Fantastic large outdoor pool: this made the holiday! Huge variety at breakfast. Lovely balcony.

No light on balcony. Bedside lights hard to reach from bed. Room not cleaned on Saturday.

The location is brilliant and is central, walking distance the old town and other sights to see. The hotel has something for everyone and all age groups and the food ( we had a deal for breakfast and dinner) was super. The best part of the hotel is the view you get into the sea which is breathtaking! Great option for families and those who want to not stay far away on the beach properties.

The amenities in the room were very basic including no shampoo/ conditioner. They had an all in one soap. We also did not have coffee mugs in the room. You had to pay for it if you wanted it, however they have paper cups if needed. But the staff was super helpful and eventually agreed to give us the mugs without a charge.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Antalya if you pretend old town, sun, sea, and explore other places in the coast: 10 minutes walking to shops and restaurant's zone in the vibrant old town, the swiming pool and private beach on the clifs are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was pretty much, lots of choice. Spa and swimming pool were excellent.

Despite being winter, the rooms were too hot. Had to leave the balcony door open every night.

Location ( the best 5 star hotel location in antalya ) as it is very close to the city center ( restaurants + shops ) , 2 minutes walking only Rooms are spacious and the view is nice

The reception staff are not a professional 5 star hotel staff ( no so welcoming and helpful) , i asked for somebody to help with luggage during the checkout and the lady in the reception told me that no body there now !!!!!

Very Clean hotel, great breakfast, indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The staff was very friendly.

I booked the first week with booking.com then I found out I can not book hotel in Turkey using booking.com so I had to extend my stay and this site was not an option. When trying to book additional weeks the rate for the first week of extension increased by 15% the second week of extension they wanted more than 30% increase in rates. Again booking.com does not disclose in the app that it does not work in Turkey while you are inside the country. I only found out about it when I visited the booking.com website so I did not get genius points for my hotel extensions at the higher rates that I booked with the hotel.

The room was great, they also provided a nice babycot. The view from the rooms were also great.

The staff were not the friendliest. The breakfast spread was underwhelming.

This is a seaside hotel with excellent infrastructure for a beach vacation. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and we never heard any noise from outside or from the neighbors. We had a balcony with a view of the sea. There was a possibility to make tea and coffee in the room, also a fridge and a safe box. There was a nice sitting area where we had tea in the evening. The bathroom is also spacious and has both a bathtub and a shower. We had breakfast and dinner included and the choice of food was so wide that we could always find something for each of us. In addition, the hotel has a hamam, a sauna, an indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center. But the best feature, for which we have picked this hotel, is its perfect access to the beach. The elevator from the rooms go down to -5 floor, where you can get a beach towel and walk through a short cool tunnel through the rock that leads to a large rock platform with lounge chairs and umbrellas and a carpeted staircase going into the water! This was perfect for us, swimmers. I spent hours in the sea. We will return!

It was our second stay at Ramada Plaza, The location of the hotel is perfect, really close to the old city and out of the noise protected by the quiet park. Spacious rooms, with the Seaview out of the windows. The housekeeping lady Fadime made our room to perfection every single day. The swimming pool was amazing. The staff and food at the restaurant was really good, it was always something new and well presented, bar service was also very good everywhere at the pool and main lobby. Shops are also added to convenience, sunscreen and other small things can be bought at the hotel. Check out the leather goods shop at the lobby, you might find some souvenirs to bring back from the holiday. There is also a decent gym, saunas and spa and daily entertainment. Happy with everything.

I loved the gym's technogym equipment and software,spa,pools, Turkish baths and location . Stunning views over the mountains. I loved the breakfast choices and that there were lots of healthy foods available. I loved the hotels general atmosphere of calm and spacious. And it looks lovely in the foyer and lounge area The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, one waiter was super, offering teeth picks and hand wipes and asking us if we wanted more water ,tea and coffee. He was very attentive.

I didn't like the meats and fish at dinner. I found them over cooked and dry. Maybe the A La Carte would be better. I didn't try it. I didn't like the carpets in the corridor by the rooms on the A floor. Lots of bleach stains which was disappointing in the appearance of this floor, especially when the rest of the hotel was perfectly presented. Many waiters didn't ask us or check everything was ok. There are lots of waiters not asking. Maybe it's a language barrier. I felt the lighting in the bedroom was not very good. Very little natural light due to the location of the room and the lamps didn't shine very brightly.
