What I love most about this hotel is its short distance to the main Helsinki airport. It only took me less than 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel! I also love the breakfast. It was repetitive, but the variety of food offered was fantastic!

The small rooms but it was as expected.

The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. The room itself was very nice: clean, well-designed, and cozy. We especially appreciated the high-quality furniture, comfortable bedding, and great pillows, which made the stay even more pleasant. There’s also a nice restaurant on the ground floor, which was a great bonus — and they have an excellent kids' menu, which was perfect for our child. Overall, a stylish and welcoming place with a great atmosphere.

It was a bit tricky to figure out how to get to the hotel at first. Breakfast starts only at 6 and I missed this information (couldn't find it) during booking and o reserved room with breakfast but couldn't attend it because flight was at 07:15 already

I have stayed at this hotel quite a few times now, I like it for its convenience to the airport, with the shuttle bus etc, its generally a nice hotel.

However, on this occasion I was not very happy with my room, previously I have always had a comfortable double bed, on this stay I was given a room with two single beds which appear to be like camp beds that fold up into the wall. Extremely uncomfortable so did not have a great sleep. Also I note a big lack of tv channels to choose from this time, I was hoping to watch the Liiga ice hockey match between Kalpa and SaiPa in the evening of my stay, but the channel 5 was not an option.

I really enjoyed the breakfast which I was able to have around 4am in the neighbouring Scandic hotel. I had an early check-in, so it was really nice to know that I wouldn't miss out on a nice breakfast. There was an excellent selection of food. The staff at breakfast were very polite and friendly. The shuttle bus to the airport was excellent! Very frequent and great that it was free!

Perhaps I misunderstood something...but I programmed the tv for a wake-up call, but it made no sound...just the tv picture came on. I had set my own alarm anyway incase there was a glitch. If the tv's only wake you up with the light from the tv, then that would give me something minor to complain about....as I would probably have missed my flight if I relied on that. But I'm assuming I just didn't set it up correctly.

The check-in process, airport shuttle service, and the super early breakfast starting at 4 AM were all big pluses for us. We had an early flight to catch, and everything went smoothly—it was seamless and stress-free. The room was clean, well-designed, and offered plenty of storage space. Overall, we had a very comfortable and convenient stay.

The bathroom was clean and had all amenities, at times we sensed a lingering smell from the plumbing which was a bit offputting. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience at all though. Cleanliness wise there were no issues.

Breakfast was excellent! A lot of variety, juices, yogurts, breads, hot sausages, potato- everything was delicious. There is a shuttle bus every half an hour to the airport. Room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing is a bit of a lack of soundproofing. There was a guy talking over the phone in the corridor and it was like her was in the room. It was a bit of disturbing

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel. Everything was great. I will definitely stay in this hotel again and would recommend to others.

Every detail has been carefully considered. This hotel is perfect for travelers who arrive late or need to depart early for a flight. Their wake-up call system is highly reliable, even for the deepest sleepers. They also provide a full breakfast starting as early as 4 a.m., and a complimentary shuttle service to the airport runs every 20 minutes. They welcome you warmly, even at 1 a.m., making the experience stress-free despite inconvenient flight times. My family and I are incredibly grateful for such thoughtful service.

I have no negatives to mention. It is clearly an airport hotel, designed primarily for short stays and convenience, ideal for travelers.

Hotel is located relatively close to the airport and provides a free shuttle bus back and forth. There is a giant shopping mall 15 minutes walk from the hotel with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is served from 4am, which is useful when having an early flight. The breakfast buffet had limited variety at 5 am, but had everything you needed to start your day. The warm dishes were brought in around 5:30 am. There were many power sockets, including many USB ports, allowing many electronic devices to be charged over night. Nice that the hotel had a sauna and a swimming pool, but we did not have time to use it.

Limited wardrobe space in the family room may make it difficult to unpack luggage.

Glad to stay in this hotel for layover between flights. Though it's not right next to airport, the free shuttle is is frequent. Quick checkin. Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room and quiet. Nice breakfast with good varieties. Notice there's sauna but haven't used it. Hot drinking water and microwave available at every floor.

If the window can be opened for fresh air that would be nice.

Proximity to airport, massive choice at breakfast buffet even at 5-6 am. The room was very spacious (family room, 2 occupants). Complimentary shuttle bus to airport, goes every 20 minutes at weekend, brilliant

The lady didn’t find the reservation immediately because I hadn’t given my first name. Hence a few nervous moments but quickly resolved. Very high up in the sky, hence can’t open windows which isn’t fab but then, no-one wants accidents Stuff in shop is expensive. It was a long walk to the supermarket for drinks and snacks; most people would not fancy/impractical.
