Stayed for 9 days with my father. the hotel includes a lot of extras like sauna, gym, swimming pool and breakfast. The main ones i used where breakfast and sauna and both were good. the location of the hotel is decent with a bus (400) that goes into helsinki very close by. With 15 mins of walking you can also be at a trainstation where you can be at pasilla & Helsinki central station withing 5 mins.

he only real weakpoints i can name are that the bathroom of our room was quite small and the cleaning ladies clean the room a bit late sometimes(once i got back at 15:15pm and they still needed to clean my room)

Situated opposite a beautiful natural parkland, which was great for a walk, this hotel was very quiet. My guessing is that it is probably used more for conventions than tourists. I arrived on a Friday evening for a one night stay. The receptionists were lovely; very helpful. They gave me milk when I asked on arrival to make a cuppa in my room. The pool and sauna facilities were great; initially I was in there on my own then one other lady arrived towards the end of my swim. Unfortunately, the massage facility, which I was looking forward to using, was closed during my stay. I was told that it doesn't open on Saturdays. There was a good choice for breakfast (but not as much as some of the other hotels in Helsinki).

The hotel is situated too far from the city centre if you don't have your own transport. The taxi cost us 70 euros from the city centre and 40 euros to the airport (Dec 2024). As far as I could tell, there aren't any bars/cafes/restaurants in walking distance.

I recently stayed at Haaga Hotel and had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary access to the gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The gym was well-equipped with modern machines, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine with ease. The sauna was a perfect way to relax after a long day, providing a tranquil and rejuvenating environment. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, ideal for both leisurely swims and more vigorous exercise. These free amenities significantly enhanced my stay, making it both enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast. Many coffee options! Real bean coffee!!! Squeaky clean gym and very nice pool. Sauna small, but all you need! Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the bus station, so town well reachable in 15-20 min. Room was clean, room service came to clean and refill coffee and tea bags every day if asked (there's a kettle in the room and a fridge).

The beds were a little too soft for my taste, maybe the mattress was a little older, but that's just a personal preference. Apart from that, nothing to criticize!

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, bed was comfortable. My room had a coffee machine which was nice. Staff was polite. Breakfast were nice but repetitive, gym and pool were great.

If you live above a gym, you may have to wake up from 6:40 - 7:00 am to the sound of weights being thrown on the ground. I traveled for work so it wasn't a big of the problem for me but if it would be my vacation I wouldn't be very happy about it.

The staff was so helpful and welcoming during our stay - for example, we lost one of the key cards but they were understanding and it was no problem. They stored our luggage for the whole day on the day that we checked out. The breakfast was very nice too - a lot of choices for vegetarians, nice desserts and super delicious bread. The room is big enough and warm. Each day it was cleaned which was a nice surprise. There is a bus stop 1 minute away from the hotel and the bus takes you straight to the city center. On our way back one of the evenings, we saw some rabbits outside as the hotel is close to a big park/wood area :) But it's not scary in any way. Also, in the lobby there is a microwave so you can heat up something to have for dinner (there's a K-supermarket a short walk to the hotel).

Very nice service, good breakfasts, quite quiet in the room. The hotel is worth its price.

The room did not look like the pictures, it was clean and comfortable, but it needs renovation. The location is good for those traveling only by car. We used public transport and it took us almost an hour to get to the center one way and it was tiring.

Nice hotel with a pool in a quiet location. The room was quite spacious, and the bed had a surprisingly comfortable mattress, especially suitable for people with back injuries. The pool was spacious, and the water tasted more salty than chlorinated. Breakfast was good, and the smoothies were especially pleasant. The staff was polite.

However, the massage shower in the pool did not work. For access to the well equipped gym, the special key card from reception needed.

Good sized rooms with amazing breakfast. Staff very friendly and supportive. Location is kind a mid between airport (approximate 35 bus drive) and city center (25 min bus drive approx). Bus 415 can take you from airport to almost in front of the hotel (bus stop is on the main road and hotel adjacent to a small road)... many buses can take you to city center (senate square etc). On the way back have to go via a bridge as bus stop is other side of the highway.

Not 24 hours help desk (from 22:00 to 07:00) even hotel is working at full capacity... pool time on monday start after 12. Kind a isolated place as hotel surroundings very quite .

Our special wish to have a quiet room was fulfilled. The room was large enough and equipped with a small fridge, desk and a water boiler for making tea. The bathroom was also well equipped and of a good size.

Oranges were not amongst the choice of fruit for breakfast. The liquid called ‘orange juice’ was rather yellow-colored water and would deserve to be replaced by real orange juice.
