Location of the hotel is nice for reaching in and out of the airport. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Personell is open and helpfull.

It was not clear how to get to the hotel if you come with a train. In the description "how to get there" could stand notification that if one comes from the city center should go to the exit at the head of the train and vicesivera when coming from the Airport direction to go to the exit at the end of the train. Then it would so much esier to orient and understand that the entrance to the train station is right beside the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel is located just in front of the Aviapolis station, which is one station away ftom the airport station. Also the busstop is about 7 min walk. I went to the shopping mall Jumbo by bus. It was 4 stops from the Aviapolis bus stop. The staff is very professional and they provide all the info that I needed. Room is clean and spacious. There is a bathtub in the room. Also it was nice that the room has a kettle so I could make tea (they have Pukka infusion and tea) in the room. I went to the early breakfast at 5 am. The variety of the food was very nice. Overall, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel and I would love to come back.

The hotel is stylish and clean. The rooms are spacious, modern and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was perfect. The staff was friendly. I can recommend the hotel.

When checking in, we had to queue for 10 minutes. Could we have a few self-service check-in points? Breakfast is mediocre. I would have given a full 10 if the breakfast had had a better selection, more space and new products had been displayed faster. Now, for example, 20 minutes before breakfast was over, no new dishes were brought out, even though everything was gone. Focus on the quality of the breakfast, instead of the quantity. In addition, speciality coffees such as espresso were not available. It was advertised that you could buy one for 3€, but the staff did not know where.

Black out curtains would be great - during summer it never gets dark and was difficult to sleep with all the light coming in Sensor light in bathroom should have a switch to turn off as much too bright in the middle of the night Breakfast finishes at 9.30am during the week and staff do not replenish anything from 9am onwards, hot food is soggy and luke warm and if things run out you miss out

Early breakfast is available from 4 am with sandwiches, coffee, and croissants. The hotel is very close to the airport, 15 minutes on walking, and it is very convenient for early flights. However, it's not noisy, my room had a view on the forest, and the bed is very comfortable. Going to the city center is also easy, as the hotel is next to the train station that connects to the I/P regional trains to Helsinki. The gym and sauna facilities are also excellent. I liked the scent of the body soap and cream in the in-room bathroom.

The hotel restaurant has a limited selection of meals.

Perfect location after arriving on a late night flight, with 24 hour reception so late check-in was greatly appreciated. Also the entrance to the underground Aviapolis train station is right next door so it took only 30 minutes to arrive to the very centre of Helsinki for only 4,40€. Extremely chatty, helpful, and friendly staff. Loved the stylish dark decor of my room. Extremely comfortable bed and variety of pillow sizes and thicknesses. Great breakfast buffet selection, including gluten-free and lactose-free. Will definitely stay here again.

- Special coffees ( cappuccino, latte..etc) were for additional fee in breakfast. That is abusive for a such hotel, especially, when breakfast was already in the hotel package price -It was generally clean but small places like shelves in the room were dusty - Reception staff could have been in general more friendly and available at reception desk - One towel hanger was broken in the bathroom

THE BEST AIRPORT HOTEL WE'VE STAYED IN!!!! this hotel was amazing, starting from the lovely people at the reception. Breakfast had a good selection with both hot and cold stuff. Close to the airport (one stop from the airport by train). The room was nice and big. Bonus points for the amazing shower gel and cream provided (Rituals brand).

I do wish the hotel would offer free shuttle bus service from the airport but I guess in 2025 it's not realistic to have it for free haha. But that's a minor thing, overall very good.

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of food options! Comfortable beds, nice shower. Good size of room. If you're looking for a hotel with easy airport access, you can't really beat this. It's just one stop away from the airport on the train (which is easy to use), and the hotel itself is a stone's throw from the train station. We chose this spot for convenience because we were only in Helsinki for one night (flying in one day, then flying north to Lapland the next day), and we weren't sure if we'd be too tired to go into town. But we ended up having energy and it was very easy to hop on the train and go into old town Helsinki for the evening! I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in Helsinki since it's a 30-min train ride into Helsinki city center, but it's great for an airport hotel if that meets your travel needs.

Hotel is in walking distance from the airport entrance (note: there is another Clarion right at the main entrance of the airport - and I followed their signs, just to realize I was waiting at the wrong desk) - this Clarion here requires a 20 minute walk, taking the train or a taxi - but it is worth it! Room was quiet, bath perfect, bed even better and breakfast very good. I enjoyed my stay for the one night before I had to continue with my next flight. I will come back when I have to stay at the airport again - and this time take the walk again but directly to this Clarion.

Everything was really fine - as said, I was first in the wrong Clarion hotel as the signs in the airport just say Clarion (but as I had to realize: There are two Clarions around, and my one was another walk away) ... so, decided to take a quick 15-20 minute walk after long day of meetings, which was the right decision. Nothing to complain at all. Took the train from the hotel to the airport next day - also easy. And there are taxis in front of the hotel all day, too.
