Nice and comfortable flat. Everything is clean and functionnal. 2 minutes from/to the rail station. Covered parking was ok with a Skoda Octavia Station wagon, with 0 to 1 manoever in the corner !

The only problem came from the other users in the building. I thought finnish were better educated than Frenchs, but it's wrong. Guys from the above flat made noises until 1pm every night, running ? Jumping ? Sliding furnitures ? I don't know. Others at the same floor were speaking loudly in the corridor at midnight ... A pity ...

It was a very conveniant location for a good price. There is a train station with trains going directly to the airport and the city center just 200 meters from the apartments. It is located within Zone B so we got full day tickets for Zone A and B. We probably save a few hundred euros staying here with the family instead of finding a more central location. The apartment has everything you need for a stay for a few days in Helsinki.

The area didn’t feel super safe and we preferred to not let the kids go out by themselves. Finland is in general super safe though so perhaps we were too cautious. We couldn’t throw out trash because the trash bins were locked but they fixed that for us so it wasn’t a big deal really.

The apartment is clean and had comfortable single beds. There was sufficient space for 2 people. Basic amenities and utensils were provided. There is a bidet 😀 No physical key was provided but it was easy to unlock the door with the codes provided and no internet connection was required. The apartment is not located in the city centre but is accessible via train. The train station is only a few minutes walk from the apartment complex. There is a bus stop nearby. There is a minimart beside the apartment complex and a supermaket nearby too. We had no issues during our stay.

Would be nice if there is a drying rack.

The location was pretty convenient. You can access the train station in a few minutes. There were two markets nearby. The flat was pretty big and comfortable. Additionally, it was designed nicely. It was as if we were staying at our home. Kitchen appliances were more than we expected. You can find numerous things in the kitchen that you may need.

The air conditioners were not enough to cool the flat. Moreover, the ventilation system was not working well. We could not get fresh air and it was a bit noisy. Unfortunately, you cannot open the windows. It was pretty hot when we stayed there. So, I suggest you either not stay there during summer or find a way to open the windows. On the other hand, I am sure in winter the flat will be great to stay. In addition, there were some hair on the sheets and some parts of the flat was a bit dusty. You can see the dust on the ventilation system and curtains.

This is 2nd stay for us. We choose more spacy room with better facilities! Convenient location for public transportation, railway station Pohjois-Haaga and bus stops to go to Messukeskus in Pasila for exhibition.

Not possible to open windows to get fresh air. It was hot even in September. Cooling fans were practical in the condition. I was a little afraid of some bugs in the bed. Perhaps, no fresh air and humidity caused the bugs problems. I recommend to stay at the accommodation in cooler weather and seasons. Hopefully the clean condition will be improved for our next stay.

Pros: furniture, TV, amenities, bathroom, kitchen, train station nearby with directions to both airport & central railway station, forest area nearby with outstanding views. No receptionists between you and the apartment: the key code comes to your email about 1 hour before the check-in starts. It's way cheaper and more flexible when you buy/order some meals on your own in advance and use then the fully equipped kitchen to cook/prepare/warm up your food thanks to a fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, coffee machine (rather than eating in restaurants). You can enjoy walking in the forest nearby as well. The train station is in 5 minutes which gets you to both directions: the airport & the central station (city center). 200% recommend booking it.

+ The building was easy to find and close to public transport + Super easy to get in and leave + Everything in the apartment looked like in the pictures, so we were pleasantly impressed + Comfortable beds and linens + Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided + Very cute and quiet neighborhood

- Could not open the windows, but thankfully there were are air conditioning devices. (We personally did not want to leave air con working while we were away from the apartment for half a day, so it got a little stuffy in there while the air con was off. It was also a hot day.)

I liked the room floor plan that living room and bed space are not straightly visible from the door, spacy closet, washing machine in the kitchen (we did not use washer for this time) . coffee machine, microwave, electric pot, tableware, etc. are well equipped. We will back again!

Bathroom cleaning would be improved to clean completely in some regular cycle. Because just usual cleaning would not be enough to keep clean bathroom. But it was clean enough for our use.

Excellent location right next to train station. The apartment had everything we needed, even a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The quiet location and strong wifi made it easy to work remotely. Overall great value for money - we will definitely stay here again.

A bit dated and not as clean as we would have liked. The bathroom flooded after shower. For security reasons, the front door code should be different from the apartment door code.

I recently stayed at Hiisi Homes Helsinki and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a beautiful view that made it even more. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee and the efficient Wi-Fi. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!
