We stayed for 10 days and it was great. The room was ready when we arrived in the early afternoon. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. This hotel (and the city in general) is child-friendly, so they have a small playroom, a special breakfast table for kids to select from themselves, and they provided us with a drawing book when we checked in.

If I have to write something, it will be that there is no good space to dry your swimwear. I don't think any room had a balcony, which generally makes sense given the hotel location, but there is a pool, so you need a spot to dry clothes. We did it in the bathroom, but it would not dry fast enough.

The location is perfect. Not very far from the train station , near the Parliament, Natural Museum and the Church on Rocks. There was a small pool and sauna. The choices for breakfast were good. Staff was helpful. The hotel is good if you came for sightseeing in Helsinki. It also allows for recreation as it has sauna, pool and gym. The room size was Ok.

It is a very big hotel. It is very busy during breakfast and it takes some time to get to sauna sometimes. However, the excellent location makes you forget the crowds of people in the hotel. It is also reminiscent of the Soviet style buildings and hospitality.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed. I usually choose simple and affordable hotels because I use my time to visit the city, and not to stay in the hotel. This hotel is awesome, with great structure, big room with all the facilities,, sauna, swimming pool, gym and an amazing breakfast.

Usually hotels have soft bads. I prefer beds with hard mattress. But it was not an issue because i slept super well. The curtains are not 100% sun blocker and in Helsinki is almost daylight in the entire day in June. There is no expresso coffee in the breakfast machine. Again. It is small things that can be improved, but the hotel is amaizing.

Very welcoming, breakfast was included and a varied selection. Staying at the hotel included access to the swimming pool and sauna (finnish style). A short walk from both the main train station and the rock church.

Pool was full of kids in the evening, but quiet in the morning. So as long as you got up in the morning you can have a quiet swim. The room was on the small side, but for a city break, it's just a base.

Excellent location at the centre. The room was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpfull. An incredibly rich breakfast.

The windows are boarded up and cannot be opened. We were forced to have the air conditioning on all the time. There was a large decorative rug on the wall that smelled of dust, and I have allergies. The mattresses were too soft.

Location is good, near to all public transport and shops. Room on 8th floor was great as requested a quiet one. Good variety of food for breakfast.

35 minute queue to check-in was ridiculous as only had three customers ahead of me. They should’ve gotten more staff in earlier from the back room, as just one person isn’t enough for hotel this busy. The swimming pool needs a good clean. Restaurants closed on Sundays.

The location was great! It was really close to the venue of our conference in Finlandia Hall. The breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. Location wise, it was really close to the shopping mall, bus and tram stations and not too far from the train station. The room was beautiful and spacious. The price was a bit high but overall met our expectations.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walk from Kamppi bus station. Comfy room and fairly big, we were happy with it. Decent buffet breakfast. Since you are in Kamppi, there are plenty of restos / cafes closeby, as well as Kamppi Mall.

Checking in was a pain as the self check-in machine wasn't working and there was just 1 staff checking in people and there was quite a queue.

Polite staff, helpful generally Good breakfast, it's a huge hotel and the arrangement they have seems to be working

They didn't clean the room every day I was recommended a taxi company that charges 3 times more than any other taxi. The excuse was safety, which is unreasonable as Helsinki is very safe. That's unacceptable

I loved this hotel. Staff was always friendly and accommodating. I had my touring bicycle and they let me keep it in the luggage room. The sauna gives one the opportunity to experience Finns enjoying an important part of their culture. It’s lovely to take a plunge in the pool after (It’s big enough to do laps.). The breakfast provided ample variety and a good start to the day. The location is fantastic. Perhaps request a room with a view of the Natural History Museum —we loved it.

Ha. The first time I stayed I was on the “Summer” themed 5th Floor. There was a big depiction of a mosquito. I had just been battling them on my bicycle tour and wasn’t fond of a blow-up hovering over. But hey, Finns have a different perspective and I appreciate that!
