Good location, comfortable bed and excellent internet connection

System of check-in, additional charges for extra hour, not taking into account the fact that I would be checking out earlier too. Just the idea to pay more for leaving luggage in the room, when hotel doesn't have such option for free - this is unacceptable.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main touristic downtown area. I walked to the hotel from the train station in about 12 minutes I met only room maids during my stay, because you use a code to enter the front door, and the same code to enter the room, The room was perfectly adequate, very clean, with a comfortable double bed (I chose a double room for single occupancy as the price difference was minimal), a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and a good shower. It was quiet. Lidl supermarket is just across the street

The red room was a bit dark, with just one window looking out into a courtyard 60 euros felt quite a lot for a room only arrangements. 50 euros would have been perfect! I discovered after booking it that I could have stayed at the **** Hotel Alexanteri on a B&B basis for just 30 euro more, with use of the sauna included in the evening.

A great location and a great price for Helsinki. Clean room with a kettle and coffee and tea. A little fridge. Can't complain.

The only thing that I disliked was that your code doesn't work until 16:00. And I understand that for the room itself, absolutely. What I'm talking about is that your code opens EVERY door. Including the front one. Which means if you arrive at 15:00 like I did, you're literally stuck outside in the freezing cold with no way to even gain entry into the building itself to shelter from the elements. Luckily for me, an employee happened to see me outside and let me in out of the cold, so I sat on the steps and waited until 16:00. It would be nice to have a separate door code that allowed people inside the building at the very least.

Excellent location, very clean and sufficient as a retreat from sightseeing. It has everything required in a small space.

The entry process was a little problematic with insufficient instruction beforehand. Luckily, another tenant could walk me through it. I paid for an extended stay and was disappointed that I was locked out (after the check out time but well before the extended departure time). After a frustrating delay, the staff was able to let me in. If you are locked out, there is no communication capability with anyone. That telephone is inside the locked door. That can be exceedingly frustrating.

Location is excellent. Close to cafes, groceries, transportation. Big room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. No noise from street. Has a seating area and fridge+microwave+kettle and coffee/tea, which makes breakfast or snacking super convenient.

No staff on site - online self check-in process was a hassle for a big group. Bathroom light has no on/off switch, but is triggered by movement in room which means the light was on all the time when we were in the room, including all night. If have a movement-triggered system, it should be inside the bathroom not in room.

It's really a no fuss hotel - all instructions, check-in, checkout are transparent and digital. The room we got was spacious, but can imagine that some other rooms (based on the floor plan) could be small though. It was well maintained and very clean. It has even kettle, microwave and fridge. The location is amazing - walkable and central to most sightseeing places, cafes etc. Overall, great value for the spend! Highly recommend.

Beds could be double bed instead of two singles next to each other. Would recommend adding ceramic or plastic reusable bowls, cutlery, mugs to the kitchenette (not just the tiny paper cups and disposable spoons provided), since that makes the kitchenette more usable.

Location, simplicity of entrance, size of the room. Standard Omenahotelli room with the usual accessories, microwave owen, water kettle etc.

When booking, the webpage showed room with a double bed, but it was only two single beds. This is inconvenient if you want to sleep close to your spouse, the bed will drift apart during the night unless you tie them together. Also annoying was that only a rain shower was available in the bathroom. Sometimes you do not want to wash your hair, or just want to cool your feet after a long day, but with rain shower it impossible to do either without getting your hair wet. Fortunately, in this room the hose of the "pussy phone" was long enough to make cooling only your feet possible.

I stayed at this hotel in a compact single room and was really impressed. The room is small, but every detail is thoughtfully designed: a convenient pull-out desk, a small fridge, localized lighting by the bed and the desk, a comfortable bed and TV, plus a modern shower. The furniture is functional and well-placed, making the room cozy and comfortable despite its compact size. Everything was perfectly clean. Check-in and check-out were very quick. Overall, the room is just perfect – you can feel the attention to detail and care for the guests.

Great location. Easy to locate. One tram ride from the centre. Very clean and avaiablity of a microwave was a nice surprise. Supermarket right across the street. We ended up fixing our own hot microwave meal from fresh produce. We unexpectedly arrived too early and 2 kind cleaning staff let us leave our bags near the elevator unattended (fine with us). Automated checkin doesn't permit access even to the lobby before 4pm.

Checkin time being 4pm was problem for us. Without the Internet, we didn't have the option to buy extra time.

Perfectly soundproof for sleeping (I slept on the 5th floor with the window away from the street so it could make a difference). Good location, multiple grocery stores nearby, good commodities, a lot of free cups and coffee. Very comfy. The curtains blocks sun nearly perfectly.

There were a few stains on the underline of the bedsheets, but there was an extra layer between me and that so I didn't care. Also the electric kettle is inside an open drawer so when you boil the water the steam collects above it, the design could be improved.
