Overall clean, modern, well-equipped studio. Public transport (bus & train) as well as a 24h-supermarket and fast food places are close by and it's really easy to get to Helsinki city centre in about 15 minutes by train. Noli Malmi is also easily reachable from the airport by a direct train. We stayed here for the second time and loved it both times. It's also significantly cheaper than most places in the city centre. Unfortunately, the bistro situated on the ground floor of the building was closed for summer break this time around but we really enjoyed all the food we tried there last year (excellent burgers!).

Some of the insides of the cabinets could have used a more thorough cleaning prior to our arrival. Getting the studio cleaned during your stay can be a bit of a hassle if you like to sleep in or stay inside the studio until after noon.

The hotel is conveniently located by Malmi's train and bus stations (1-2 minute walk) - The check-in process was smooth using the tablet. - The bed was very comfortable. - Coffee available within the room and also in common area (Nespresso machine pay-per-capsule type) which was very convenient. - Vending machine also conveniently located in the common kitchen area.

The room was located right next to the elevator which is heard whenever it is operating but it did not cause any disturbances during the night. - Breakfast is not offered at the hotel. - Felt a lack of human connection or communication during check-in and check-out. It's not possible to reach hotel staff outside of working hours and no one is available on weekends. - These are very minor points which did not detract much from the overall experience.

Very nice studio, with all you actually may need. I would love to have a small coffe machine in the studio for capsules, that would be just enought (although it was possible to buy capsuled coffe within shared idea on 3rd floor. train station really very near by, very easy to access Shopping centre very near by, by walk as well Well equipped, sound proof windows, I was worried about the road and busses just next to the studio, but all okay, never had problems with closed windows to hear the sound of streets. All my friends stayed in Noli apartmans within Helsinki so it really is a good choice. Noli malmi is just right in the middle from the airport and centre. Really happy I chose this one. Dogs happy, me happy :)

Wifi - I was really not able to log in many times because the wifi appeared after many refreshes on my phone, but mostly I did not need it as I have my data from EU. A bit loud refridgerator, what may dissrupt the sleep during the night..

This is a modern high rise property located adjacent to Malmi railway station, from where a direct train runs frequently to Helsinki Central station and to Helsinki airport, each journey taking only about 15 minutes. There is a good shopping mall located almost next door to the property. I asked for a room that was as quiet as possible and I was allocated a very quiet room on the 11th floor with a nice view and a fast lift connection to the lobby. The room also contained a comfortable double bed, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchen space, a refrigerator and a table/desk. The property also contains several common rooms for residents. When I eventually found the property, I had an enjoyable 2-night stay.

There are several multi-storey buildings with separate entrances at 19 Helsingintie, the address noted on booking.com as the address of this property. The building numbered 19 is NOT the location of Noli Suites. The front entrance of "Noli Suites" (the actual name of the property) is labelled in big letters 19B. It took me a while to actually find the property although I could see a "Noli" sign from the adjacent Malmi station. Also I found the self-check-in computer system clunky and relatively frustrating to use. It is much easier and more pleasant to interact with an actual human being.

The location was convenient for the bus, tram, metro, and commuting to the city centre. The place was regularly cleaned every 2 days. The check-in process was new, but it was pretty simple and straightforward.

Maybe the lack of staff during the weekend to ask quick questions felt a little sad. Like, no smiling faces to greet us :) The A/c or vent couldn't be controlled, and it was a little hot for us in the room. Plus, we wanted to get an extra key card but couldn't find staff to talk to during the weekends when we arrived.

Our stay at Noli Malmi was fantastic! The studio was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a mini kitchen, utensils, and cooking pans, allowing us to easily prepare simple meals. The studio also featured a washing machine with laundry pods, which was very convenient. The amenities were impressive, including a sauna, gym, and a working area, which set it apart from other hotels. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the metro and only a few stops from the airport. Surrounded by large grocery stores, it was easy to stock up on essentials, and the bistro restaurant downstairs offered delicious lunch and dinner options. The view from the studio was amazing, giving us a panoramic look at the entire city. Highly recommend!

The only downside was that we arrived a bit earlier and contacted customer service about an early check-in, but unfortunately, the room wasn’t available yet, as informed by the staff. However, we can’t really blame them for that, and we were grateful that the Bistro restaurant allowed us to sit and wait comfortably until our check-in time.

We were connecting onto a flight the next day and choose this hotel as a cheaper alternative to the airport hotels, which were very expensive (Hilton, Scandic). The access from the airport is very easy and quick, the train takes about 20 minutes, leaves every 10-15 minutes and at a cost of 6.40 EUR return (zones BC) it is both very easy and convenient. On arrival you have to use a tablet to check in which is tedious and long winded. Hotel has a restaurant which we did not use during our stay but there is also a pizzeria just across the road and shopping centre with a large supermarket less than 5 minutes walk. We stayed in a medium sized apartment which was nice and big, great size for one night stay, oven/microwave, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, so everything one needs even for a longer stay. On each floor there is a service station with hair dryer, iron... and other amenities. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had everything you need, including a washing machine. Highly recommended, especially at the price we paid (60 EUR).

I would say that Noli Malmi is one of the best place that we have stayed. The compact studio has more amenities than we expected. The working stations are great to access other things that one need. Location is a good base between the airport and Helsinki center since it is located beside the Malmi train station. It is surrounded with supermarkets like Lidl and Prisma and a little shopping center. There are also several restaurants in the area. The common areas are great too: sauna, kitchen, laundry, and gym are all free to use for the guests! What more can you ask for? :)

Very good location, the train station and beverage store are around the corner. It takes 15 min with a train to Helsinki center. Good cozy room. Nice "extras" like billiard and gym. Fast check-in and check-out.

Unmanned check-in is nice and fast, but I really don't like the idea of taking and storing pictures of my personal documents, and there's no option to decline it and make a person check the documents without taking pictures. The interface of the check-in app is not fully translated. Only coffee from a capsule machine is available for an extra fee at the common kitchen, an option with a freshly grounded coffee should be available as well.
