Convenient location. Would have been even better being another block closer to the train station, but we managed. We appreciate having some charging wires available in the room, paper towel, coffee, tea & milk, & nice liquid soap, shampoo, & conditioner. The room is thoughtfully designed & is comfortable. It would be really helpful to have instructions for the light switches and appliances, especially the washer/dryer. We discovered on our last day that the lights could be dimmed by holding down a switch. This would have helped us during the 1st 2 nights.

Not a dislike per se. See above for suggestions. Also consider replacing the 2 steps between the front & second door with a ramp. It also would have been perfect to have a starter box of facial tissues in the room.

Nice apartment in the centre of the city. We loved the location, washer + dryer, nice little things like the charger for different devices and a complimentary sachet of coffee. The breakfast was ok; there was 3 or 4 sandwiches to choose from, couple of smothies and the orange juice. You can pick 2 things from that; one can definitely be sated, especially if you travel with kids, but don't expect much.

As several people mentioned it'd be nice to have more breakfast options. The cafe doesn't even offer any pastry as a breakfast option (really pity to see all that nice stuff and not be able to order it). The sofa wasn't particularly comfortable to sleep on, we simply put the mattress on the floor, it was much better that way. I also didn't like somewhat irritating messages to What's App "hey, howdy?", there were too many of them.

We loved our stay and would have liked to stay longer! Short walk from Central Station, Helsinki attractions and restaurants/cafes (including our favorite Fazer Café Kluuvikatu). Tram right outside the door! The room was very clean, well designed, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, kitchen, lounge area, washing machine and drying rack, sauna (which we didn't use), great shower. For ease we paid for breakfast which we had at a small Fazer Cafe across the road. Simple selections but did the job! Next time we might make our own. Accessing the building, our room and the luggage room was very easy. Communication with 'Bob' was easy with fast replies. It was a holiday weekend when we visited and the cafe wasn't open for breakfast on 2 mornings. Our funds were quickly refunded. Overall a terrific stay in lovely Helsinki!

Excellent location as it is right above the metro station (University of Helsinki station - Tokmanni store exit) and within walking distance from the central railway station (1 metro stop between railway station and Bob W City Centre). The kitchen allowed us to prepare simple meals when we wanted to cook. The washing machine cum dryer (and laundry tablets) gave us the option to wash our clothings during our 6-night stay. The online reception was very responsive. The breakfast at Fazer Cafe opposite the building was convenient.

The cafe didn't allow the option to choose the pastries such as cinnamon croissants which are cheaper than the breakfast selections. By the way, a soup ladle in the kitchen would be helpful.

The listing is confusing as the main photo is showing the penthouse tower but actual booking is studio. So I actually booked thinking I would stayed in the penthouse but later had to pay for upgrade. We stayed for 3 nights the items provided (Coffee, tea, milk, towel) could be more. The wall heater was not working, but as I feedbacked through WhatsApp, I get almost immediate feedback and a local team delivered an extra heater to me.

The apartment itself was beautiful, clean and spacious with modern Scandinavian interior design and decorations. However, what truly made my Bob W stay a perfect 10 is the phone support I received at 6 am after our office Christmas party. There are apparently two different Bob W locations within about a block of each other. In my post-party state I was not paying close enough attention and blindly followed Google Maps. When the code for the door didn't work, I called the support line and an incredibly patient and kind staff member did all he could to ensure I got to my apartment safely. It took us 2 calls and about 45 minutes, but I eventually made it to my apartment and got some great and much-needed sleep.

If I have to find something to complain about, I suppose the view towards a building that had some construction work being done on it wasn't very scenic. However, that's a temporary situation and out of the hands of the property owners.

Great location, central train station area, quiet, 15-20 minute walk to almost all attractions , 5 minutes to bus, tram and train. Clean, easy check in and out, washer, quick communication with excellent staff.

Said “city view”, not true, tiny balcony with a view of a wall. No safe in apartment, turning lights off and on was a challenge, some on motion sensors, some turn off two rooms away. No washer/dryer instructions, no recommendations for restaurants, how to use the train,tram, etc.

Bob W City Centre was good once I got over my initial disappointment*. The location is good and we felt safe walking around at night. We found some lovely restaurants close by for dinner and cafes for breakfast. The apartment has everything you needed and it is comfortable and spacious.

*The apartment looks like its in a lovely old building (from the photos) but it really is a refurbished office building. I was imagining a lovely old world apartment in the city which it is not. Our apartment 501 looked out onto buildings and we had to keep our curtains shut the whole time. It also would have been nice to have had 2 full bathrooms for a 3 bedroom apartment. Please fix the sensor lights outside the bedrooms they stay on for at least 1/2 hour which is 25 minutes toooo long. : )

5 star bathroom, except for the towels. Close to public transport and to a small supermarket. Well-equipped kitchenette.

No comfortable chair to sit on - not good having to sit on the bed or a kitchen chair for 5 nights/days. Bed not sufficiently comfortable for a long stay. One small, thin towel and a hand towel is not sufficient for a woman who has to wash her hair. As there are no reception staff, the late release of apartment number is difficult for long-haul travellers.

Good location, very clean. The kitchen and washing machine are very useful. The staff were extremely helpful in responding to any issues we had and rectifying them. The gym access card was great.

The bedroom and bathroom were very small. The apartment was too hot- especially at night when trying to sleep. if I turned the temperature of the aircon down to try to make it cooler, the heating just came on anyway. If I opened a window,the traffic was too noisy
