuddle” with your partner.

Nice hotel with new facilities, very clean rooms and public areas, and very kind service. The buffet is very high quality, with a variety of options for everyone. The beach in Costa Mujeres is beautiful and very quiet because is far away from Cancun’s touristic zone. The entertainment team is amazing.

The hotel don’t provide toiletries which was a surprise for me because they are supposedly a 5-star hotel.

it was an adults only where everything was all new and they had a water park with more than 5 slides!!!!

We got a room with 2 small beds, my wife and I couldn't sleep in the bed the first night, and the next day we asked to change rooms. At the reception they confirmed that they know that such a bed is not suitable for a couple, so how do you offer such a room to guests???? Big disappointment at the beginning, discomfort in moving the rooms and a whole night without sleep with a lot of anger on the first night.

the breakfast was amazing and very much enjoyable! The restaurants on the resort is good as well, they do have some great options to choose from. They have some entertainment going on through out the week which is nice and interactive.
