The hotel is extremely clean. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods and drinks. Hotel has a online check in and a self service check in terminal which is in my opinion much better then waiting in line at the reception (although there is a 24h reception- I arrived at 02:00 am and had no problem checking in). A single bed was huge and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend.

The biggest downside is that hotel was actually quite far from both the city with the highlights and the congress center. So you really have to rely on public transport. The breakfast although ok is on the pricy side. And the bathroom is extremely small. In general I believe rooms could have been designed better- we stayed in a twin room which had two huge beds (which is perfect), but the price you have to pay for that is small space around the bed (you can hardly reach a window unless you climb onto bed), and a small bathroom. Oh yeah, and you also get a kitchen sink in the room for some reason.

We can say, that we got what we expected. A tiny room, but well equipped. This hotel was just enough for one night before returning home via Helsinki airport. On-site self-check-in could be more fluent and intuitive, but we managed to get the keys ourselves, which helped us avoid quite a long queue at the reception. We appreciated the self-service mini café in the lobby area. We enjoyed an extra delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also good and sufficient.

When booking the room, we selected the bit more expensive option with entrance to the roof-top spa, so it was slightly disappointing finding out at the hotel, that bathrobe and slippers were not included in the price and we had to pay an additional fee (15 EUR/person) for receiving them. The room we booked was a room, that could be converted into a workstation by lifting the bed, just perfect for those of us who need to work while traveling, however when we lifted the bed, we could see that the floor would deserve a good vacuum cleaning/mopping.

Second time here. Really nice hotel, beautiful design and very comfortable. Yes it is not close tot the city centre but there’s lots of busses that only take 20 mins to take you there. Wellness area is very nice, good saunas and also really good to enjoy when it rains. Good beds and rooms are very silent! Next time in Helsinki I’m coming back again.

For a 4 star hotel I’d expect a tiny fridge, which there was room for in a cabinet and even an outlet. I’d like some more contact points with staff to feel welcomed and safe. After four days of staying at the hotel, unfortunately I had zero contact. I know for some guests this is no problem at all so it is only personal.

The hotel is stunning. The aesthetics throughout are gorgeous and it all feels very high end. The spa is amazing, we had no issues booking slots. The rooms are clean and nice, if a little small. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bus stop is directly outside the hotel and it takes 15 minutes to get into the city centre. Brilliant selection of food at breakfast!

Couple of things which you wouldn’t expect from a hotel with such a high end feel: - at breakfast, the coffee machine only made black coffee. If you wanted a latte, cappuccino etc you had to pay etc from the bar. I have never seen this in a hotel before. - even when you pay for spa access with the room, you still have to pay extra for a robe and slippers.. - no towels available in the spa.

I only used the room, it was my first time at this hotel. I did not use any other facilities this time. I rested very well, the bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains very good quality. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to go south to Helsinki center or to head north to one of the train stops from where the train took me to Vantaa Airport.

I lived in Helsinki more than 10 years and this time I was visiting. I love to go to sauna to relax without keeping an eye on the time. I had packed the things for sauna in my travel suitcase. At the hotel I discovered that the sauna entry was around 25 euros for 1.5 hours if I remember well. This kind of ruined my enthusiasm and gave up the thought of going.

Food is amazing and the staff very friendly. Interior a great representation of the nordic style. Breakfast small but amazing - there was a little of everything. The one thing we missed was bacon for that traditional hotel breakfast. Highly recommend the porridge to everyone!

The Murphy bed has very sharp and hard edges. One of us ended up with a very big bruise on their leg as they tried jumping over the other person for a bathroom break in the middle of the night. The frame comes quite far outside of the matress, so getting used to the set up took some time. Would have been nice to get 2 big towels/person in the room as pre-set, because the towel was soaked after a visit to the wellness section.

Great location Clean and comfortable rooms, despite the small size of the room it was comfortable, convenient location of sockets on both sides of the bed. The light could be adjusted (morning, day and night) At night in the toilet the light is dim, which is very convenient! On the seventh floor there is a spa and a gym. The spa has three saunas, a jacuzzi, a pool with cold water and a pool with warm water. Breakfasts amazed with a very rich choice. There is a bar with very nice staff, a variety of drinks, a free pool table and board games. There are cozy places to work at the reception. From the sixth floor you can go up to the roof terrace, where from Friday to Sunday a DJ plays and drinks are served for an additional fee, you can relax with friends and watch the sunset. We would be happy to come back again!

An aesthetic and cozy hotel and room, with the option of self check-in. Good breakfast. Good sound insulation in the room and a comfortable bed.

Since our stay coincided with a holiday period in Finland, most services operated on a special schedule, including the hotel breakfast time. There was a sign in the elevator stating that breakfast ends at 11:00 AM (I don’t remember the exact time), but this schedule was only valid during the holiday, which we didn’t know. As a result, we missed one of the two breakfasts, since the holiday had apparently ended that day. We also couldn’t find any information about the breakfast schedule on the hotel’s website. There were also no slippers in the room. I understand that they are provided in higher-class rooms, but no one usually brings slippers on a holiday trip, so I believe this is a basic amenity that should be included.

This is a pretty new nice designed hotel (with a very fair price for Helsinki.) I requested a quite room and this is what I got - indeed, a very quite room on the 7th floor. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of good stuff (but missing deserts :) ) . Wellness center was nice with saunas on the roof with views. Check in and check out were available online

Rooms are small. No option to open windows. There was no table/desk in the room. Eventually, your bed converts into a desk, but for that you need to call someone. I didn't. There is a sink in the room (for what purpose?) - it would have been much better if there was a desk instead. The hotel is kinda far from the main attractions.

It's sort of a perfect deal at these prices: you get very nicely appointed, stylish rooms, good breakfast and, to top it off, the wellness area on the roof, with two log-house saunas, a steam room, a cold plunge pool, a swimming pool, and a sizable hot tub, with amazing views over the city.

Basically the only problem is that everyone else has also realised what a great deal this is. That means that the wellness area seems to be almost overcrowded all throughout the evenings, with people cramming hip-to-hip in the pools and saunas with drinks in hand, many also being very loud indeed. If you want a quiet, relaxing experience, you might want to look elsewhere. Breakfast is also super busy.
