I'm coming often at Helsinki and i can tell you the location is great, the room is nice and I loved the bathroom with the shower. Staff in the reception and at breakfast are very nice 👌

Next to the hotel there is a construction site and my room was exactly at the edge of the hotel so I woke up from the noise and at noon I couldn't rest. They could stop using this rooms of that side of the hotel, for a while. The breakfast wasn't good, it takes time to refill the food so you have to wait for cheese/butter/croissants . You can have an omelet but you have to find it out by yourself and.....you can have it if its not busy. Croissants where undercooked. Better go at StGeorge bakery for breakfast or in a coffee shop. The room wasn't properly cleaned. Some details that made me not to trust it. Hair in the bathroom, a pair of trousers in the drawer, the carpet had stains.

- The room was big and comfortable. - The bed was really big and nice. - The staff was very polite. - Very flexible with checkout time. - clean room.

- Very bad breakfast, I think that may be the reason for not choosing again this hotel. The buffet was so empty, nothing special and almost everything I tasted in both days it was very old.. omelette, bacons, pastries and croissants all tasted really bad… - The location of the gym is so uncomfortable. You have to go out of the hotel and then go 3 floors under the ground with the stairs. No one is there to welcome you and it’s a bit creepy.

Beautiful hotel near the center of Helsinki. This is a good place to base your adventures from. The decor is modern and we'll kept. The staff is friendly and they speak English well, which is good for travellers. The breakfast buffet had a great variety that will satisfy anyone's tastes for sweet or savory items. The room was perfect for a solo traveller.

The room wasn't as clean as could be. There was hair near the drinking glasses. The eggs at the breakfast buffet are reconstituted (powdered eggs) and they have a star age taste. Although I found these issues to bother me, it's not a reason to avoid this hotel. Overall, it was a really nice stay.

I booked 2 rooms here. When I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the layout of the room. A wall was used to separate the rest area and the work&bar area. This is a very thoughtful and warm design. But the bed is very high that I need to jump up due to my height. The bathroom is large in size, well designed, and well heated. The toiletries are very comfortable to use.

The entrance to the parking lot is quite far from the hotel main entrance . Although you can take the elevator directly upstairs after parking your car, but it is not easy to park your car from the hotel entrance into the parking lot.

The property was in a great location with transport nearby . The room we had was very clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable … like sleeping in a cloud . The breakfast room was spacious and if you wanted to sit in a quieter area you could use the restaurant . From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice for our break and honestly couldn’t fault anything . The lifts always had a lovely fresh scent and again were kept very clean . We also appreciated not having our room and towels changed daily as that helps the environment and this was explained at reception .

There was nothing we disliked . We felt it was cosy and welcoming

Great location and having access to the proper gym a short walk away was a huge bonus. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful, the room was comfortable, great bed and I never needed to change the temperature. Bathroom amenities were good for the price. I also liked the water at reception for when you get thirsty - a nice touch with the sweets too. The bar had some good cocktails also. It's centrally located nearby to lots of attractions.

Some hair on the floor in the room when I checked in but that's about it.

What's not to like. This hotel is fantastic. Welcoming staff. Three elevators. I was on the 3rd floor. Had some kind of view. But there was alot of construction work on a building next door and I got to see how Finnish laborers work. I came to Helsinki because a friend in Norway told me a bar close by to this hotel served VB. Unfortunately not but I still had a great time here. Breakfast in this hotel was wonderful and delicious. So much variety.

Staff was polite and nice

When we arrived there in the hotel, to our surprised they said that the hotel was overbooked, and they had to send us to another hotel. The reservation was made in this specific hotel and paid already, and still they didn’t reserve a room for us! The personal of the hotel was nice and took us a taxi into the other Radisson hotel where there was space, they were apologising at all times, but they need to understand that is frustrating that you make a reservation and pay for it on a specific hotel, because of its location and you tell me once I arrived that is overbooked!

The location of the hotel is very central. Breakfast that they serve mostly fresh and tasty. It has enough variety. Hotel stuff is very positive people, they answered all my questions with a smile and intent of help. They also provided us a map of Helsinki and places that we can visit or restaurants that were open. You need to use your room cards to activate the elevator for security reasons and I liked it.

Rooms are a bit small for the prize. There were only 2 shower towers in the rooms but we were 3. There weren't any slippers in the rooms (This might be not be very important but I prefer that it were).

Location was perfect with plenty of shops selling all you need in close proximity Although the Lidl cannot sell normal strength wines and beer (in British terms) as laws don't permit this, but this is not the hotels fault just a traveller tip. Reception staff were very friendly and super helpful and two in particular, the young blonde pony tailed lady was fun and helpful with restaurant reccomendation and other directions. Also the young half English Tottenham supporting lad who again was friendly and helpful. The bar was comfortable and surprisingly showing the World Cup football. We ate in the restaurant and my wife enjoyed her meal. I had three courses the first of cured salmon which was superb and my Brulee dessert again was superb however my main course which was billed as "Crab pasta" was way wide of the mark it was on the menu as chilli prawns on a black pasta, I asked where was the crab in the dish and was told by the very helpful friendly head waiter the prawns were in a crab bisque. The pasta was black, there was no chilli in sight, there was no crab bisque, and the prawns were only just cooked. The dish was very disappointing and considering the standard of the other food on offer I was surprised. I didn't complain as the atmosphere was nice and my other two courses were spot on. The room was really welcoming and the bed very comfortable and pillows to sink into. Good nosey view of the streets at all hours, each time I got up in the night I looked out and there was always something different going on. It was my wife's birthday whilst I was there and I rang reception who arranged a bottle of champagne to be put in our room when we were out in the afternoon and they didn't let me down as the other helpful gentleman on reception made sure this happened. On the day we checked out, which was easy by the way our first two receptionists were there to bid us farewell and we ended our stay feeling very rested and satisfied.

There was nothing to dislike, apart from coming home to a warmer climate, we have never experienced a right good heavy snowfall and we loved it. We were told the snow was heavier than they were having in the North of Finland.
