The staf were incredibly helpful and friendly. Really outstanding! Breakfast was also absolutely wonderful. It seems as though people really like working at F6 which ispeaks well of the management. Well done.

Did not like the noise all night coming up from the bar. The amazing staff moved me to a higher floor the next 2 nights which was much appreciated. It seems the noise travels up the air vents,

Perfect location for all attractions and harbour front. Warm, comfy bed; fab shower and heated floor in bathroom. Lovely, healthy breakfast and kind, friendly staff.

We were in a room in courtyard which meant we couldn't have curtains open as everyone walking past could see in - made it a bit dark. Beware - steps as soon as you open door into room. No light without key so narrowly avoided falling. Bar is lovely when open but pretty restricted hours so never quite managed to be opened when we needed it.

Wonderful location, stylish hotel, great staff, very reasonably priced

Breakfast was a bust and I’ve seen other similar comments but hotel has yet to do something about it. Food choices are very limited. I think breakfast at hotels like Avenida Palace in Lisbon or Bank Hotel in Stockholm are extraordinary and most hotels should look to emulate. F6 offered only 2 types of juices, 1 type of smoothie, usually 1 type of croisssnt and 1 type of danish. Worst of all, the only hot food is oat meal and your choice of hard or soft boiled eggs. No pancakes or waffles, no bacon or sausages or sautéed vegetables/mushrooms. NO scrambled eggs much less omelettes to order. The equivalent of flying first class on a plane with great seats and service then being presented with a choice of salad or hot dog for meals.

The breakfast was AMAZING! The location is FANTASTIC.. so close to everything. The staff was WONDERFUL. The rooms were AWESOME! The shower pressure was PERFECT! I highly recommend this place. We were both very pleased!

I only wish there were F6 hotels in other countries so that we could have a consistent experience when traveling.

Hotel F6 is a lovely base for exploring Helsinki. It’s tucked away in a quiet side street but just a 5-minute walk from the harbour, where ferries leave for the archipelago and various boat tours depart. The central station is about 15 minutes away on foot, and tram and bus stops are just a short stroll. Most major sights in Helsinki’s city centre are within easy walking distance, making it simple to explore the city on foot. And if needed, tram lines 2 and 3 offer convenient access to many destinations. The hotel itself is set in a building that has been beautifully renovated with a modern, stylish touch. My room on the fourth floor was spacious and cozy, with a large, comfortable bed and a generous walk-in shower. A bathrobe and refillable Rituals toiletries added a nice touch of comfort. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and clearly made with care. There’s also a bar integrated into the hotel (though independently run), serving great cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere. Again, friendly service all around.

The hotel is amazing - if I could wish for one small improvement, it would be a coffee machine in the room. There was a kettle, which is helpful, but a machine would have been a bit more convenient.

This is a great design hotel in a very good location, just a few minutes from the central Esplanade where you have lots of interesting shops, eateries and the harbour. Our room was large divided into 4 areas. a very comfortable sitting area, convenient working area, bedroom area with a king bed and the dressing area with two closets and drawers. Everything is well thought out. Such as the little bench at the entrance to take the shoes off. Lighting system was very good with various controls it is possible to achieve desired level of brightness. We like the room a bit more dark and cozy, this could be achieved easily. Bathroom lights were very good. There was a low light operated by a movement sensor in the bathroom. This light wasn't;t strong to wake you up from your sleep but light up the bathroom immediately upon walking in. In the bathroom too, there were lots of convenient little details. Breakfast was good. The area where breakfast served was again nicely designed and very pleasant to be in. Food choice and quality was good.

Our room was on the first floor. This made the natural light very scant. A similar room on upper floors would have been better.

The staff was excellent! We were staying at a different hotel, then catching a flight to Swedish Lapland for a few days, with the plan to stay at F6 on our return. We dropped by prior to our flight to see if they would hold bags we did not want to take with us and they not only took care of the luggage, but installed them in our room before our arrival! That's excellent service. The location is wonderful for a tourist visiting the city. The room was cozy and we loved the size of the bathroom and shower! The breakfast is very comprehensive. A wonderful find for us!

No fault with this hotel at all!

The deluxe room is very spacious and feels like a stylish apartment rather than a hotel room. The room is very well appointed with a work desk, sitting area with couch, excellent blackout shades (important for Helsinki in summertime!), comfy bed. It was very quiet other than the occasional seagull squawk. I appreciated the helpful staff, delicious and healthy breakfast with long hours, strong WiFi, air conditioning and central location. This hotel is excellent value for a vacation or business traveler who wants a little luxury and is tired of corporate hotels. Note there is no room service however there are many excellent restaurants just a short walk away.

I liked everything about my stay at Hotel F6! From the initial welcome by reception, to a supremely clean, comfortable, and quiet room, a really wonderful breakfast, to indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, this hotel was truly wonderful! The location was great, on a quiet street 1 block off Esplandi park, 2 blocks to one of the main harbors, and a 15 min walk to the train station for easy in/out transfer to the airport. Everything is within walking distance of F6, though the abundance of scooters in the city make everything even more accessible.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the style of the room was nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great and literally 1 min walk to the super terrace where there are loads of food and drink options

Not much to criticise, if I have to think of something it would be that the hotel can add a shoehorn in the room to help with putting your shoes on. The breakfast could have some more warm items since everything is mostly cold foods
