The provided amenities far exceeded my expectations and were above and beyond any other hotel/hostel experience I've had abroad thus far. The level of comfort and coziness provided really was the perfect garnish for a relaxing vacation. The staff is very kind and responsive as well, I'm very thankful to them for curating such a pleasant space. The location is also superb: anything I could've possibly needed during the stay was within walking distance + the public transport available nearby was more than sufficient. Would definitely come again and recommend to friends!

The location was outstanding. Minutes by walk to the central railway station and metro/bus. (Bob Kluvvi is located practically above the University metro station). Literally hundreds of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The kitchenette was barely adequate. There was an electric kettle and kitchenware (a few plates and bowls) but no stove, so we had to rely on nearby cafes for breakfast/ dinner, even though there were quite a few grocery shops nearby. The shared kitchen and laundry are just about adequate. Could do with a couple more dryers, particularly for rainy days and longer stays.

The location is great, which highly increases the convenience of city explorations. The room is neat and tidy. For a solo traveller, the accommodation is fully functional and cosy.

The accessibility to the main entrance and the indoor sound insulation still have room for improvement. The stairs in front of the entrance caused difficulties in moving heavy suitcases. Perhaps some portable accessible ramps will be helpful to a certain extent. Additionally, better sound insulation facilities could minimise the noise impact from outside the building and indoor shared spaces.

We loved this place :) So sweet, very thoughtfull. There is everything you need. The room was tiny but had everything :) Shared kitchen was always clean and there were even some goodies in the fridge for you to take if you needed, like milk, eggs etc. for breakfast :) Location is perfect! Everything is a walking distance, if you need to go further, the train station is like 5 min away and a metor station is right in front of the entrance to this hotel. We really loved this place and will recommend it to everyone going to Helsinki :)

Easy checkin and checkout with super responsive staff and the app, with keyless entry. Comfortable place with many amenities. I loved the toiletries - shampoo, conditioner and shower gel were all to my liking, which is not always the case! Plus the tea/coffee station was top-notch! There was also a shared kitchen and washing option, plus luggage storage. Room was Finnish fresh. Excellent location close to the train station. They even offer fitness access and yoga with yoga mats in the room!! Was surprised to find Kodak camera (with no film tho).

I was surprised despite all the amenities that there were no umbrellas to borrow.

The location itself is very nice, close to the railway station, a subway station and of course the city. The room itself is also nice and has everything you need, including a fridge.

If you go to the main entrance via the shortest way via google maps (from the railway station), there are steep steps just before getting to the main entrance. Not really convenient with big luggage and a stroller. You can get to the main entrance without the steps, but then you need to go around the block, so keep that in mind. Inside the building are a couple of steps, but nothing you cannot manage with big suitcases and a stroller.

Excellent location and amenities. Central to any point in Helsinki and only a couple of minutes walk to the train/bus station. Proper separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash. My favourite thing was the good quality hair dryer with nozzle. Ladies will understand, especially long haired girls. There was an adapter and charger to use. Tote bag to take away if you wanted to or just use it while there.

While I know the luggage storage room is a great bonus in itself, I would’ve preferred a more secure individual locker situation with a code to access it rather than a room to leave stuff in that anyone could access. I couldn’t stop worrying about my bag while out and about knowing there isn’t even staff to monitor anything and also when I returned the door was unlocked.

It is modern, very nice, good kitchen and laundry available. I also enjoyed the fact that there is a partnership with a very good local gym.

It was very hard to let the bathroom dried after the shower because of the chosen floor (small tiles with space among them). Also a bit of a challenge to arrive there if you are carrying a luggage, and when I asked about how to get there, instructions were really far from clear (please just have a standard message to send to people, easy like that). And as amazing as is to have a French press available, if you don’t know how to prepare coffee with that, ot is just terrible coffee. Instructions are also needed.

I LOVED IT HERE The commitment to functionality at this place is insane - in the room you’ll find chargers to fit all devices, huge smart TV, little coffee area and fridge, desk, Polaroid camera with film, free water bottles for your stay, yoga mats, iron and ironing board and more. There’s also a shared kitchen and laundrette where you can use everything free of charge and there are free laundry products and communal food. We are travelling through Europe right now so we managed to do a big reset here and wash all of our clothes for free (we usually have to pay for this) and the room felt like absolute luxury. As well as all of the stuff, the rooms are beautifully designed with local art and furniture. The bathrooms are beautiful with a lovely powerful shower and many toiletries. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back.

Nothing it was perfect

This was truly such a nice place/concept to discover. It made me feel at home from the very first minute. The location was excellent! Next to metro station, within easy walking distance of many shops, stores, cafés, restaurants, etc. Also easy walking distance from the main railway station, arriving there by train from the airport. I loved the common kitchen and the other facilities. Everything was well indicated. Even though it was right in the middle of the center, the room was quiet. The communication with the host was great.

The only minor thing: the shower is a bit small/inconveniently placed in the bathroom.
