Air conditioning was life saving in the heatwave! Super comfortable beds, excellent pillows, there were toiletries provided which smelled lovely. Black out curtains and sound proofed rooms made sleep so peaceful. Very good compact room with everything that you need. Breakfast had good choice and it was delicious. Easy to get to the hotel from the city center with a bus. Easy and convenient online check in. Felt very safe in the hotel as there were a lot of safety features in the hotel to avoid non hotel guests wondering around.

I'm a regular guest and truly love this place — the bright, airy spaces, the signature granola at breakfast, the calm vibe, and the perfect location: close to both the city and the airport, and just a short walk from the beautiful seaside trail for morning or evening strolls. That said, during this stay I was frequently woken up by loud door slams and unusual furniture movement from the neighboring room. The sounds were so strong they made the wall-mounted, transformer-style bed shake — especially during the night, which felt like a mini earthquake every time a door closed hard. While the staff responded kindly and professionally, the disturbances continued. It was a reminder that good hospitality is a shared experience — comfort depends not only on the service, but also on how respectfully guests treat the space and one another. (A respectful note for those managing this lovely hotel.) Perhaps adjusting the heavy door mechanisms for quieter closing, and sharing a gentle reminder about mindful noise during quiet hours, could make stays even more peaceful. Thank you again for everything you do to make this hotel feel good I always look forward to coming back.

We were blown away by the extra effort the hotel made to celebrate our 12th wedding anniversary—it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming surprise! The room was spotless, the staff were si accommodating, the bed was super soft, and the view was absolutely stunning. The space was just perfect for the three of us. Everything about our stay was memorable and exceeded our expectations!❤️

The only thing we noticed was that the cleanliness in the wellness area, particularly in the dressing room, could be improved. Aside from that, everything else was excellent—we had a wonderful stay and would happily return!☺️

Lovely hotel - comfortable room, great facilities. Bathroom and shower great and very clean. Rooftop terrace an added bonus, great for watching the sunset. 24h reception meant that check in and check out processes were efficient. Breakfast was excellent (I made the mistake of not including in the booking, but went along 3 times - they have a card machine to pay as you enter) - fantastic choice, all very tasty, and great selection of local produce. Easy to get to the city centre with a range of buses that leave from across the road to either Kamppi (regional and national coaches) or the train station. Never had to wait more than 2/3 minutes for a bus. Great base for exploring Helsinki and the wider region.

The breakfast area is quite small given the number of guests, so worth paying attention to the signs and going earlier.

An interesting hotel that combines spaces for relaxation and work. The large number of rooms makes it easy to book even with a short notice. The room is very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. A kettle, coffee, and tea are available in the room, as well as an iron and ironing board (!). The restaurant is spacious, and despite the large number of people at breakfast, there was no problem finding free seats. Meals can be enjoyed at a regular table or in various areas of the lobby. The buffet includes a large selection of delicious dishes. And those who enjoy can play the piano in the lobby.

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff was very helpful with everything we needed. The breakfast has a huge selection of foods and drinks. Hotel has a online check in and a self service check in terminal which is in my opinion much better then waiting in line at the reception (although there is a 24h reception- I arrived at 02:00 am and had no problem checking in). A single bed was huge and comfortable. Absolutely would recommend.

The biggest downside is that hotel was actually quite far from both the city with the highlights and the congress center. So you really have to rely on public transport. The breakfast although ok is on the pricy side. And the bathroom is extremely small. In general I believe rooms could have been designed better- we stayed in a twin room which had two huge beds (which is perfect), but the price you have to pay for that is small space around the bed (you can hardly reach a window unless you climb onto bed), and a small bathroom. Oh yeah, and you also get a kitchen sink in the room for some reason.

We can say, that we got what we expected. A tiny room, but well equipped. This hotel was just enough for one night before returning home via Helsinki airport. On-site self-check-in could be more fluent and intuitive, but we managed to get the keys ourselves, which helped us avoid quite a long queue at the reception. We appreciated the self-service mini café in the lobby area. We enjoyed an extra delicious dinner in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also good and sufficient.

When booking the room, we selected the bit more expensive option with entrance to the roof-top spa, so it was slightly disappointing finding out at the hotel, that bathrobe and slippers were not included in the price and we had to pay an additional fee (15 EUR/person) for receiving them. The room we booked was a room, that could be converted into a workstation by lifting the bed, just perfect for those of us who need to work while traveling, however when we lifted the bed, we could see that the floor would deserve a good vacuum cleaning/mopping.

Second time here. Really nice hotel, beautiful design and very comfortable. Yes it is not close tot the city centre but there’s lots of busses that only take 20 mins to take you there. Wellness area is very nice, good saunas and also really good to enjoy when it rains. Good beds and rooms are very silent! Next time in Helsinki I’m coming back again.

For a 4 star hotel I’d expect a tiny fridge, which there was room for in a cabinet and even an outlet. I’d like some more contact points with staff to feel welcomed and safe. After four days of staying at the hotel, unfortunately I had zero contact. I know for some guests this is no problem at all so it is only personal.

On working days price is fine, but for weekend its too much. Lovely stuff, comfy blanket, beautiful interior.

Too high price for bad selection breakfast, bed takes whole space in room, no place to move around, also bed is kinda built in the wall, so you easily hit your feet with unnecessary details. On 2 floor in the morning our entrance door was all the time making scary sounds while someone else open their doors. Thats creepy and annoying when you want to sleep. On 4 floor nothing like this happened. Spa is very simple, there is nothing much to do. Water is not hot enough to be outside in it. Changing room built stupidly, cuz if you stay there naked everyone can see you if someone enter the doors from both sides.

I only used the room, it was my first time at this hotel. I did not use any other facilities this time. I rested very well, the bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains very good quality. Bus stop right in front of the hotel to go south to Helsinki center or to head north to one of the train stops from where the train took me to Vantaa Airport.

I lived in Helsinki more than 10 years and this time I was visiting. I love to go to sauna to relax without keeping an eye on the time. I had packed the things for sauna in my travel suitcase. At the hotel I discovered that the sauna entry was around 25 euros for 1.5 hours if I remember well. This kind of ruined my enthusiasm and gave up the thought of going.
