Location of the hotel is nice for reaching in and out of the airport. Rooms are comfortable and cosy. Personell is open and helpfull.

It was not clear how to get to the hotel if you come with a train. In the description "how to get there" could stand notification that if one comes from the city center should go to the exit at the head of the train and vicesivera when coming from the Airport direction to go to the exit at the end of the train. Then it would so much esier to orient and understand that the entrance to the train station is right beside the entrance of the hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of food options! Comfortable beds, nice shower. Good size of room. If you're looking for a hotel with easy airport access, you can't really beat this. It's just one stop away from the airport on the train (which is easy to use), and the hotel itself is a stone's throw from the train station. We chose this spot for convenience because we were only in Helsinki for one night (flying in one day, then flying north to Lapland the next day), and we weren't sure if we'd be too tired to go into town. But we ended up having energy and it was very easy to hop on the train and go into old town Helsinki for the evening! I wouldn't recommend it for an extended stay in Helsinki since it's a 30-min train ride into Helsinki city center, but it's great for an airport hotel if that meets your travel needs.

Hotel is in walking distance from the airport entrance (note: there is another Clarion right at the main entrance of the airport - and I followed their signs, just to realize I was waiting at the wrong desk) - this Clarion here requires a 20 minute walk, taking the train or a taxi - but it is worth it! Room was quiet, bath perfect, bed even better and breakfast very good. I enjoyed my stay for the one night before I had to continue with my next flight. I will come back when I have to stay at the airport again - and this time take the walk again but directly to this Clarion.

Everything was really fine - as said, I was first in the wrong Clarion hotel as the signs in the airport just say Clarion (but as I had to realize: There are two Clarions around, and my one was another walk away) ... so, decided to take a quick 15-20 minute walk after long day of meetings, which was the right decision. Nothing to complain at all. Took the train from the hotel to the airport next day - also easy. And there are taxis in front of the hotel all day, too.

Staff were friendly and professional but when asked why I MUST provide an email address I wasn't given a satisfactory answer.

Having to provide excess personal information at check in. I will probably be spammed with marketing crap now. Better information about the train stops and how they relate to the hotel and the airport would help. It is written from the perspective of a person that already knows how to get around. I would suggest correcting it and adding more detailed information. As with all hotels rooms too warm and background humm was noisy when trying to sleep.

Our room was quiet, as requested, spacious, and very clean. The breakfast buffet offered many varieties, including Finnish pancakes, eggs, muesli, lots of breads, salad, cheese, herring, juices, and more. Friendly staff.

The location is one stop from the airport on the train. The only inconvenience was that our night event was at the Clarion at the Airport, so we had to take the train there and back. When I made the reservation on Booking.com, I didn’t realize it was the farther location.

An overnight stay before my flight that left me well rested, nourished and delighted! I received a very warm welcome at the desk and my request about a bathtub was fulfilled, even got a pouch of bath salts to take with me to the room! The room was bigger than expected and very clean with lots of comfortable and convenient elements. I ordered food from the restaurant and went to pick it up so I could eat in my room. The atmosphere was really nice there too and the staff was helpful and smiling. There was a slight misunderstanding with my order and I informed them, giving some feedback but telling I was probably not clear enough so I had my part in the mistake. Anyhow I received a message later that evening where the restaurant staff invited me for a free drink as an apology. I didn't notice it in time but I thought the gesture was nice. In the morning I was surprised when a staff member at the desk recognised me and told me there was a letter for me. The restaurant staff had left me two coupons for a glass of cava (also non alc.) to use whenever I wished in here or Clarion Helsinki. The message was really sweet and I think this went beyond good customer service. Breakfast was really good with a wide range of different foods and drinks, nothing was missing. Trip to the airport was easy and fast. I will definitely return to this hotel whenever I'm flying and honestly would consider coming for other types of stays too.

The location was great for an early morning or late night flight. It's right in front of the metro station that is one stop ( 2 minutes) away from the airport station. The check-out process was quick and efficient. The room was great. I appreciated that there was an option to get (cold) breakfast as early as 4am (normal breakfast service started around 6.30 - 7) and a decent restaurant that was open till late.

Very easy to get to from the airport either by train (station is right outside if you take the correct exit) or by taxi if you’re very tired with a lot of luggage (recommend Taksi Helsinki approx. 15eur). Room was lovely, large, and provides a great relaxation either before or after your flight. Kettle with cute mugs available and lovely breakfast as well yum!

There was no room service past 11pm which would be useful for late hungry arrivals. I had a small bath leak issue when taking a bath (a shower was fine) that I reported and they said they will resolve promptly. I was only staying one night so wasn’t an issue.

This is an excellent hotel, exquisitely furnished and impeccably clean. Due to its proximity to the airport, it's a superb choice if you arrive with a late flight or have to catch an early one in the morning. The rooms are very clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant offers some nice dinner options. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The staff are very friendly. There is an excellent train connection to the city centre, the station is directly across from the hotel entrance.

Nothing springs to mind. An excellent hotel, indeed.

The hotel is relatively new, nicely designed and clean. The best part about its location is that it sits right on top of an entrance to a metro station, from which it is possible to go both ways: to Helsinki or to the airport. The bed was comfortable, there was a choice of pillows and the blanket was light and warm. My bathroom had a bathtub and all of toiletries by Rituals of Sakura (including hair conditioner and body lotion). I had to leave for my flight by 5:30 and with the breakfast starting at 6 a.m., it was still possible to have the early breakfast served in the hall from 4 a.m.

I really like having the ability to open my window and get fresh air, if needed. The window in my room was sealed and opening it up was not a choice.
