Location is good. It is not a 5 stars hotel but pretty convenient.

What I didn’t like was that it was difficult to reach someone from the hotel. I tried their customer service and no one answered. So I would suggest the hotel to also add another way to contact them like WhatsApp or email. As a tourist is difficult to get a local phone number to call their customer service

Location-wise, it was very convenient (in the central area and close to public transport). The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities (I really appreciated the kettle, coffee and coffee maker, the hairdryer as well as the iron and ironing board). Contactless check-in worked very well and I found the door code system very convenient. I used customer service with no problem. It was a good deal for money considering hotel prices in Finland. Overall a satisfying experience.

The first day of my stay was unexpectedly hot and the room had no air-conditioning (to my knowledge), but this was a rather exceptional scenario for Finland and it was just that one day. Having to take out the garbage is a bit of an exaggeration in the context of a hotel stay (and since final cleaning is included in the price), but this is just my point of view.

Great location - easy walk to many city centre sights. Tram and bus stops very close by. Supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. Warm room, comfortable bed, good hot shower. Basic kitchen crockery and equipment including microwave, fridge and kettle. Easy check-in via emailed access code. Good communication with customer services. Use of luggage room via access code allowed us to store our bags for the day after checkout.

Room decoration maybe needs a freshen up.

You get what paid for. The location is really great and near everywhere. The room we had was on top floor which I prefer. Check in and check out is very smooth.

They should move the check in time at atleast 15.00.

This apartment was fantastic value for money. Most of the accom I looked at in Helsinki was very expensive, this place was reasonably priced. The location was great. 15 min walk to train station, 20 min to Senate square, 25 min to Market Square and the harbour. The apartment was also very spacious. The free laundry room in the basement was great. Nice to have an apartment with a few more facilities than a hotel room.

There was no kitchen sink so you had to wash your dishes in the bathroom sink which felt a bit weird. The apartment was older and some areas needed a deep clean (e.g. mould in grout in shower). But surface cleaning was good (i.e. no hair on the ground).

The room was really spacious and even had a balcony, which was a nice suprise (we did not see it having one beforehand). We only stayed for one night, but there was a lot of space to store our luggage, so could be a great accomodation for longer stays as well. Overall the room was even better than what we expected.

The check-in being only from 4PM was a bit inconvenient and we felt like it was a bit late. (compared to the usual 2-3PM) We also had some difficulties to get the code (by calling an automated service number) for the luggage storage. The luggage storage itself was slightly sketchy looking, considering it is a contactless hotel, we expected more than just a room where everyone just puts and takes their stuff, we did not dare to leave any valuables there. (a locker system would be much better)

All went well with good location and exceptional value.

A few written instructions would have been good eg - how to open the window! Where the rubbish goes.etc. I was a little annoyed when I was constantly offered to stay for an extra night since I needed to do this earlier - before I left Australia - and there was a blanket policy of having to book for a period of time when I tried to do this. So I booked accommodation elsewhere for 1 night - not convenient. I would have been more than happy to stay an extra night but it was not available when I needed to extend my stay

Comfortable and clean apartments, great location (close to the center, you can walk there, and you can also enjoy Asian cuisine nearby). It's great that there is a free washing machine and dryer in the basement. The apartment has enough space for two people.

The bathroom door creaked when opening and closing, it was disturbing at night. The dirty laundry places near the elevators was a bit of a nuisance. It was not possible to ventilate the room (open the window).

The check in. And while we were there, there was a fire alarm late at night. It is comforting to note that the property's response to the fire alarm ( which ultimately was only a false alarm) was immediate.

The property has advertise that they have a luggage room available for periods of short use. Use of the luggage room is usually availed of when the check out time is earlier to the departure time. The departure time for us was at 18.45 hrs and the check out time for the property is 11 hrs. Despite messaging several times for the day's code for the luggage room the property did not send the code to us and we found a nearby facility. Needless to say, it inconvenienced us a whole lot.

Simple but clean aparthotel very close to the center with its own parking garage. If you're looking for a good deal, you should book it. Everything worked well, it was no problem at all that there was no personnel on sight. Entering via code was convenient. There is a small kitchen cupboard with water cooker, microwave and fridge.

I got the wrong number for my parking space and received a note that I'm parking in the wrong place. But this was just an inconvenience, not a real problem.
