A very comfortable room. Quiet, well-equipped. Good breakfast. There are no staff to talk to; check-in and -out are via door codes. But all the instructions are very clear. While on the train to Jarvenpaa I sent a request for a slightly earlier check-in time, and the response was very quick - and positive. Only 15 minutes stroll through downtown Jarvenpaa to the lovely lakeside park. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants very close by.

I would have liked a couple of tea bags that were for normal (i.e.not flavoured) tea.

+ we arrived at night and it was convenient to get into hotel any time with the code + room was big, beds were good for sleep + breakfast was very nice, good choice + staff (we met in breakfast) seemed very nice

- Our room could be cleaner - there was dust on bed lamps, edges of the bed - all surfaces that person is not touching when using - room felt not used for longer time. - Neutral, but could be improved: underroof parking was located in another building next to the hotel (cross the street), but your letter says it is under the hall. maybe some mix-up from another location? need to improve information how to access building. Also you provided garage code, but where to enter it? Did not understand. As we arrived in night during snowstorm it was confusing 10 minutes to understand where to park.

The staff from the hotel were nice and quick to respond to messages on queries you may have. The hotel is based right across the street from Jarvenpaa train station which was easy to travel to from the airport. There’s a few restaurants and a shopping centre with a big supermarket inside literally minutes away from the hotel which was great. The room was very comfortable and I like how your room is not cleaned or had sheets changed everyday, unless you request it. Wifi was decent but you have to find areas in the room where it was the strongest otherwise it would cut out. But all in all, I would stay here again.

It was nice to have access to breakfast but if you’re veggie or more so vegan, there won’t be many options for you at breakfast with the hot food section. I’m vegan and bought dairy free yoghurts and fruits to add to the porridge at breakfast from the local supermarket (which was about a 5 min walk in a shopping centre). I could only eat the salad with the porridge and some bread. In the hot food section, there was sausages, bacon and eggs. It would’ve been nice to have had at least 1 hot option. There was a sign that said “falafel” but I didn’t see any during my stay.

I love that it's a self check-in hotel. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains were awesome, a lot of other hotels lack this important feature. The hotel is new and modern. The breakfast was everyday the same but it had a great selection and nice quality. The personnel during the breakfast was always super friendly! They're only a few meters away from the train station and there are a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and a nice shopping mall, everything nearby, there is also a large lake only a couple of minutes away by foot. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

There isn't really something that I totally disliked, there were only a few minor details, like, there could be also shampoo and conditioner available, but there is only shower gel, it helps when you are a traveller that travels light. The breakfast during the week is only until 9.a.m, it's quite early, but I appreciated that they still leave the remaining food available until later, they are only not refilling after 9a.m. or 10a.m. on the weekends.

Again, premises were clean, peaceful and room spacy. And its amazingly silent by night although located right next to railway station. Very good location to jump onto communal train or bus, this time we used both. Bus 665K takes you in 10 mins to area of artist homes and lotta museum along Tuusulanjärvi and if you have HSL day-ticket, its all you need to use freely train and bus for 24h.

Nothing else than gluten free bread was mainly awful at breakfast, why choose those that are like compressed saw dust when theres so many options...

Should be at least either sympathie robot or somebody et reception between 4-5 pm 2-3 hours as must find out garage and unpleasant to print codes everywhere .If battery of mobile switch off what we do ?? Pray in street ..

The room was cozy and quiet. I liked that the window in the room could be opened to let fresh air in. There was a kettle and a fridge in the room so we could make coffee/tea and store food in the fridge.

Parking arrangements were difficult to understand. Breakfast could be earlier on the weekend. This time we missed breakfast because we had to leave the hotel already at 8 o'clock.

The location: One minute to the station and two minutes to the town centre. The shower The bedroom: very comfortable bed and good pillows. Nice reading lamps. Absolutely quiet at night.

A bit nervous about room and door code (no reception staff), but everything was easy.. Would have liked boiling water for my tea at breakfast and real milk in the fridge in the room!

Location of hotel is great. Train outside the door and walking street on other side of hotel. Breakfast better than expected except coffee is bad.

Very good hotel. I marked the staff down as average as there are no staff! The hotel is automated and receptionless. This worked very well. We had no issues whatsoever. The WiFi is very good, the rooms are clean and spacious. There is a microwave and fridge in the rooms. The bathroom is modern and clean, the shower was perfect. Breakfast was ideal, plenty of variety and the scrambled eggs were excellent except on the last day when they resembled custard. Overall though this hotel is well worth it, plus the taxis outside the hotel were very helpful and fair in their prices. There is a train station right across the road and there are plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

There was no room cleaning which was a bit disappointing but not a great problem
