A very centrally located hotel which is modern and clean. There's no staff on site and everything is done online but this is very easy using their platform. The room is very decent size and came with a small kitchenette including fridge. The hotel provided ground coffee and cafetière which I was very grateful for on the first morning. They also provided beautiful and good quality toiletries and an instax camera and film to take out and capture memories on your holiday. The TV was easy to use to cast streaming services and the communal kitchen was well stocked and clean. The hotel also provides a laundry which was free to use and included two washing machines, two dryers, drying racks and washing detergent. Hotel is walking distance to all the main sites, central station and lots of trams.

A couple of times the code to get into my room didn't work. After several attempts using the same (correct) code, it let me in. This wasn't too much of a problem as it worked eventually but did concern me the first time.

- great location - great amenities - washer, dryer and washing liquids etc provided - wonderful online staff ready to assist - polaroid camera provided in the room is a nice touch - but refills are always out of stock so you will buy your own

- fridge didn’t work/cool properly - tv consistently didn’t work and was unable to link to apps (netflix etc). Though the staff assisted in fixing these issues, it was a daily issue and in the end too much hassle to keep requesting it to be fixed. - cleaning was once every 7 days, too little to keep the apartment and sheet clean, though you can change these yourself from the pantry downstairs - for the price, i feel like light cleaning/ sheets change/ garbage removal every 4 days or so would be reasonable. - bins in the room very small so you need to find bin bags and take your trash daily to the trash room in the basement

Every detail seems thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the in-room amenities (fully equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, smart TV) made the stay super convenient. 📍 Excellent Location The hotel is located in the Kaartinkaupunki district, close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Everything is within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. 🌿 Sustainability & Service A big plus is that every night spent here is completely carbon neutral. There’s no traditional reception, but communication with the staff via the app was quick and efficient. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the common areas were well maintained.

This is a great aparthotel right in the middle of Helsinki. The room was super-comfortable and the thoughtful little touches made us feel very comfortable.

When we arrived, the electronic door lock was "offline", which meant we had to be on the phone to the staff (who are not onsite) to effect entry. Also, said door was badly fitted - gaps at the top and side meaning it was a bit like sleeping in the corridor at times - very little isolation from people passing. Luckily, there were only three rooms on our floor, so it didn't disturb us too often.

We were so impressed with Bob W. We booked last minute after realising the place we originally booked was quite far out of Helsinki centre and it was absolutely perfect. We were spending two nights in Helsinki, on either side of a visit to Tampere. We stayed in a 'pocket' sized room for the first stay, and then in a 'comfy' room on the second stay and both rooms were immaculate and very spacious - the 'comfy' being the slightly larger of the two with a lounge space. There was lots of handy things in the room as well including a charging cable, a travel adapter, tote bag and a Polaroid camera to snap some pictures of your trip! Everything was dealt with virtually and we accessed the whole building using key codes, including the communal spaces but texts checking you had arrived okay and asking if anything was needed meant that the service was just as good as if there had been a concierge desk. Honestly couldn't fault this!

One of the best stays I've ever had! Everything was clearly communicated in laid back human terms. I could store my luggage for free in a locked room until it was time for check in. Access to the building and your room is with an access code. The room was super clean and comfy. Lots of freebies made it extra special. High quality shampoo/ soaps and filter coffee and teas. Even a game console! The elegant room lighting, quality of the bedding and sound proofing made for a very good night's sleep. I didn't use the communal kitchen, as I was only there for one night, but it certainly looked very clean and welcoming to cook up a feast. I highly recommend Bob's place!!

I loved that Bob W Kaarti welcomed us with a note and Instax camera to use for when we explore Helsinki. The customer support was also really responsive whenever we had questions. The 'washateria' was an absolute blessing because we were at the end of our trip and being able to wash and dry our clothes before travelling again is great. All laundry supplies are also available. I also liked their social kitchen and coworking space. Spacious, quiet, calm and everyone is going about their day with respect to others. I'm definitely looking up Bob W Kaarti in my next destination. A highly recommended stay!

Everything was wonderful from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was exceptional – we received prompt and helpful responses to all our questions, along with kind assistance in finding places around the city. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the city, surrounded by landmarks, vibrant life, restaurants, and nightlife. What’s truly amazing is that, despite being in the city center, the hotel is tucked away in an inner courtyard, offering complete peace and quiet – you can’t hear a thing from the bustling streets! As for the facilities – we found and received even more than we expected. From comfortable beds and all necessary amenities, to phone chargers, and even a Polaroid camera with extra film – so much care was given to every detail! Thank you so much! We will definitely be coming back!

Interior design is beautiful and peaceful. Love all the tiny details. I am amazed that everything is Finish design and original product. Love that is eco friendly. Love that has board games and kitchen and a place to hangout. Bed was excellent. Location is excellent!

We paid for breakfast but we eat one only last day. I would love that you can buy croissants in Hotel. So if you sleep long you want eat full breakfast but you can get something else. I was surprised that we have to pay extra for sauna. And we found out only on our last day that there is WhatsApp group for the guests.

I love the smooth online process and all information was easily found. The place was very clean, in a great location for exploring Helsinki city centre. High-speed internet was a plus when you travel for work/streaming/gaming. Luggage storage until 11pm on the day of check-out is amazing.

The only minor negative thing was that on the day of checkout, the (IPhone) app locks you out and does not allow you to see the breakfast voucher or entrance code. It still works on the webpage, which I was pointed to by the fast and helpful online staff.
