Nothing. Although a word of caution. Our room had a bath/shower which was quite high. This was a problem for me with old and damaged knees. Apparently there are rooms with walk in showers only, so check this when booking and request this. It did nothing to detract from our stay and is to the hotels' credit that they cater for peoples needs.

A perfect stay in a Grand Deluxe room. I have stayed in Hotel Haven some 100 nights over time and you can probably tell that I like the hotel. Great location, delicious breakfast and comfortable beds.

I could live with the lack of sauna but the gym doesn’t really come even close to the level expected from a 5 star hotel. This is really becoming a problem as new hotels are popping up in Helsinki and competition improve their offer in this field.

Room was very well designed! It was perfect for us with a toddler and a small child. It was clean and well furnished. Stylish. Bed was really big and heavenly as my couple days old back pain was gone after one night (im 2m tall and weight 110kg). The room lights were really nice and the switches in good places as you could turn of the lights from the bed and keep a one dimmer of the lights on that you were able to see around and keep an eye on the children, but still able to sleep well. Parking garage under the hotel and elevator access straight to your floor was perfect when travelling with small childrean and a heap of luggage!

Breakfast tasted really good but there was not so much to choose from. Things that usually are included costed extra, like pancakes and omelettes. The food was really good but 16€ for one omelette that should be included is bit too much.

Very stylish hotel and rooms. excellent location, right next to docks and esplanade and only 10 mins walk from the central train station. exclusive feel to the place-smart and cosy. The use of niche perfumery as toiletries (we had Bal D’Afrique by Byredo) was a nice touch. breakfast was fantastic and smartly presented. A comfortable stay.

It wasn’t easy to use a child’s stroller because you have to use a separate door and lift to access reception and certain rooms. This hotel is probably better for able-bodied persons and adults. Despite requesting a room clean/freshen up our room wasn’t touched for three days, which was a shame.

Location was great, and able to walk to most things. We had breakfast included in our price and it was excellent. A lot of choice each morning. Room, and facilities some of the best we encountered on our 6 week trip. We even did a side trip to Tallin and the hotel provided a delicious take away breakfast for is. Staff there were exceptional.

The location was within walking distance of ferry terminals, railway station and main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful - we were able to check in early (boat from Stockholm docked at 10.30am). Room was very comfortable and clean as well as spacious. Very quiet location. Breakfast was good and served in delightful historical restaurant at the back of the hotel.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Close to all the major sites in downtown Helsinki. Room was big and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. 10 minute walk from the central train station. The train that you take from the airport. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and liquor store.

Our room was wonderful and had everything we could possibly need, slippers, robe, heated bathroom floors, super comfortable beds and warm doonas. The breakfast room was incredible with views over the water area, and one of the most interesting and delicious selections we have ever seen. Will definitely be back!

Bed was amazing - so comfortable!! The bath was superb - so lovely to soak in hot bubbly water with no interuptions!!

It would have been nice to have an easy chair or small couch in the room - the bed and desk chair were the only seating options available.

The room was super-nice, very spacious, freshly renovated in gorgeous classical style. The bathroom was huge - with a rainshower separated from the bathtub. The crib for our 2-year old child was also very high quality. Probably, the best we've ever seen in hotels. Fantastic location - close to all main sights of Helsinki.

We felt the quality of breakfast did not quite match the level of the hotel. It was al right, but rather simple. Also, the elevator in the parking garage did not work, and we had to use a private parking around the corner. It would be better, if the hotel could manage our expectations in this respect, i.e. send a note with directions to the parking in advance of our arrival. We had been certain that the hotel had its own parking - that's what was written in the description.
