Room could have been heated up a bit more. Bathroom might need some refreshment in the near future.

The hotel's location is right next to Bulevardi Street, which is situated in the very center of the city. You can walk to everywhere from there. The hotel has two separate buildings: the first one has been restored from an old structure and features high ceilings and large doors. There is also a retro-style elevator. Our room was Bettie's Room, located in the restored section in 2nd floor. The cleanliness was good. The reception staff (especially Miss Ella and Mr. Kim) were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's breakfast options were excellent — the staff constantly replenished any items that were running low or had finished. The chefs were great (especially the Kosovar chef).. There is a 24/7 supermarket located on the opposite corner of the hotel. In Finland, everyone speaks English very well, so we didn’t have any problems with communication.

For transportation, you can buy daily tickets, but since ticket machines are not available everywhere, it’s recommended to get your ticket from the main train station. However, before getting on a tram/bus; make sure you’re heading in the right direction, as there are no signs or labels inside trams or buses indicating the stops.

The reception was welcoming, receptionists were kind, polite and helpful. The first class breakfast, fresh smoothie, Greek yoghurt, pastries… most importantly the staff in the kitchen area are excellent, particularly, when my son threw tantrum, two young people, (real lady and gentleman) escorted , accompanied him in a quiet area while couldn’t get security staff, they made paper boat, giving him sweets when was calm down. Then brought croissants and coffee to our room, which was very comforting for mother and son after the accident. Once more, Thank you all very much. for

Best hotel experience ever. I had never visited a Radisson Blu before, but had stayed in similarly priced hotels, but this one was really great. Firstly, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They asked smart questions and even offered free baggage storage for our final day after checking out, which saved us a lot of hassle. There was water and candy available in the lobby and the atmosphere was all around really nice. The hotel itself looked clean and quite upscale inside. The room was we expected - a nice bed, some room to store our things. You could make tea, coffee and cocoa (nice touch!) in the room. The air conditioning was superb - it was barely noticeable (no wind) even though it was 30 degrees outside. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of well thought out options, fresh juices and personal omelettes to top it off. Everything was just a bit better than we expected. The location is great for discovering central Helsinki. It is a 40 minute walk from the ferry, but close to the shopping centre district. The street is a quiter one. There are lots of different places to eat in the area and some grocery stores as well. Our favourite local attraction was the Arkade bar just around the corner - a place for gaming, board games and hanging out for like 5-10 euros depending on activity. All in all a great experience and well worth it even considering the mid-table price.

The breakfast was very good - a lot of choice with a good quality food. The location is convenient - close to the harbor and close to the city center. Neighborhood is nice and safe. A shopping center close by (approx. 10 min walk) and grocery a cross the street.

This time I stayed in (as they called) historical (in real word "old") part of the hotel. The money spent on that room was too much, they should sell those room in cheaper price. The room was worn out. The water didn't drain correctly and flooded the bathroom floor. In addition, it was relatively cold in the room.

A very good hotel. The service standard at Radisson Blu is always spectacular, the staff is always impeccably friendly and attentive. The rooms are spacious, but could do with a little renovation, as the furniture is a little old. The bathroom has been renovated and is all modern. A plus is the free access to the sauna, which is always wonderful after a day full of sightseeing. In addition, the hotel always has some water and some sweets at the entrance, a nice addition.

It was the only Radisson Blu that didn't have slippers and a robe in the room.

It's centrally located, and the experience it offers is exceptional for the price. The interior decor was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms and restrooms were very clean, and the staff was incredibly kind. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit this city again.

The maximum temperature in the rooms seemed a bit low to us. It might be different in winter, but in a city where it's cold even in summer, the temperature wasn't very comfortable for us. But that's definitely something to ignore.

The staff was brilliant beyond any imagination <3 I did not lack information or treatment. The bed was wonderful and the supplies in the room were plenty. I loved the breakfast, it was delicious and fresh and I din't have to queue long to get it. I was fully revitalised by the stay!

Unfortunately the room had several points of obvious wear. It had obviously been in business for a good while and in hard use. The material choices in the room were perhaps not suited for their purpose or renovation isn't far in the future.

We stayed for just one night at this cozy and well-located hotel. The bed was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the room, situated in the modern part of the hotel, featured two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. One of the highlights was the sauna. I had the space entirely to myself for two hours, which was a delightful and peaceful experience. The Finnish approach to the sauna is different from what I’m used to in the Czech Republic, making the experience both surprising and memorable. The “Super Breakfast” lived up to its name! It started with a refreshing shot of fresh sea buckthorn juice, followed by a wide variety of delicious foods. The porridge was outstanding, especially with the delightful strawberry marmalade as a topping. There was an excellent selection of cheeses, bread, cold snacks, fresh fruits, and sweets. The juices were tasty, and I enjoyed the alcohol-free “Morning Mary.” The variety was so extensive that I couldn’t possibly try everything I wanted! Overall, the hotel offered a warm, inviting stay with thoughtful touches that made it memorable. I would gladly return and recommend it to others.

This hotel is truly unique, featuring a charming old-style elevator. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a fridge and coffee maker. Best of all, you can actually open the windows. The bathrooms have everything you need, including shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion. Housekeeping and towel changes are available on request, and the staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional, offering a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste, and the breakfast hours are convenient. The location is perfect, close to public transportation, a mall, parks, and within walking distance to attractions
