Great location near the metro station, still quiet, clean studio, comfortable bed and everything we needed for our short stay (two nights).

Just a note for future travellers via booking.com: When checking in, you might have to choose reservation via Noli, not booking.com, to be able to check- in..

Good location near the subway, clean rooms and good staff. Affordable pricing for the room. Large store (Prisma) was very close with good opening hours.

Elevator malfunction between floors with poor service from the elevator emergency hotline. However, the Noli staff was friendly and helpful in this situation. Room could have had baking paper for the oven/microwave. Could have been useful to have a separate kitchen towel available. Registration process with the check-in tablet was quite tedious, reguiring to type out all of the guest information on the touchscreen keyboard was not very optimal. Would be nicer to be able to submit this info beforehand, or have it automatically transfer from Booking.com

Contactless check-in. Excellent communication with the staff. The apartment isn't very large but is equipped with everything you need. We traveled in June, during the so-called "white nights," so we really appreciated the blackout blinds. A big plus is the free, gated bicycle parking. Close to the Prisma supermarket, the metro station, and bus stops.

The downside is the lack of parking for cars; you have to use another operator's paid parking lot right next door. Our windows faced the expressway, so the noise from passing cars was quite audible.

Very practical and nice furnishings, and the services provided in the room were absolutely adequate

The fact that it is 19 degrees in the room and you can't get anyone to raise the temperature at the weekend is extremely annoying, and you have to wear a jacket in the accommodation. On Sunday we went down for a sauna, when we came back there was a cleaner in the room, this is very annoying without any warning, because if I lose some of my stuff I guess I can't say it was him. Also, a room with a double bed does not mean that 2 single beds are put together.

Good communication from the start even though we never met any memebers of staff. Very easy check in with good advices. Room was clean, bed comfy and there was everything needed in the room (for longer stay also, we stayed only one night). Nice ways to build up feeling of community for those staying longer. Generally nice vibe. Public transportation and grocery shops nearby. Easy accsess to both Itäkeskus and central Helsinki.

Just few additions. It would be nice if there was a separate towel to the floor in toilet. We expected a bit wider doublebed but coped fine with this for short time, for a single person it's luxorius (120/140cm don't know which one it was). Missed option of complimentary black tea (there was coffee and green tea. Käsisuihkun letku oli liian lyhyt. So very minor details. Would stay again.

I have been here many times and will continue to come back. The rooms are furnished in a Scandinavian style, and contain all you need. The place is conveniently located in a suburb close to transport and good supermarkets.

More time could be allocated to the cleaning. The kitchen area and bathroom are very well cleaned, and the bed linen is nice and crisp. However, I have experienced old stains on table tops and dust/hair in closet shelves. The cleaners probably do not have enough time to clean these.

I stayed at Noli for two months and was very satisfied with the studio. First and foremost, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Additionally, the facilities were excellent, and everything was kept very clean. I also appreciated the convenient location—there was easy access to shops and public transportation.

The only downside was that the laundry facilities were a bit far; it would be more convenient if each room had its own machine. ☺️

- the studio was brand new - you can store the luggage in the hotel even after you check out and collect it later - the kitchen in the studio was fully equiped (which isn't always the case) - there is a big common kitchen at the ground level and some other common spaces - the studio was regularly cleaned - automated check-in worked seamlessly

- unfortunately, the building has a central ventilation system so the room was more hot than it was outside - it was difficult to ventilate the room because there is only a small window that you can open - the cooling pool in the sauna area disappeared the last day we visited for some unknown reason

I didn't have breakfast, so I can't say anything about that, but the premises were very neat, cool, clean and cozy, and everything went very smoothly! I contacted staff once ahead of the booking and again at the premises and they were very pleasant! I had a very good experience and will definitely consider staying here again if I ever have a use for a hotel in the area.

The only slight downside and only reason I rated my experience a 9 instead of a 10 is there was a slight but noticeable draft in my room. Given that it was november, it was pretty cold out, so a draft can be a bit of a bother, and probably even more so in the winter.

Modern, clean, and comfortable. Very well equiped and great communal areas and services available - well organised for a good guest experience, nice atmosphere. Office staff are available during the day and very helpful. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Some small hiccups in communal services: the movie/playstation room is small, so it can be occupied just by one person/small group, and usually, it was in use when we checked. (I'm not sure if there is a booking system for it.) However, it's a minor thing. The booking system in the laundry room didn't quite work. The machine I booked was in use and probably had a domino effect when I needed to use another one. But we got our clothes clean and best to avoid busy evening times if possible.
