It is in the best location! And the facilities are fantastic! Really clean and comfortable. We loved the lounge area & pool table and we felt so at home! Thank you!!!

Our room didn’t get cleaned throughout our stay despite us receiving notification twice that it was. The cleaners came around every 2nd day very early (before 9.30am) and simply replenished our towels and toilet roll. We would have appreciated them returning later in the day to empty the bins. We didn’t need anything else done, but regardless, we had a fab stay!!

Excellent location close to main attractions in Helsinki with good public transport links to central station and other locations. Studio apartment was nice and tidy with comfy bed and a good shower/bathroom. Access to the fully equipped OleFit was a big plus. Overall atmosphere was nice, and I liked the home-away-from-home/urban community vibe they are going for.

No TV - I didn't realise this when I booked as I just assumed it would be there. Curtains also did not cover the entire window, which meant light getting in very early with sunrise. Breakfast at the Colombian cafe was a nice novelty for one morning but got very boring/repetitive as they served exactly the same thing 3 days in a row (tuna arepas), and there was not any variety in terms of jams, fruits, cereals etc., It also got very busy and ran out of hot food at some points - I saw someone have to leave without getting any food because they had a meeting.

The modern studio flat came with a roof terrace with spectacular views of the ships coming in and out of the harbour. It was very clean, and quiet. The location was superb, just 400m from the ferry terminal, and Senate Square an easy 10 minute walk. There is a K supermarket within 50m which was a reasonable size and well stocked. Note that prices are around 50% higher than the UK! The staff were very welcoming and Luke helped us with the 'self service' check in when we struggled with the technology ( we are in our 60's). However, once checked in, the room keys worked fine on all of the doors they needed to open. A real bonus was a washing machine with soap capsules, as we had been travelling for several weeks. The instruction manuals for the appliances were provided by Q code, which we again struggled a bit with , but worked it out in the end. I should point out the staff were willing to show us. We had requested a fan and extension lead at the time of booking, which was delivered within an hour of checking in. The whole building is clean and weĺl maintained and a pleasure to come back to. Breakfast was provided via a voucher system in a cafe a short walk away: help yourself buffet: omletes, shredded pork, tuna pastries, flat bread, fruit and yogurt. The staff here were also very helpful

The self check in using iPads was quite frustrating, but Luke did rescue us!

Excellent stay - intially booked for 8 days, but extended to 10. Comfortable and well equipped for a solo traveller. I particularly liked being able to open the window for fresh air, and the minimalist style of the studio. Very easy to be in. Also good to have washing machine available. I didn't use the common areas, but many did. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location, especially being close to Allas. Will happily stay again.

Availability of irons and ironing board - It would be helpful to have an iron more readily available. Common irons were regularly missing and it is inconvenient to go to other floors to find one. Toaster would have been useful.

The room was very spacious and nice, very clean and the amenities in the building (whirlpool, gym, billiard etc. really nice). The location is also pretty good. Just a short walk to the harbor

The breakfast was a bit special, in a cafe with a la cart and not so many options, kind of South American food

The room was clean, quiet and new. The bed was comfortable and it was all I could ask for in a place to stay. The location was excellent. Everything was within walking distance even for me because I can't walk as far as I used to. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaned regularly and even the sheets were changed although I was there only 8 nights. The office helped me print out some documents I needed which was way more convenient than going out to find a print shop. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Helsinki.

Great place to stay, fab location, well equipped rooms. Liked that dishwasher tablets and washing detergent was provided, was great to have washing machine in studio. Nice spa area with sauna, steam room and jacuzzi and good communal spaces. Really nice roof terrace. Super close to walk from the Viking Line ferry and to the Suomenlinna ferries as well as for getting around Helsinki. Despite being a big property it didn’t feel too busy and was surprisingly quiet

The air system doesn’t work well, doesn’t cool down when it’s hot. Hairdryers only available at stations by the elevators - would be nice to have a few more on each floor

Our favourite stay of our Europe trip :) we loved the architecture and the facilities of this hotel/apartment. A little out of the city centre of Helsinki but only a short tram ride away (15-20mins). The neighbourhood was quiet but felt very safe. The tram stop is only 2-3min walk from the hotel, Uspenski Cathedral only about 5mins walk away and Market Square only about 10-15mins walk. There was minimal interaction with the staff as check-in was via the tablet and we could leave our luggages in the luggage cages and set our own pin which was very convenient. Breakfast was next door in a small cafe and had delicious food. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Nothing, everything was perfect :)

The studio was amazing, with a very practical layout and great storage options. It was exactly as it looks in the photos if not better. The decoration is really modern and it had everything a person could need, even for a longer stay. I especially appreciated the soundproofing, which is very good by hotel standards, and that it was comfortably warm in spite of the chilly temperatures outside. The main living area is quite spacious, and while the bathroom itself is a bit cozy in comparison, it's also perfectly functional with lots of storage and counterspace. There was even a washing machine and washing liquid, and guests have access to hairdryers, irons etc. on every floor. While it's not in the immediate city centre, the tram stop is literally 2 mins away and it takes all of about 10 minutes to get to Senaatintori. There are great common areas and lots of community activities as well if someone is interested.

Only one thing, but close to a dealbreaker for me: respecting the “Do not disturb” light (awesome system btw) should be an obvious thing, regardless of when, why or how long it is on. It was disregarded by cleaning staff twice, which meant there was nothing I could do to make sure to not be disturbed (barring emergencies, not even by knocking) in my room. This undermined my entire experience from the first occurrence as I was never really sure in the morning if the sign will be respected (and indeed it wasn’t a second time). I don't really get why this happened but it's such an easy fix that I hope it was just an outlier.

Good located near city centre and near the sea. Nice rooftop terrace.

The apartment wasn’t as clean as I had experienced it in previous years. There was a real lack of basic cleaning: kitchen cabinets, the floor under the bed, and the metal strip between the hallway and the bathroom. At least the floor was cleaned again following my suggestion. More emphasis should be placed on this than on the, in my opinion, silly changing of clean towels every two days.
