The room (which I upgraded to) was huge! Very comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom! Liked the restaurant and breakfast. Friendly staff in restaurant.

The staff at hotel could have been more friendly, they seemed a bit grumpy. Also given the hotel is very near to a lot of the artist homes around lake Tuusula I would have thought they could have had some transport to these places. Also the lake area near the savusauna is a bit disappointing, no loungers although the grass has been cut and the stairs going into the lake are very slippery. Maybe a bit more attention could be paid to these things.

The staff was very friendly and satisfied all our personalized questions. We were traveling with the baby (1 year and 8 months) and staff helped us with warning the food in oven and with all other questions. Reception was closed on Sunday starting rom 12:00 and due to this reason we were able to use meeting room with microwave for heating up the food for the bay.

We used the sauna and it was a bit strange sauna since it is never exceeded 60 degrees. Also, there is only one option to eat dinner .- in summer restaurant and it was also closed on Sunday.

Great location within easy drive of Helsinki Airport. Pleasant surroundings and comfortable room. Our flight was delayed and further delays in collecting hire car, but neighbouring independent restaurant rescue us by keeping kitchen open so that we could get dinner.

Some lack of coordination between hotel and its linked restaurant, as hotel had taken dinner booking but omitted to advise closing time – but we were rescued by an independent restaurant adjacent.

This hotel is our favorite hotel in Tuusula when we visit our friend family. Nice nature surroundings near lake Tuusula and museums! Spacey room and cozy terrace around lobby. Open air in the yards and restaurant for breakfast. Free coffee at lobby was a nice bonus! The ice cream shop at the parking area sells tasty ice cream :)

Hopefully scrambled eggs at breakfast are better.

Lovely old building complex makes up the hotel grounds and facilities. The summer cafe was lovely. There was a concert in the summer theatre that added atmosphere. The rooms were lovely and large. The free sauna time was nice.

It really isn't on a lake that you can see. It was also unfortunate that the fancier restaurant was closed for renovation. It looked and sounded like a worthwhile experience.

Friendly staff,Cottage was clean and confortable. By problems with the breakfast we got a fruit basket and apologize.

Breakfast must be improved,scrumble eggs served cold in a plate instead to keep it warm. As we arrived at8.30am fresh fruits were almost finished,I asked to replace or to have new,no other fresh fruits were available ( waiter asked in the kitchen), We paid 250 euros per night and if you stay in 4 star hotel it is not acceptable to get this quality of breakfast and even not not to have fresh fruits.This is a standard all over Europe!! Food and beverage manager please improve it!

A great location with lots of local cultural color and activities. The key locations around the lake or nearby, representing the cradle of Finnish cultural Independence. Great food served by attentive staff. Reception staff and lounge area was welcoming, friendly and provided free coffee of high quality from a machine

Breakfast was phenomenal, truly amazing! Dinner at the onsite restaurant (closed Sundays) was also stupendous! Bike and walking trails very close by. Free bike loan.

You really need a car to utilize this special place!

Great location near Tuusula, Järvenpää and Kerava. A few minutes from each by car. Quiet despite summer events right inside the yard. Country side feeling with amenities distributed among buildings around a garden. All expected comfort for a short stay. Large bed and clean.

Reception service was great, room was spacious and the beds bigger than standard. It was also really nice to be able to book the sauna just for us - we managed to get the last timeslot. Breakfast was lovely and actually the fact that it was in a separate building across the courtyard was nice because then you had a nice walk across there in the fresh morning air.

Hotel is not easy to reach without a car.
