Breakfast was great. There was a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, smoked salmon, cereals, yogurt, as well as a selection of hot foods (eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes). Location was very convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance of museums and the harbor. We particularly liked the lighting in the room (pressing a central light switch could half-dim all the lights in the room, then pressing another one could turn off all but a couple, then pressing another one turned off all the lights). Shower had great water pressure and easy to adjust faucets - rain shower head as well as handheld.

The hot and cold water in the sink was difficult to adjust with the faucet. The sink was also very shallow, which made filling up a water bottle a bit difficult.

This is a modern, friendly and wonderful hotel. The staff could not do enough for us and the hotel itself was a highlight of our trip. we had the standard room and although it may have been a little small it was extremely well thought out i.e. night lights to the bathroom and also the most comfortable beds that I have had thus far on my European trip. The location is excellent. You are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to all the major attractions of Helsinki as well as facing a beautiful park. The breakfast is also of an excellent high-quality and they also serve wonderful coffee. You would be hard-pressed to find a better hotel at this price point.

Nothing- it was superb

Greatly located when in need of the train station. Well sound proofed from the sounds coming from outside. The front desk staff were helpful and the lobby area is cosy oase in the center of Helsinki.

The breakfast chaos was terrible. No people flow planning has ever been place in here. Lot of staff but no "eye" for the things missing or whats happening. People cannot line up properly with out blocking something and therefore people are popping and cutting you constantly. Also for a quite newly build hotel some things felt odd: the indoor sound proofing was not so great and the shower door was not closing properly and therefor wetting the whole toilet.

The room was extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable. Great lighting. The breakfast was delicious! Especially the pancakes, best pancakes I've ever had.

The portraits in the room were a little frightening, felt like I was being stared at. I was unable to reach the reception through the phone in the room, the call never went through. No one came to clean the room.

Excellent location and great gym.

I tried to order a salad for dinner and the employee insisted I had to add a protein on to the salad which I did not want. I had been sick for a couple of days and all I wanted was a salad which I told him and he said I still had to add a protein on to the salad and they couldn’t just give me a salad. I finally agreed and tossed the protein. Seems like they should be able to make a plain salad without adding the meat on to it. I also told him I was vegetarian and that made no difference.

Lovely, friendly staff who remembered us from a previous visit. Very good location - near the railway station and many visitor attractions. Good breakfast. Good sauna (although, tbf, we don’t really have much to compare). Gluten free options for both breakfast and dinner. LGBTQA+ friendly - drag bingo in the bar, anyone?

Rooms are not large but we’ve been twice so the other aspects outweigh this.

Excellent stay! The hotel was excellent in every way. The breakfast was good, and the location is perfect for exploring Helsinki. The spa in the basement was very clean and relaxing — I really enjoyed it. It’s also very easy to travel from here: the airport train is only a few minutes away, and trains to all cities in Finland are close by. There are very good bars and restaurants nearby, plus a nice garden. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and peaceful.

We had a corner room on the 8th floor...spacious with fantastic views. Bed so comfy! Hotel is spotlessly clean and being new very modern and stylish. Room had everything needed....fridge, kettle, hairdryer etc. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and within walking distance of all main attractions. We loved fresh water, fruit and treats being available in the foyer and enjoyed evenings relaxing in it. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. When the bar was closed, it was still possible to order drinks which is good.

The male sauna was out of order :( and although you could use the sauna at Raddison Blu, we both wanted to enjoy the sauna in own hotel.

The breakfast buffé was delicious with a wide selection to choose from. The restaurant staff were a delight to deal with - friendly and very helpful. Excellent location. Staff at the reception: efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. the rooms were excellent, quiet, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, water cooker with coffee, tea, etc. The hotel seems to have thought of everything for a wonderful stay. A great hotel with fantastic staff.

A stand-out hotel in my baltic trip. I was in Helsinki for a few days and 2 nights were here (1 in Holiday Inn, also good but this was better). The rooms are great, the bed was so comfortable, the reception and dining areas had a cool and relaxed vibe with modern design touches and background music, friendly and respectful staff, it's a pretty new hotel so everything is the latest style/new. Breakfast was good and unrushed, plenty of tables. I usually left for the day refreshed and a relaxed mindset which set me up for the day which seems to be the whole ethos of the place, a combination of the design/finishes, staff and ambiance. It's a good location for a visitor [download the HSL app for travel and tickets, really useful]. Room - immaculate finishes and cleanliness, amazingly comfortable bed. Mine was a single-bedded room but the bed was more of a small double which was a bonus. The room was well equipped, high quality finishes, massive TV, digital temp. control, kettle and a coffee machine, a clever slide-out draw with a leather clad box with various coffee pods, milk and sugar, coffee was ok. It had a small desk adequate for a laptop. Sockets and usb sockets by bed and desk handy. Good shower pressure and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast - reasonably priced and good value, not a large hot selection but well made, adequate and I liked it, usually bacon, scrambled eggs and various fried vegetables, pancakes. Cereals, fruit, meats and cheese, pastries, cakes etc. Good gluten-free area and a very good coffee machine. Location - central but quiet location, near station up a street about 100 yards with a park behind it. Short 5 min walk to trams and main station, easily walkable to harbour and other central areas, tram to Tallinn ferry terminal just down the road, also close to tram to Stockholm ferry terminal. They were putting new paths in the park when I was there, when finished which is probably done now it will be useful for a jog or walk.
