Fantastic large outdoor pool: this made the holiday! Huge variety at breakfast. Lovely balcony.

No light on balcony. Bedside lights hard to reach from bed. Room not cleaned on Saturday.

The location is brilliant and is central, walking distance the old town and other sights to see. The hotel has something for everyone and all age groups and the food ( we had a deal for breakfast and dinner) was super. The best part of the hotel is the view you get into the sea which is breathtaking! Great option for families and those who want to not stay far away on the beach properties.

The amenities in the room were very basic including no shampoo/ conditioner. They had an all in one soap. We also did not have coffee mugs in the room. You had to pay for it if you wanted it, however they have paper cups if needed. But the staff was super helpful and eventually agreed to give us the mugs without a charge.

We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was pretty much, lots of choice. Spa and swimming pool were excellent.

Despite being winter, the rooms were too hot. Had to leave the balcony door open every night.

Location ( the best 5 star hotel location in antalya ) as it is very close to the city center ( restaurants + shops ) , 2 minutes walking only Rooms are spacious and the view is nice

The reception staff are not a professional 5 star hotel staff ( no so welcoming and helpful) , i asked for somebody to help with luggage during the checkout and the lady in the reception told me that no body there now !!!!!

Very Clean hotel, great breakfast, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The staff was very friendly.

I booked the first week with booking.com then I found out I can not book hotel in Turkey using booking.com so I had to extend my stay and this site was not an option. When trying to book additional weeks the rate for the first week of extension increased by 15% the second week of extension they wanted more than 30% increase in rates. Again booking.com does not disclose in the app that it does not work in Turkey while you are inside the country. I only found out about it when I visited the booking.com website so I did not get genius points for my hotel extensions at the higher rates that I booked with the hotel.

The room was great, they also provided a nice babycot. The view from the rooms were also great.

The staff were not the friendliest. The breakfast spread was underwhelming.

Exceptional facilities, utilised the gym, pool, sauna, entertainment, and the views from the sunny balconies. View from the room was amazing, toilets in the room and the room generally were great.

Due to the design of the hotel being open plan, noise from the ground floor entrance and inside of the hotel could be heard every night whilst trying to sleep. Also the cleaners came round before 8am everyday which seems very early as it did wake us up some mornings. There are also blue lights in the room near light switches, we had to cover these at night as they were bright.

I loved the gym's technogym equipment and software,spa,pools, Turkish baths and location . Stunning views over the mountains. I loved the breakfast choices and that there were lots of healthy foods available. I loved the hotels general atmosphere of calm and spacious. And it looks lovely in the foyer and lounge area The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, one waiter was super, offering teeth picks and hand wipes and asking us if we wanted more water ,tea and coffee. He was very attentive.

I didn't like the meats and fish at dinner. I found them over cooked and dry. Maybe the A La Carte would be better. I didn't try it. I didn't like the carpets in the corridor by the rooms on the A floor. Lots of bleach stains which was disappointing in the appearance of this floor, especially when the rest of the hotel was perfectly presented. Many waiters didn't ask us or check everything was ok. There are lots of waiters not asking. Maybe it's a language barrier. I felt the lighting in the bedroom was not very good. Very little natural light due to the location of the room and the lamps didn't shine very brightly.

Uniqueness of the decking and ocean access. Accommodating staff, the breakfast and dinner buffet were next level. There was no sandy beach, however, a tunnel connects you from the hotel to the ocean and pool, and access is via stairs that lead straight into the inviting waters.. They have daily activities of you wish to participate.

When they say "air conditioning" it's not exactly refrigerated. Our tea and coffee were not replaced on a daily basis which i would have expected from a 5 star resort. Not the end of the world though.

The location of the hotel is perfect for someone that is looking to explore town centre. It is next to the tram, the kaleici town, the harbor, and is overlooking the coast and snowcapped mountains. Being in the city, it is a standalone building and not really a campus. Breakfast and dinner options were excellent, enough variety for everyone to get some good food.

I booked the Junior Suite, and it was the tiniest bedroom I have ever stayed in, I believe 40% of the space went into the balcony that is not really used. Living room also was spacious, but bedroom was tiny. Juices and soft drinks should be part of the buffet, they are barely an additional cost. Request for late check out came at an hourly cost, the fact that I had checked in 6 hours late was not factored, little things that can enhance experience.
