The location is simply perfect, making it easy to explore the city and access everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to the Front Desk Manager, Katri, who recommended us excellent restaurants and even took care of our reservation. She is a very pleasant person, and her assistance made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight. It was delicious and well-prepared, with plenty of variety to choose from. A big thank you to Alina, whose warm smile stood out even while she was managing everything so efficiently during a busy morning service.

One small area for improvement would be the addition of a Nespresso machine in the room amenities, which would perfectly complement the elegance of the hotel.

Location was great, although there was building work going on outside during our stay, 10 minute walk to the harbour. Hotel was in the art deco style which was done really well and had a great feel. We had an upgraded Lux room that was superb, high ceiling and tall windows. Huge king bed, coffee machine, robes etc. All good. Restaurant was also good.

The bar was closed for the duration of our stay which was disappointing as the lounge area where the bar was would've been lovely to sit at for a nightcap drink on return from an evening out. Beware of checking in early.. it was offered to us as our room was ready at 1pm, then after we said yes we were charged €30!

All musts were there: good bed, good shower, very good location (though less of a hill on the street on the side of the restaurant than on the other) Service and staff were attentive and offered advice on the city Barista coffee available at breakfast Room doors don't slam so you don't hear every other guest leaving (but the door to the lifts did slam)

The breakfast food was unremarkable. It was enough to start the day, but for a 5* there were some notable absences like fried eggs (also the scrambled were lukewarm when I tried them), salmon (mentioned somewhere but didn't see it) and in this hotel category I tend to find made-to-order included (they were chargeable). I liked that the lift was separated from the rooms by a door, but the automated mechanism that opened it wasn't working from day 2+, so started hearing the door. Ideally the shower could have a handle (few do these days though).

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. Lovely spacious room, incredibly comfortable bed, fantastic breakfast including best coffee of any of our 9 hotels on our 3 week Baltic trip. Housekeeping checks room daily to replace towels on the floor and empty trash, even on days when we do not request full room service. Location is fantastic.

Charged 25 Euros for occupancy of room for our arrival 2 hours early,, even though the room was already ready for occupancy.

I like it because it is a boutique hotel, I like staying in places like these that I don’t get lost in a concrete jungle, the reception area was warm and welcoming, the room size is average (I booked for Style room. I was expecting a bit bigger room as I see in photos it seems larger but photos are deceiving sometimes. We were given the lowest floor and our view is the building across which can see us through our sheer curtains. What makes my stay memorable and special are the staff in the restaurant, they are extremely gracious and polite and kind and very accommodating nothing to fault but admire their integrity and personalities. They made us feel so at home each time we ate at Krog Roba . The staff there are highly commendable. We stayed 4 nights in this property and the first day we missed breakfast due to jet lag, when we got there the restaurant just closed and we were dying for hot coffee, one of the ladies offered us a pot of coffee to take with us to the room which was such a sweet gesture. Little things like that goes a long way and so I say I rate the staff there 10 stars!!!!

The shower!!! It’s okay if it has no door but at least if the glass panel that covers the shower area is a bit wider then it would have been less mess, water was just slipping out of that corner and flooded some parts of the bathroom. Also, the lighting is very weak & dark I can’t see well when I apply my make up, I thought it was just me but then my husband had the same comment, so maybe management can look into that? We stayed room 318 check your light bulbs, some aren’t working. Another thing, for long staying guests it would be helpful to have drawers to keep your folded clothes etc. Otherwise, it is a lovely boutique hotel and will sure to book again next visit.

I absolutely adore Hotel Lilla Roberts for its cozy atmosphere, stunning interior design, and delightful breakfast that never fails to impress. A special highlight is the NOIR collection of shampoos in the rooms – their heavenly scent adds a touch of everyday luxury that makes the stay even more memorably. However, one aspect that didn’t quite meet my expectations was the deposit fee of €150, which felt a bit excessive. But overall, I’m always really happy to stay there whenever I need a little staycation. Thanks to the amazing staff for making each visit so enjoyable! Merry Christmas🎄❤️

The position of the hotel was very convenient for getting round the city. Close to the harbour, Esplinadi , and major transportation. Quiet area but with many restaurants and a supermarket across the street. Our stylish lux room was very spacious, always spotless with a fabulous waterfall shower, large seating area, and well thought out storage. The nespresso machine was always well stocked up and good coffee is important. Breakfast was a calm and pleasant affair with many tasty Finnish items to try. Particularly the little rice pastries which could be spread with egg butter. Wasn’t brave enough to try the liquorice though! Or the herring first thing in the morning. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Helsinki

My previous stay was not that good due to heavy noise from the streets below, but this time there was none and I slept like a baby in a very comfy room with all the necessary amenities (e.g. quality ironing device). The location is ideal for walking trips downtown and the breakfast/a la carte restaurant offers all the things I need (from porridge to granola and from bread to cakes with smoothie choices to make it complete).

There is no immediate guaranteed parking at the location, but luckily several good ones nearby (underground). But if you have heavy carry-ons, you might want to drop them first and then go parking.

This is the second time I stayed at Hotel Lilla Roberts. I was given a Lux room on the sixth floor which is very quiet and well appointed. The breakfast offered with the room stay is excellent especially, the smoked salmon, crepes and scrambled eggs. Very friendly and professional staff. Beautifully designed boutique hotel in the design district with many wonderful shops and restaurants.

Need more hangers for my week long stay

Perfect location, walkable to most tourist attractions. nice food joints nearby. Good customer service. have Umbrella hire, very good breakfast options included in stay. rooms have a bath tub. and outstanding tap water.

We hired an Umbrella at the hotel, which was supposed to be 3 EUR, we returned it before the designated time and it still charged us 17 more euros. Its not about the money, its about the unprofessional service which overcharged us ridiculously.
