All the facilities provided were excellent, very clean and comfortable. nice room with very good mattress

Two things: 1. No staff at all, we did not see anyone from the hotel. Breakfast appears magically, but if something has been eaten by the previous guests (the salami on our second day for example), there is no way to get some more. This may be a Finnish thing, but not something I’d expect in a 150 EUR a night hotel. Should have seen that at the time of booking probably. 2. No luggage storage facilities. A clear design flaw and inconvenient. You get the advice to use a souvenir shop or the train station lockers. Oh and there is a TV in the breakfast room. Always very annoying if it is playing loudly and distracting when you’re having breakfast.

Being in the centre of Helsinki close to shops, restaurants, cafes and public transportation was a real bonus especially for the short stay we had. Given the location, the rooms are well insulated from any city noise. The quality finish throughout the hotel was exceptional and the decor in our room very tastefully done 👍 Really clean room with a very comfortable large bed. We felt safe with the access systems in place and enjoyed the inroom tablet setup with useful information. Really enjoyed the mini hotel concept. Total of 5 rooms sharing a meals area with a great variety of breakfasts included in the price and we were even allowed to leave our bags in secured cabinets until 7pm on the day we checked out. Really well thought out! Ari was responsive and very helpful and the cleaning staff looked happy and were very polite. Loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Helsinki.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel was a surprise for me because it was quite different as an establishment compared to other hotels I have visited in the past. It occupied part of a floor of a multi-business building in central Helsinki and it was reception-less but that didn’t prove to be a problem at all. Access codes had been provided beforehand and any question we posted through the platform was answered right away. Even when we needed to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours a locker code was provided that we could make use of. The room was spacious, well decorated and beyond clean if you ask me, and so was the bathroom. It was a chilly day even in August when we visited, but we didn’t feel cold while sleeping. The breakfast was -simply put- amazing, a full blown meal in its own right and we started the day feeling full already. If you are going to stay in Helsinki make sure you start with such a nice breakfast. All in all, a recommended option.

Large room and convenient location. It is surrounded by a variety of places to eat, shop, and take public transportation. It has AC but we didn’t use it. The self check- in instructions worked perfectly. It is located on 4th floor of building, and has old style elevator. We didn’t try the breakfast (not feeling well from travels) but it was provided with room rate. We would stay again. Be sure to go to the rooftop bar Ateljee in Tornin Hotel across the street. It has a beautiful view of Helsinki.

Very stylish room, super quiet and comfy, bang in the centre of town. Very convenient for the central station and walking distance (about 10 minutes) to the harbour. Plenty of cafés around. Breakfast was good and varied.

We liked everything, but people should note that this is a mini hotel with no reception. Basically, a flat beautifully converted into en suite rooms, and a breakfast room that also contains lockers for left luggage. You let yourself in with a code and you will probably never see anyone (although staff are always available on the phone or message). This arrangement suited us, but some might miss a more personal touch.

Great location, really comfy bed and friendly staff. There is no one on location, but they communicate really well and solve problems quickly. I was able to check in earlier because of my flight arriving before check in. Had a bit of a problem with the code to enter my room but it was resolved in matter of minutes.

Everything was great, but more vegan options for breakfast would be even better.

Tidy,silent and cozy place. So cute boutique hotel at city center. Transportation from airport is very easy and comfortable with train and public bus no 600(takes about 45 minutes to central station). You should buy a daily HSL card(1,2,3 or 7 days up to your visit of Helsinki). A-B-C regional card is best and enough for tourists. You can use this card also for your visit to Suomenlinna Sea Fortress by boat.

The room could have been a little bit warmer.

Fantastic location. Just a block from stockmann dept store and 2 to 3 blocks from train station. Room was large and very clean.

Breakfast was lacking. Construction next door. Shower was a bit messy but fantastic water pressure. Understand this is more like a hybrid Airbnb hotel. So generally no one on site a good part of the day. Last comment is not negative per say. Just want others to understand.

Quaint building, Lovely room decor, modern bathroom, great location in central city close to restaurants, train station and tram line to ferry port. Comfortable bed, large TV with cable package.

Construction noise from adjacent building, small room, shower sprays water all over the floor. The bathroom has been updated with upscale modern fixtures but there’s no way to shower without getting water all over the bathroom floor.

Very nice and stylish rooms in the middle of the city center. Easy to walk to some of the main Helsinki attractions like the market square. Even though the hotel does not have a reception, it is very easy to get in contact with the service staff and they were absolutely excellent! Highly recommended!

We were there on a Friday night and there was quite some noise from the streets as there are some bars around. The windows still cancel out the noise quite well though, this is probably only something that happens on weekends nights.
