The hotel was perfect! Really enjoyed our stay there! The rooms are clean, big and very quiet. The hotel has a sauna and a swimming pool that were perfect for some relaxing after touring the city. The gym was beyond my expectations, very clean and lots of options. The arrival was late at night and although there is no reception at this time everything run very smoothly. The breakfast has a great variety of options for every palate and the summer terrace is also really nice, with nice music to enjoy a glass of beer or something to eat. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, especially the receptionist who speaks some Greek, she was a ray of sunshine!

Nothing negative to commend. Maybe the summer terrace could stay open a bit longer and please don't put the nutella in the fridge during breakfast, it is so much tastier when it is soft and fluid

Stayed for 9 days with my father. the hotel includes a lot of extras like sauna, gym, swimming pool and breakfast. The main ones i used where breakfast and sauna and both were good. the location of the hotel is decent with a bus (400) that goes into helsinki very close by. With 15 mins of walking you can also be at a trainstation where you can be at pasilla & Helsinki central station withing 5 mins.

he only real weakpoints i can name are that the bathroom of our room was quite small and the cleaning ladies clean the room a bit late sometimes(once i got back at 15:15pm and they still needed to clean my room)

Situated opposite a beautiful natural parkland, which was great for a walk, this hotel was very quiet. My guessing is that it is probably used more for conventions than tourists. I arrived on a Friday evening for a one night stay. The receptionists were lovely; very helpful. They gave me milk when I asked on arrival to make a cuppa in my room. The pool and sauna facilities were great; initially I was in there on my own then one other lady arrived towards the end of my swim. Unfortunately, the massage facility, which I was looking forward to using, was closed during my stay. I was told that it doesn't open on Saturdays. There was a good choice for breakfast (but not as much as some of the other hotels in Helsinki).

The hotel is situated too far from the city centre if you don't have your own transport. The taxi cost us 70 euros from the city centre and 40 euros to the airport (Dec 2024). As far as I could tell, there aren't any bars/cafes/restaurants in walking distance.

The location is wonderful, right next to the Central Park of Helsinki that has numerous and very long hiking and MTB trails.

Late in the evening after about 11pm and early in the morning at about 5am there was a periodic sound of an engine (an industrial washing machine or something?) coming through the walls which lasted about an hour, which interfered with my sleep. The reception desk was temporarily closed both when I arrived and when I left but luckily I didn't have to wait for more than about 5 minutes.

A very friendly and amiable personnel in the reception, magnificent breakfast, additional services for the interests of the client as a pool, gym, yoga, etc. .. In the evening, at the hotel you can find entertainment on your interests.

Small inconveniences are associated with car parking. For parking at the hotel you have to pay extra. If you leave the car on the road nearby to the hotel, only first 4 hours are free of charge, or from 20.00 to 8.00 in the morning.

I recently stayed at Haaga Hotel and had a fantastic experience. One of the highlights was the complimentary access to the gym, sauna, and swimming pool. The swimming pool was clean and spacious, ideal for both leisurely swims and more vigorous exercise. These free amenities significantly enhanced my stay, making it both enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast. Many coffee options! Real bean coffee!!! Squeaky clean gym and very nice pool. Sauna small, but all you need! Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the bus station, so town well reachable in 15-20 min. Room was clean, room service came to clean and refill coffee and tea bags every day if asked (there's a kettle in the room and a fridge).

The beds were a little too soft for my taste, maybe the mattress was a little older, but that's just a personal preference. Apart from that, nothing to criticize!

exceptionally good breakfast, room was big, comfortable and clean, facilities in the hotel ( restaurant, sauna, pool) a very pleasant supplement while the location in a vey quiet place somewhere between Helsinki center and Vantaa airport conveniently connected to public transport. p.s. I arrived two hours after the reception closed ( 10 pm they close and i arrived after midnight) and they handled my check-in with efficiency and elegance.

Really clean. Well connected with a lot of public transportation options. The staff was exceptional and super helpful, they helped us a lot. The breakfast was really nice.

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear loud people. Oat cream in scrambled eggs is blasphemy.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, bed was comfortable. My room had a coffee machine which was nice. Staff was polite. Breakfast were nice but repetitive, gym and pool were great.

If you live above a gym, you may have to wake up from 6:40 - 7:00 am to the sound of weights being thrown on the ground. I traveled for work so it wasn't a big of the problem for me but if it would be my vacation I wouldn't be very happy about it.
