- Great location: we arrived in a night flight, so it was nice to just walk from the arrivals lobby straight to the hotel. No crossing streets, no shuttle bus needed. - Fantastic Western breakfast buffet at the Clarion with a great variety of breads, pastries, hams, cheeses, salads, fruits and drinks. There was even a buffet with English breakfast foods. - Helpful staff and a cool lobby with cafeteria / bar. - For an extra fee, we were upgraded to a larger bedroom, which was perfect for us and our two large suitcases. - Wi-Fi signal is very good all around. - Despite being at the airport, the bedroom was very quiet! No airplane sounds.

- The bedroom is very basic - there is no minibar or kettle in the room (I've stayed at other hotels in this price range that had them), but I am being picky here - the hotel serves perfectly for those who are staying for just one night and catching an early flight the next day.

We were on transit from KUL to Rovaniemi. We landed early around 2pm and flight to Rova was not until 11 am the next day. Having the hotel 100m from the arrival hall connected with an underground pass surrounded by shops and restaurants on both sides was surreal in cold winter. Check in was a breeze. We booked cheapest room and didnt expect it to be that compact. Room was small and crampy. Hardly any space to put our luggages. Hot shower and clean toilet. Breakfast was in Clarion Hotel next door and buffet spread was awesome! Catching our next flight was as utmost comfort as building was 99% connected to the terminal.

Great location for staying close to the airport about 100 metres out the arrivals exit. Very handy for the train station to catch the train to Helsinki. Clean neat tidy rooms. Excellent shower with great water pressure. Comfy beds and a lovely buffet breakfast In the sister Clarion hotel next door. Small bar area does drinks and snacks. Ideal for an overnight stay between connecting flights. Would definitely stay again. Happy cheerful friendly and efficient helpful staff .

Only a very minor issue but this hotel is probably the first one I have ever stayed in that did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel is attached to the airport which make it easy to access and can view airport from room with no noise at all. I enjoyed the plenty variety of food at breakfast buffet and each food have a very clear label for vegetarian. Breakfast starts early in the morning at 4.30am (in December 2024) and convenient for those who need to catch an early flight.

Bed sheet was not clean, trash bin in toilet was not emptied and full of rubbish from previous guess. No wardrobe to store luggage and hang clothes but have plenty of space to put luggage. Bath gel was not refilled.

You can't beat the location. Leave arrivals and follow the signs and you're there. The reception is a cute/hip bar area, reminds me of some modern hostels I've been to. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. The breakfast was good, diverse, and even had salmon and pirakka (karelian finnish morning food)

I found the AC a little difficult to understand the settings of. I turned it off in the end, but would've liked some light circulation without cooling. I did tell the desk a little manual or instruction card would help. Like everyone else, I do wish there were a Sauna, but even if there had been one, I arrived too late for any to be open.

Even though the airport was so close, the room was very quiet and comfortable. I had to catch an early morning flight the next morning, but because I stayed at this hotel, I was able to get around in plenty of time before the departure. The breakfast was shared with the breakfast venue of the hotel next door. I went to have breakfast at 4am, and there was a wide variety of items, many hot dishes, and they all tasted good.

There are very few negative points. The only thing I could say is that the hand soap dispenser broke easily (I was able to fix it myself though).

Holy smokes. We will never stay in another hotel in Helsinki than this one. It was mind-blowingly awesome. We walked right to it from our plane, were greeted by friendly staff, and were simply stunned at how cool the vibe was. The room was perfect for our family of four (mom, dad, and 2 teens) with the bunkbed, and two other beds. It was a big room too, big enough to store luggage while visiting Helsinki. The later than usual checkout was awesome. But everyone.... listen... the breakfast buffet is out of this world. SALMON. For breakfast. I can't even. Man, we will fly BACK to HEL JUST for their breakfast buffet.

I wish we could have stayed longer. A bathroom with a separate shower section would have suited the family better. Other than this, I mean come on, this hotel rocked.

Superb stay! We needed to overnight close to the airport due to a late arrival and early departure the next morning. This hotel is practically next to the terminal, just a two minute walk and you are at the check-in counters. The hotel itself was so nice, very modern and funky design, lovely staff at reception, comfortable room with big and good shower. Lots of good small details in the room like many hooks to hang clothes and other items, charging ports at the bed, light switch at the bed. The breakfast was out of this world. Amazing variety of breads, fruits, yoghurts, cheeses, eggs, english breakfast style foods, pancakes, pastries, etc, etc. One of the best breakfast buffets I have ever had. I would absolutely stay here again.

The bed in our room was accessible only from one side (the other side was at the wall) so you can only get in and out one-by-one. No big deal though.

First, learn from my mistake: there's the Comfort Hotel (this hotel) and the Comfort Hotel Xpress (NOT this hotel but you'll see signs for it as soon as you exit immigration). Keep walking straight and then you'll see signs for this hotel! With that out of the way, the staff were wonderful, the space was clean and the perfect size for a solo traveler. The space gives hostel vibes in the best way possible. I really enjoyed their "barception" space and sat down there in one of the little cubbies. The breakfast is actually over at the Clarion right next door and is one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Superb breakfast with a large variety of food and drinks to choose. I was able to eat a mountain of bacon. Loved it! As stated in other reviews the breakfast is served 4:00-9:30. So, it's great if You have an early flight. The airport is just a few meters away, so in the evening one can go eat in the different places the airport has to offer (burgers, hot dogs, Asian food), but there's also a restaurant in the other hotel which is nearby (like, few meters nearby).

The bed was not comfortable, but after staying in another hotel, I realized this could be a Finnish thing. I did not put the highest mark just because there were some minor things that I have seen in other airport hotels that are better. The Hilton hotel in Mexico had a special rough floor in the shower, so it was not possible to slip. But, as, I said these are totally minor things regarding my own preferences.
