The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were able to move us to a different room in the middle of the night when we had some issues, which really helped me to be able to sleep. The breakfast was good and so was the dinner. They were able to post me an item I had left behind in my room and kept me updated throughout. I would definitely stay here again!

Our original room had air conditioning that could not be switched off, this meant I could not sleep and it was drying my throat in the night. But the staff moved us to a room with air con that could be turned off at 3am, so this was really helpful!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Super breakfast, big clean room, comfortable mattresses. Sauna & swimming pool were much appreciated. Just opposite the hotel, there is a nice parc, with a small pond with the paths for cyclists & walker & runners, and with really cool playground for children. It is c. 10 minutes walk to main train station (to take the train to / from aiport), and c. 15 - 20 minutes nice and easy walk to the city centre, and c. 15 minutes by taxi to West harbor (in case you want to take a ferry to visit Tallinn).

On our side of the building, there was (most probably) some air conditioning from the underground parking, which made an unpleasant non-stop noise. We had to close the windows during the night, as it was really disturbing.

Scandic Park Hotel boasts an excellent location, offering convenient access to the city centre either via public transportation or a pleasant 20-minute walk through the park. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous, contributing to a highly positive experience. Dining in the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, and the guest room was both spacious and comfortable. Breakfast featured a broad selection of traditional dishes, and the sauna as well as health club facilities were impressive. Additionally, the availability of complimentary bike hire was a welcome and unexpected benefit.

During our stay, we noticed that housekeeping was somewhat delayed, likely due to the hotel operating at full capacity. Our room was not serviced until quite late in the day. Additionally, only the bed was made; used glasses and coffee cups were left unwashed, bathmats and hand towels were not replaced, and we had to use our towels on the floor after the shower. The overall servicing appeared to be rushed.

Excellent location , across from the Finlandia Hall; in walking distance from downtown (also several tram lines); safe area; a few restaurants but nicer and cheaper that those in the city center. Nice indoor swimming pool (free). Good breakfast. Possibility to sit outside (on the "terrace") breakfast for greater quiet. Room OK.

The hotel hosts also large groups. Thus, if one happens to check in/out or have breakfast when a group is moving in/out or having breakfast , it may be a bit messy. The restaurant is not too far from the reception. Thus, always a bit of kitchen smell as one walks in the hotel. May want to improve air aspiration system (?). Place doors to isolate (?)

The hotel's proximity to the city center was a plus --the are is not too busy but also not too far to commute. I liked how clean and simple the room is, and it is cleaned daily. The hotel staff were also warm and nice. They were positive and very accommodating. We were also given a room with a nice view.

Internet connection was not consistent and I get often disconnected. Not sure if this was because of the room location (3F almost at the end of the wing) but I am often getting disconnected and had to stand at the door to get stronger signal. The room was also often cold even if we tried adjusting the thermostat.

breakfast covered most of our needs. Room was spacious and clean. Location was exactly perfect - not far from anything.

parking - the parking lot, the parking system and the doors that connect everything was a total mess. There was no room to park, there was no room to even open doors once the car was parked. I saw at least 4 other families just stopping the car middle of parking lot and take out their belongings because once the car is parked the doors cant be opened. I have to say I have been to tens of different hotels across all europe and this has to be the worst parking lot I've ever seen and been into. I am lucky that I didnt come with our families second bigger SUV

Good location, 15 minutes form the train station and the city center, near a lovely park. There is a small supermarket at the back and some nice cafe's as well. We had the room facing the back yard, which made it quiet. The rooms are generally older, it was clean and neat, but you could tell it's not a new hotel. The shower drain was a bit clogged the first night but it got fixed the next day. The bathroom had floor heating. Rich breakfast, large breakfast room, so no problem to find a spot.

It's a large hotel, so there were plenty of people, which made it loud in general in the common areas and breakfast. It's not a cosy, small hotel, but this can be expected. Personally, the bed was a bit too soft for me (personal preference). There was no kettle to make any tea or boil water in general, you could only buy it at the lobby.

The hotel is easy to reach on the tram. The room was large and comfortable with views over the park. Breakfast was fantastic with a lot of choice. Highly recommended.

The hotel is huge so check in is very slow with quite a long queue. There are 3 desks but they don't let you check in until 4pm and then everyone seems to arrive at once. Our room was ready at 10am when I dropped off the bags but they wouldn't let me check in without paying 20 euros extra... Most hotels will let you into the room for free if it is ready, especially when it is an adapted room for a disabled guest.

We appreciated a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival. We were very jet lagged by the time we arrived. All of the reception staff we met were most helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was very extensive and we enjoyed it.

Unfortunately the safe in our room was faulty and we only discovered this after having fully unpacked. It was quite an effort, after so many hours of flying to have to pack up and move rooms. However we appreciated the efforts of reception staff to make things right. They upgraded us to a slightly larger room. On the last day, when we’d run out of handwash, we returned after 1.30 pm to find our room hadn’t been cleaned. We asked at reception. Disappointing that we had to ask. Housekeeping returned to clean the room late in the afternoon, by which time we needed to pack and rest for a very early start the next morning.

I liked the room and the location of the hotel, it was quite close to the city center as well as main sightseeings in the city such as Oodi library and National Museum. The breakfast was good as well as room facilities. The hotel is located nearby the tram stop that takes you to the train station in a couple of stop.

I didn't like filling in the guest card upon arrival, it feels like waste of time since they already know all my details from the system and my passport - why do I have to write write it on a piece of paper? Such a waste of time. Besides that, I didn't like that in this Scandic hotel (unlike other Scandic hotels in Sweden) they served pork sausages and pork meatballs instead of the more neutral alternative such as chicken.
